But Joan Rivers appeared this morning on Live with Kelly and Michael and took aim at two more famous names, a couple weeks after slamming Adele as fat.
"Taylor Swift's knees have been together more than Melissa and I," the comedian told the hosts. "If you've broken up with nine people in nine months, maybe you should douche. I say this as a loving grandmother. I say this with love."
And certainly not with humor.

Yesterday, prior to the 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards, Swift fulfilled her promise to Kevin McGuire, a 19-year old cancer survivor who asked the artist to the prom last year.

And in the latest issue of Wonderland - without dropping the names of Harry Styles, Taylor Lautner or any ex - the singer opens up about the experience of ending a relationship.
“It’s very complex; you’re never feeling just sad," Swift said of heartbreak "Maybe you wake up and you feel sad, and then you get angry, and then you feel like ‘I’m fine’, and then you feel confident, and then you feel a sense of doubt, and then you’re insecure, and then there’s jealousy, and then you’re back to sad – and then you feel fine again.”

A trio of music superstars joined forces at the 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards.
Taylor Swift took to the stage at the event alongside Tim McGraw and Keith Urban, as the artists teamed up for a rendition of "Highway Don't Care," a track included on McGraw's latest album.
All three of these singers were shut out of the winning circle at the ACMs, but at least they left us with a memorable performance.

"The @taylorswift13 show tonight=most life-affirming thing I've experienced (NOT hyperbole. After all, haven't yet been to a gay wedding.)," Lena Dunham Tweeted Friday, adding in her own creative way:
"Tiny girls with sparkly signs (is the name of my new T Swift tribute band)."
Taylor Swift is headed from the stage to the small screen.
The touring singer has been cast on the New Girl Season 2 finale, Fox sources confirm, coming on board the uproarious sitcom as a guest at the wedding of CeCe and Shivrang.
It's unclear if Swift will actually perform at the ceremony or reception.
