It's incredible but true: Taylor Swift did not win any CMA Awards last night. Seriously, we checked. There were no errors.

But the super, duper star still made her presence very much felt at the event, performing one of her new singles live on stage.

Mirroring her Begin Again video - which is set inside a Paris cafe - Swift dressed in red and sang in front of an accordion player, along with couples sipping on lattes. Watch for yourself now:

Among other performances at the ceremony, Kelly Clarkson and Vince Gill teamed up for "Don't Rush."

The numbers are in and, to the surprise of absolutely no one, Taylor Swift sold many albums over the past seven days.

"Red" moved 1.2 million copies in its first week of release, the highest total for any CD since Eminem's "The Eminem Show" in 2002.

The album is also the first one to break the one-million mark since Lady Gaga and "Born This Way" in 2011, according to Billboard, and is the second-largest debut for a female artist ever, following the sale of 1.319 million copies of Britney Spears' "Oops! ...I Did It Again" in 2000.

In other words: peeps love themselves some Taylor Swift!

Swift, meanwhile, continues to promote the heck out of "Red." She sang her breakout hit about never getting back together with a certain someone on Dancing with the Stars last night.

We are still trying to process what went down on last night's Dancing with the Stars results show.

But while the eliminated couple came as a shock, this did not: Taylor Swift performed on the ABC smash... and was terrific!

The mega superstar belted out a version of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" while clad in a red bow tie and dancing around on a red stage. How come? See the name of her new album title.

Taylor Swift covers the December issue of Cosmopolitan and, well... this is a bit awkward

While touting the singer's sexy look, the magazine also hypes that she's "Crazy for a Kennedy." The only problem? She recently split with Conor Kennedy. Oops!

Among other, we-assume-still-relevant tidbits concerning the artist, all revealed in the issue's Cosmo Quiz:

• She's never played a song for the person about whom she wrote it. Why? "Because I’m a wuss."
• The beauty products she can't live without include red lipstick, black eyeliner and a hair tie: “I always end up throwing my hair up halfway through the day.”
• She gets most emotional singing "The Best Day."
• If her house were on fire, she would save her cat: “She’s the only one who understands me. And she’s so funny looking.”
• She received her best relationship advice from... Jay Leno?!? ‘It’s easy. Just marry your conscience,' he told her. 'Marry the one who makes you want to be a better person.’

Taylor Swift, who has performed multiple times in New York this week, will take her act national in a few months.

The superstar has announced a 2013 tour through North America in promotion of her album "Red."

"I didn't think I could be any more excited about my Red album, but then I start thinking about how I'm going to put the new show together for The Red Tour," Swift said in a statement. "I have so many ideas about how to really bring this music to life, and I can't wait to share the new show with all my fans!"

It looks like Taylor Swift already has material for her next album.

The musician, who is appearing on every talk show ever created this week in promotion of "Red," has reportedly split from her latest boyfriend, 18-year old Conor Kennedy.

"They quietly parted ways a while ago," a friend tells Us Weekly, explaining: "It was just a distance thing. No hard feelings. They're fine."

Are they, though? This whirlwind romance grew so serious so quickly that talk sprung up of an elopement.

Taylor Swift has appeared all over the small screen this week, performing songs off her new album "Red."

But the 22-year old superstar stopped by Ellen yesterday and the topic turned from the notes on her music to the lyrics in her singles, specifically: Who the heck has she been writing about?!?

Unwilling to reveal any ex-boyfriends, the host gave Swift a bell to ring any time a photo of one appeared on screen.
