Taylor Swift and Chelsea Handler have something in common: an affection for 50 Cent.

But while the latter may possess carnal knowledge of this rapper, the former simply likes his music.

"When we're on tour, we have all three girls - the backup singer, the fiddle player, and me in one room - and we all warm up to 50 Cent music," Taylor told Chelsea during an interview this week. "It would be surprising how many lyrics I know."

Taylor Swift will soon be coming to an arena near you.

The artist has announced a whirlwind 2011 tour that will take her to 87 cities in 19 countries, beginning February 9 in Singapore.

The country singer picked up a major trophy and also serenaded fans with a rendition of one of her "Speak Now" singles. What did you think of the performance?

Swift also debuted a new hairstyle at the event, posing backstage before and after the show with bangs and a noticeable absence of curls. It looks like the artist is aiming for a more mature look, which is appropriate if she really is dating a certain older man...

It was a good night for Taylor Swift at the American Music Awards.

While the singer didn't dominate the evening like a certain shaggy-haired 16-year old, she was named the top Female Country Artist on the planet. Swift also performed her single "Back to December," mixing in a bit of One Republic’s “Apologize" with the ballad.

Reports indicate that Taylor Swift is more serious about her career than Jake Gyllenhaal.

But the same can't be said about the actor's feelings regarding this young singer. According to Hollywood Life sources, Jake has dated since his split with Reese Witherspoon, but "no one has put a smile on his face like Taylor. He’s really on cloud nine."

Call them Swiftenhaal or Gyllenwift. Just don't call Taylor and Jake a casual couple any longer.

Following casual dates in NYC and California, things between Swiftenhaal will allegedly heat up this December, as insiders claim: “The two are planning to spend the holidays together. And Jake plans to meet Taylor in Paris at the beginning of the new year, where she’ll be performing.”

Will you be inviting Taylor Swift to Thanksgiving this year?

On the night of November 25, the singer will be featured on an NBC special, as she belts out renditions of “Mine,” “Sparks Fly,” “Story of Us,” “Enchanted,” and “Speak Now" from various locations. One of them will be a rooftop in NYC, as previewed in the rehearsal photo here:

This program will treat viewers to a behind-the-scenes look at Swift’s world, from recording in the studio to signings autographs for fans to avoiding paparazzi on the streets.

Sorry, American fans of Taylor Swift. But you most definitely don't have a monopoly on affection for this singer.

A few days after receiving raves for her CMA rendition of "Back to December," the 20-year old traveled across the Atlantic this weekend and performed for attendees at the BBC Teen Awards in London. She sang such hits as “Love Story,” “Speak Now,” and “Mine.”

On Tuesday night, Taylor Swift became the youngest person in the history of the Country Music Awards to be named Sngwriter of the Year. Not shabby, huh?

That trophy was not handed out on last night's broadcast, however, but that doesn't mean Swift didn't make a major impression on viewers and those in attendance.

The young sensation performed at the piano during the event, serenading the crowd with a rendition of "Back to December," the single allegedly written for Taylor Lautner. Check out a couple still shots from the performance, along with two from the red carpet:

This is the message Kanye West sent on the radio show Mojo in the Morning yesterday, once again bringing up his rude behavior at the 2009 MTV Music Awards and implying it "spawned" the global success Swift has since enjoyed.

Said Kanye:

Without this incident, would Taylor Swift even have a career at this point?!? Kanye West isn't certain.

"I feel like when Taylor was getting all those magazine covers, she was all good then. I feel completely empathetic and sympathize with that moment of her feeling bad, that spawned her to have one million magazine covers and be the most popular artist in the world, but in that moment of her feeling bad, I do feel bad about being the cause of that."
