In an exclusive interview with WooMeTV, Stephanie Pratt of The Hills took a break from her busy schedule of being annoying and doing nothing to come clean to fans (which apparently she has) about her experience with the "master cleanse" diet.

We'd sum it up for you, but Stephanie, who recently opened up about battling bulimia on the cover of Us Weekly, is just so painful to listen to that we sort of tuned out 30 or 40 seconds in. Sorry. We can only endure so much punishment.

So check it out if you can tolerate her:

The Hills' Stephanie Pratt is opening up for the first time about hating her body and her terrifying, secret struggle with bulimia. Or so she claims.

Putting on the bikini for the cover of Us Weekly was tough, says the sister of Spencer Pratt, who says that she has been so embarrassed by her body that she hadn't worn a two-piece suit in front of anyone in "over a year."

"I'm proud of myself," says the size 0-2 Pratt of her celebrity magazine cover shoot. "I was super nervous going in, but I'm happy I did it."

That fat paycheck does feel good, doesn't it?

In the video below, which shows Stephanie Pratt in a bikini, she whines about bloggers calling her the fat girl on The Hills (not true), people hating her just because she's related to Spencer (not true) and lots of other crap.

Asher Roth, get your girlfriend under control!

Regarding his sister's alarming admission of an eating disorder and self-esteem issues, big brother Spencer Pratt said: "I love and support Stephanie. We all have our problems from time to time, but she's my sister and I'm always praying for her."

You knew it was going to take a Herculean effort from someone to end Jon and Kate Gosselin's reign of seven consecutive weeks on the cover of Us Weekly.

Turns out Stephanie Pratt was up to the task.

The Hills star and sister of Spencer Pratt opens up for the first time in the new issue of the celebrity news tabloid about hating her body and her terrifying secret struggle with bulimia - sparked, she says, by good old-fashioned peer pressure.

And because Stephanie Pratt is quasi-famous from a reality show (or at least a popular MTV show masquerading as reality), we know who said peers are.

The 5-foot-7 she-Pratt reveals she began the bulimic ritual - binge, then purge - after watching a Hills scene she shot with Lauren Conrad back in 2007:

"I was horrified. I remember saying, 'I can't believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren,'" she reflected on the agony of filming next to her pal LC.

She then asked co-star Audrina Patridge, "What looks better, 'shirt on or off?'"

Audrina's response: 'On.'"

That hurts. Says Stephanie Pratt, "The producers never put pressure on us to lose weight," but adds, "It's embarrassing working with skinny girls."

Hopefully Asher Roth can write a song or do something to comfort his girl.

Stephanie Pratt Quotes

[on Stephanie hanging out with Lauren Conrad]
Spencer Pratt: Don't you have any sense of family loyalty?
Stephanie Pratt: I can't believe how hypocritical you are - you who became best friends with my ex-boyfriend in high school even though I hated him!
Spencer Pratt: [looooooong pause] He wasn't your boyfriend, I hate to break it to you. He was your semi-formal date. You can call it what you want.

Stephanie Pratt: [crying] You're making me feel so guilty.
Spencer Pratt: No, you're making YOURSELF feel guilty. Thinking about what YOU did.
