Reflecting on why she's the way she is, Taylor Momsen blames her folks for robbing her of a healthy childhood, insisting they're the reason she's so miserable.

The Gossip Girl star, model and lead singer of The Pretty Reckless said, "Everyone's like, 'Wow, why is she upset and why is she so miserable about things?'"

"My parents signed me up with Ford [modeling agency] at the age of two," she lamented. "No two-year-old wants to be working, but I had no choice."

The 17-year-old continued, "My whole life, I was in and out of school. I didn't have any friends. I was working constantly and I didn't have a real life."

Poor thing.

Don't get us wrong, it starts with upbringing. But it's hard to imagine her parents are pleased with - or responsible for - Taylor Momsen topless concert appearances or magazine shoots with guns and lingerie. That's on you, T.

This isn't the first time Miley Cyrus and Taylor Momsen have been matched up against each other.

Based on their respective ages and recent style selections, we asked readers last month to decide which of these young artists acts more inappropriate. At this point, though, it's safe to say the Gossip Girl star/Pretty Reckless frontwoman has earned that title.

Jenny Humphrey, the Gossip Girl character portrayed by Taylor Momsen, was termed "Gothic Barbie" on last night's installment of the CW series.

Taylor and Jenny really are morphing into the same person. Momsen's rock band, The Pretty Reckless, has a new video out for their song "Just Tonight."

Taylor Momsen must love Halloween. Either that or she hates it, since for one brief period per year, her underage-goth-girl-rocker look isn't edgy or unusual!

The Gossip Girl Corpse Bride herself showed up a party in W. Hollywood last night, with no shortage of leather or lace. Did we mention she's 17 years old?

It's as if 17-year-old Taylor Momsen was trying to send a message to the many critics of her recent gun-toting cover of Revolver and hyper-sexual image:

That message would be something akin to "I'm just getting started!"

Rocking out with her band The Pretty Reckless in NYC last night, T-Moms upped the ante, opening her shirt and exposing her breasts ("covered" by pasties).

This was no invasion of the Gossip Girl star's privacy by paparazzi. Taylor Momsen made sure concert-goers saw Taylor Momsen topless on stage. Insane.

What could ever pack more heat in a magazine than a teenage, lingerie-clad Gossip Girl actress and PTC lightning rod rocker with a sawed-off shotgun?

Okay, a deported Russian spy with a .45 might do it. Anna Chapman's Maxim cover gives Taylor Momsen's Revolver photo spread a run for its money.

So, we gotta ask ...

Which gun-toting magazine cover girl is hotter?

Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen recoils at Miley Cyrus comparisons, but she just pulled a Miley by ticking off the Parents Television Council with her antics.

Cyrus' new, overtly sexual video for "Who Owns My Heart" sparked outcry from the group, which criticized the example she sets for young, female fans.

Now it's a gun-toting, lingerie-clad Momsen, also 17, on the cover of Revolver magazine that has the PTC up in arms. Just like her nemesis Miley ...

BAD SEEDS: T-Moms and Miles are two peas in an inappropriate pod.

The PTC says that by making guns and violence seem sexy, Taylor contributes to the epidemic "of kids’ overexposure to hyper-sexualized media content, which has been linked to depression, eating disorders, and sexual risk-taking."

She can act hard all she wants, but this Taylor-Miley comparison won't be the last. Both are going out of their way to push the envelope and are far too young to behave in such a manner without offending people (justifiably or not).

The only real question: Who's more inappropriate?

Tim Gunn certainly does not mince words, and Tuesday night, the fashionable Project Runway fellow had some choice ones for Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen.

While promoting his new book, Gunn's Golden Rules: Life's Little Lessons for Making It Work, Tim just shot a guest spot on the new season of Gossip Girl.

Let's just say he wasn't impressed with T-Moms.

For one, he says if the actress paid more attention to her lines than her phone, the Pretty Reckless frontwoman woman be much better at her day job.

He says he found Momsen "sad" and pathetic."

"What a diva!" he says of the trouble-causing 17-year-old lightning rod. "She was pathetic, she couldn't remember her lines, and she didn't even have that many. I thought to myself 'why are we all being held hostage by this brat?"

The main problem, he says, was her BlackBerry use.
