Can someone explain to Teresa Giudice how a plea deal works? Because we still don't think she understands.

As you may have heard, Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in jail recently after pleading guilty to fraud back in March.

Giudice says she didn't understand the plea deal and thought it guaranteed that she wouldn't have to serve jail time.

Well, it didn't and under the terms of her deal, she's not allowed to appeal her sentence.

Teresa Giudice: Telling It Like It Is

Yes, short of going on the run there's literally nothing Teresa can do avoid going to prison. But that won't stop her from trying her fool heart out!

"Teresa has been meeting with numerous lawyers since being sentenced to 15 months," a source tells Radar Online.

Teresa Giudice is going to prison come January, and while she's understandably not happy about this, she doesn't have much to worry about inside.

In fact, if there's one thing you can discern when you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, it's that the surroundings will likely suit her well.

Here are 11 reasons, summed up in GIF form, why Giudice will the the baddest b!tch to ever grace the confines of the minimum security prison nicknamed Camp Cupcake:

Table Flipping Fiend
Teresa Giudice is not gonna take any crap. Her table-flipping reputation will precede her in prison, thanks to The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 1.

Just because she does not understand how to read a plea deal, or possibly read in general, doesn't mean she can't stand her ground in the slammer.

If someone tries to come at her with a crude shank in the showers, or a guard tries to belittle her, or a fellow inmate so much as smirks in her direction?

We suggest they grab the nearest hat and hold the f--k onto it.

If you thought the fact that they've both been sentenced to prison would inspire Teresa and Joe Giudice to focus on family to get their  acts together, don't know the Giudices.

Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice Perp Walk

If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online then you know the pattern - Joe does something awful; Teresa whines but doesn't do anything about it; Joe gets hammered.

Sources close to the family say that that's pretty much what's happening now that the family's facing it's biggest chellenges to date. Except now that Teresa's been sentenced to 15 months in prison, she might finally take action and send Joe a message.

Yes, sources say Teresa and Joe are headed for divorce. It's a rumor we've heard before, so we're not sure if it's to be believed or not.

We do, however, believe that there's nothing but truth to the rumors of why the Giudices are having problems:

Last night on Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 13, the fallout from the Florida trip continued to ripple through the cast.

The setting is Dina Manzo‘s charity event, Project Ladybug, and Teresa Giudice is back in the middle of things in the aftermath of the "disgusting rumor.”

Did Teresa Aprea‘s mom hook up with Rino Aprea?

That's what Victoria Gotti alleged, but it's Teresa who took heat for spreading this on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 13 Sunday.

Kathy Wakile and Jacqueline Laurita agree that no matter what issues you have with someone, bringing up anyone's mother in a feud crossed the line. Then again ...

Presumably so would boning someone's. Just sayin'.

Teresa Aprea and Nicole Nipolitano, her twin sister, are so pissed at the other Teresa in any case, blaming her for her role in making this story public.

“They’re hot-headed Italians,” Teresa Giudice says.

That they are, but if you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, is that not a textbook case of the prison-bound pot calling the kettle black? Yes and no.

Is Danielle Staub returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey? If a couple of her former co-stars (and enemies) have their way, she just might be.

Teresa Giudice and Dina Manzo reportedly surprised host Andy Cohen at Sunday’s reunion show taping by saying that they want their old nemesis back.

Picture of Danielle Staub

Whether you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online or on TV or simply are aware it exists, you know she was half of the series' signature moment.

Before she was famous for being sentenced to prison for fraud, Teresa Giudice made a name for herself by flipping over a table over and RAGING at Staub.

Calling her a "prostitution whore" in reference to her dark past, Giudice made her dislike for Danielle pretty clear. But the past is the past, she insists. rumors of her dark past.

At the Sunday reunion taping, Cohen “asked Dina and Teresa, the only remaining original cast members, which housewife they would most like to return."

“Teresa and Dina’s answer was shocking," according to the alleged insider, as both women responded that "they would like Danielle back on the show!”

Bravo aired part two of its sit-down with Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice last night, as the law-breaking reality star appeared again opposite Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.

Following Monday evening's televised interview, during which Teresa claimed she didn't understand the terms of her plea bargain, this awful couple blamed pretty much everyone except themselves for their legal woes.

“I wasn't aware that we needed to put all that information down,” Teresa said of why she failed to list various expensive assets on various financial forms.

"I wish our accountant had come to our house and then filled out the paperwork.”

Kissing Giudices

The Giudices also claimed they only have $25,000 worth of home furnishings inside a $3 million home. How can that be?

"Four years later, if it was appraised at $50,000 or $60,000, it's half right?" Joe said, we guess trying to be funny.

Teresa added that she told her attorney to list her engagement and wedding band on the forms, along with Joe’s Rolex and wedding ring, but he failed to do so.

Reaction to Teresa Giudice's prison sentence continues to pour forth on the Internet.

A few days after Teresa was ordered to jail for 15 months (and husband Joe Giudice to jail for 41 months), NeNe Leakes was asked about these punishments in an interview with E! News.

  • Teresa Giudice Going to Court

"I just hurt for Teresa… It's sad!" Leakes said, tying the Giudices in with Phaedra Parks' husband Apollo Nida, who checked himself in to jail to begin serving  eight years behind bars last month and adding:

"I see it is they are good people. I know they broke the law, but I still see them as good people and I hate that they have to go away for so long. It's so hurtful."

Even though Teresa Giudice has been sentenced to 15 months in prison, the troubled reality star is apparently unconcerned about overzealous guards or run-ins with other prisoners. And with good reason:

Teresa will reportedly serve out her sentence at Alderson Federal Prison in West Virginia.

Though its far from her Jersey homebase, adding to Teresa's concerns that prison will "destroy" her family, the facility is regarded as one of the safest and easiest places to serve time in the country.

"Alderson is known as Camp Cupcake," a source acquainted with the prison tells Radar Online.

Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice have not always gotten along so well.

But nothing brings a family together like a long prison sentence.

Late last week, Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in jail for financial fraud, while her husband Joe Giudice received 41 months in the slammer.

And last night, Gorga took to her Bravo blog to express sympathy for her sister-in-law/Real Housewives of New Jersey rival.

Teresa vs. Melissa

“Obviously this has been a very tough week. We are heartbroken for our family and especially those four sweet girls,” Gorga wrote of the Giudices' four daughters. “Pray for them. No matter how you feel, I hope everyone is wishing their family strength and faith."

With Teresa and Joe Giudice headed to prison, their eldest daughter Gia Giudice has apparently chosen to distract herself by focusing on her career.

Unfortunately, her chosen line of work is drawing almost as negative attention as her parents' felonious activities.

Gia Giudice: 3KT Photo

Gia is the youngest member of an all-girl pop group called 3KT. Sounds innocent enough, but there's controversy surrounding the band for two reasons:

1. Many feel that Teresa is exploiting her daughter and forcing her into music so that she can earn for the family while her parents are locked up.

2. Those who have seen 3KT's first video say that the way that Gia dresses and acts is totally inappropriate for a 13-year-old.
