Taylor Swift Wonderstruck Commercial: The Journey Begins
We adore Taylor Swift. There are few artists more entertaining in concert, as this young superstar brings various guests on stage and covers hits by local stars.
But we wish she'd stick to singing.
THG simply can't get behind celebrity fragrances. They are too transparent of a money grab, with singers or actors (or whatever the heck Kim Kardashian is) slapping their name on a bottle of perfume and watching the proceeds roll in.
They also lead to incredibly cheesy commercials, such as the following ad for Swift's "Wonderstruck." Get ready, readers, for your journey to begin...
Taylor Swift and Andy Grammer Keep Their Heads Up in Nashville
Go see Taylor Swift in concert this summer and you never know who might pop up on stage.
Throughout her Speak Now tour, Swift has surprised fans by singing duets with Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj and, most recently, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney and Andy Grammer! All three joined the young icon for a show in Nashville over the weekend.
Below, you can watch Taylor introduce Grammer to the crowd and then join him for a rendition of "Keep Your Head Up," a song Swift says she listens to any time she's feeling down.
Taylor Swift Covers Bryan Adams in Vancouver
Another tour stop, another fun cover by Taylor Swift.
The artist has been doing her talented thing across North America all summer, playing her usual set of hits for fans in a number of cities, but also making a point to stop and cover a song by a local artist at each venue, as well.
There was Pink and TLC in Philly; and, our favorite, Eminem in Michigan. In Vancouver this week, meanwhile, attendees were treated to Bryan Adams' "Summer of 69." Fun stuff as always:
Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift to Get Back Together?
With a new album on the way, Joe Jonas is about to embark on a solo career.
But an insider tells Us Weekly the singer wants to make sweet music again with another famous artist: ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift!
Might we soon witness the return of Toe?
"He wants her back," the tabloid claims. "He wants to show her he's a changed man and would love to see what's possible between them."
Taylor Swift Nominated for Entertainer of the Year at CMAs
She can rap, she can pose tastefully for a fragrance ad and she can definitely cross genres.
It was announced today that Taylor Swift, one of the most beloved pop stars of her generation, has been nominated for five Country Music Awards. Among them? Entertainer of the Year!
Swift will go up against five men in that category - Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton and Keith Urban - while she's also among the nominees for Female Vocalist of the Year along with Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride.
Taylor is the only female to have scored five nominee for the ceremony, which will air on November 9. We've listed all the categories/nominated artists below.
Taylor Swift Releases First Fragrance Ad
What is the difference between Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian? In a word: talent.
In a second word: taste.
Consider the contrasting fragrance ads released by these stars this week, as Kim promotes "Gold" with an accentuation of her only valuable asset, while Taylor goes a more innocent, magical route in the following campaign for "Wonderstruck."
Named after an "Enchanted" song, “Wonderstruck represents that magical feeling of promise and hope and intrigue," Swift says of the perfume, which comes out in October. "It was fascinating to learn that you could layer so many different scents to create a beautiful end result.”
So... would you prefer to smell like the sweat of Ray J? Or like teardrops on a guitar? Whose fragrance are you more likely to purchase?

Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj Join Forces on "Super Bass"
There's a reason why Taylor Swift anchors the highest-grossing tour of the summer: fans never know what they will get on a nightly basis.
Sometimes, the young superstar covers Eminem. Other times, she's joined on stage by another teenage icon.
On Sunday evening, meanwhile, fans were treated to yet another surprise: following her appearance at MTV's Video Music Awards, Nicki Minaj popped over the Taylor's concert in Los Angeles and joined the artist on a rendition of "Super Bass." The crowd went wild and Swift demonstrated her versatility once again. Seriously, she rules.
Selena Gomez has also been covering this Minaj track on the road. Check out a couple examples of her rapping like Nicki HERE.
Taylor Swift on Taylor Lautner: Just Good Friends!
We're not sure where this rumor got started, but Taylor Swift put a rest to it during an appearance on Ryan Seacrest's radio program Tuesday: she is NOT dating Taylor Lautner.
"We’re incredibly close friends, but that’s not something that’s newsworthy, so people write other stuff. We’re just really good friends!”
Another topic that was addressed? Swift penning a memoir in the near future. Sorry, folks. That chatter is also nothing but talk. ("Not at all!" she said. "I haven’t even heard that rumor!")
Okay, but what about something that could actually take place? Such as a duet with Bruno Mars? A fan asked about that and Taylor sounded open to the possibility.
"He is amazing," she said. "We’ve talked about writing together and we think it would be an amazing collaboration.”
Most recently, of course, Mars teamed up with Eminem on "Lighters." Check out that official music video NOW.
Justin Bieber to Taylor Swift: Surprise!!!
Justin Bieber loves a good surprise.
The singer made fans go wild in late July went he popped out on stage during a Selena Gomez show. Last night, the dreamy 17-year old made yet another cute concert cameo, shocking those in attendance at a Taylor Swift performance in Los Angeles.
Watch the crowd go bonkers below, as these two young icons break into a duet of Justin's "Baby."
"You think you've heard LOUD screaming in your life," Taylor Tweeted after the event. "Then [Justin Bieber] comes out and does a surprise song during your show. Woah. Unreal."
Responded the Biebs: "We should do that more often. :) great show! #muchlove."
Taylor Swift Music Video Release: "Sparks Fly"
Taylor Swift has spent the last few weeks covering singles by popular artists. She most recently honored TLC and Pink in Philadelphia.
But, in case you forgot, the singer has plenty of her own material, as well. With that in mind, check out Swift's just-released music video for "Sparks Fly," as she takes viewers on a tour on her "Speak Now" tour.
Look, there she is on a flying balcony. There she is ringing a ball! And doing a faux-hoedown!
