Two episodes of The Hills last night. One awesome performance by Whitney Port and plenty of Pratt family drama to catch up on. Let's get down to it.

In the first episode, "Back to L.A.," Lauren Conrad returns home from Paris and tells Audrina Patridge all about her travels, while Whitney Port heads into Lisa Love's office at Teen Vogue to tell her she's outta here.

Whitney goes on a job interview for a stylist's position with Kelly Cutrone of People's Revolution. The interview is tough, but our girl gets it! Yay!

At her office, Heidi Montag explains to some random co-worker that she does not want to break up with Spencer Pratt .... but at the same time, he sure shouldn't think about seeing other people ... but he needs to move out. Pronto.

Spencer complains to his sister, Stephanie Pratt, about moving out and says he's considering dating other girls as a result. Hopefully ones who haven't had about 12 plastic surgeries. Seriously, have you seen Heidi lately?

Heidi Montag gets wind of the fact that Spencer is thinking about dating others - via Stephanie - and fish-lips does not take kindly to this revelation.

Spencer Pratt has worn this look of bewilderment for three episodes now.

Lauren and Audrina head to Les Deux where they meet up with Frankie Delgado and his boyfriend, Brody Jenner. Just kidding. They're not together. Though they are always together. What is this Frankie guy's deal, anyway?

Anyway, having heard about Cora Skinner, LC gives Brody the cold shoulder and asks him where his "girlfriend" is. Brody plays dumb, but Lauren is wicked upset and not buying it. Brody then gets pissed storms outta the club.

Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth (Lo) have breakfast and LC admits that Brody has a way of making her feel like she's not good enough.

Lo tells LC that she's being ridiculous and that Brody should be chasing her, and that she has to figure out a way to just be friends with him.

A bitter Spencer packs up his stuff at the ol' apartment, while pouty Heidi watches. As he walks out he says "enjoy your space." Ohhh, snap!

Finally, Whitney Port packs up her stuff at the Teen Vogue offices, reminiscing with LC about all their good times. They say goodbye and we shed a tear.

On the long-awaited premiere of The Hills, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port arrive in Paris to help out at the Crillon Ball for Teen Vogue.

What that is, we really have no clue, as it's not explained, but "It's a new world for you," a driver cautions. "Everything is different."

Lauren and Whitney then proceed to run errands for Teen Vogue and talk about boys. Everything is remarkably different in Paris, indeed.

Back in the USA, a reeling Heidi Montag is spending QT with her parents in snowy Crested Butte, Colo., while out in L.A., a depressed Spencer Pratt tells his little sister how he's going to win Heidi back by surprising her.

Stephanie Pratt tells him to respect Heidi's request for space. Her advice on what Spencer should do to win her back: "I mean, I guess you could just write a list of everything you've done and do the exact opposite."

Gotta give Stephanie Pratt props for that line!

In Paris, Lauren gets a call from Audrina Patridge, who says that she saw Brody Jenner at Les Deux kissing a girl he was calling his girlfriend.

We believe Brody's new girl to be Cora Skinner, though it was not specified. In any case, don't expect many more photos such as this in the immediate future.

To get her mind off the news, LC and Whitney go out with some guys from the band Rock and Roll (great name for a band), all of whom smoke, and one of whom has a penchant for wearing his shirt unbuttoned. Gotta love France!

When they get back to the hotel, Lauren Conrad consults her English to French dictionary and learns how to say "Brody is scum." Damn right!

Heidi Montag, meanwhile, is living up to the New York Times' assessment that she's become something of a feminist hero overnight.

  1. First, when Spencer Pratt explains the reason for his visit, she cuts him off and says, "Right, it's about you. It's all about you." Snap!
  2. Then, at dinner with her parents, who ain't thrilled to see him either, she tells him if he really respected her, he wouldn't have come. Double snap!
  3. Finally, she goes off about how she wants her friends back in her life and orders him to move out when they get back to L.A. Damn, girl.

Paris again now. Before leaving for the Ball, Lauren discovers that she's burned her borrowed Alberta Ferretti dress with her curling iron. Sadness.

Perhaps wearing it out to a club the night before wasn't the best idea, but no matter. Whitney, devoted friend, somehow commandeers LC another one.

At the Crillon Ball, Whitney Port has a talk with her boss, who recommends that she pursue styling instead of... whatever she does now. Okay then.

At the end of the evening, Matthias, the guitarist for Rock and Roll, propositions Lauren Conrad with just what she needs to forget Brody Jenner - an opportunity for a midnight tour of Paris on his Vespa. OMG! She accepts!

One brief run-in with Lauren Conrad and a heart-to-heart with Heidi Montag later, Stephanie Pratt went from unknown to bona fide player on The Hills.

Spencer Pratt's younger sis sparked controversy on The Hills when she chewed out Lauren at a club, then spilled the beans to her brother regarding Heidi's hesitation about their wedding. Now comes the scrutiny of her personal life.

Specifically, a police report - and this subsequent Stephanie Pratt mug shot - stemming a shoplifting arrest occurring in Hawaii in 2006. See below...

Stephanie Pratt's mug shot, looking seriously messed up, dated 2006.

Stephanie, 21, has been nothing but open about the bust, as well as her about personal struggles with drug addiction, in the latest issue of Us Weekly.

The younger Pratt says she started smoking pot at 15, and "in a matter of months, I was on to other things ... I was a blackout drinker too."

"Once in history class, I was so high that when the teacher wasn't looking, I asked a girl to feel my heart," Stephanie said.

"It was beating so fast I thought I was going to die."

Even Spencer Pratt couldn't deal with her problem.

"Spencer got mad because he was always defending me, saying I wasn't on drugs even when I was," Stephanie says. "He stopped talking to me for a bit."

It took a 2006 arrest â€" the girl had stolen $1,300 worth of merchandise from a Neiman Marcus in Honolulu, where she was working as a production assistant on ABC's Lost â€" for Stephanie Pratt to realize she needed help.

"When I was arrested, I was so humiliated... because of all the drugs in me, I passed out and had to go to hospital, where I called my parents."

"Getting arrested was a blessing," Stephanie adds. "I don't think I would have been able to get off drugs without that huge wake-up call."

There was some big-time drama for both Audrina Partridge and Lauren Conrad on last night's all-new episode of The Hills. Let's get right down to it.

First, there was the introduction of Stephanie Pratt (yes, she's the "She-Pratt"), a girl who you can immediately tell is related to the great Spencer Pratt.

Heidi Montag Pratt Picture

Not only does the sister of the show's villain talk like he does, they sort of look the same! Stephanie might even be a little cute if she weren't a Pratt.

Anyway. Stephanie Pratt confronted Lauren Conrad at the hot L.A. club Opera while LC was out with her pals. The she-Pratt and LC started she-bickering and Conrad pal Brody Jenner found himself in the middle of it as well.

"When you hate my brother, it makes me hate you," a drunk Stephanie Pratt hissed at Lauren Conrad, before redirecting her wrath at Brody Jenner, who told her to back the hell off. Damn straight, bitch. Take your catfight elsewhere!

Later, upon hearing his sister's recollection of the night's events, the male Pratt and his faux fiancee, Heidi Montag, weighed in on the situation at home.

"I could never be friends with someone who's [friends with Lauren]" said smarmy Spencer Pratt, reiterating his intense dislike for his ex-BFF Brody Jenner.

Audrina Patridge, Lauren Conrad and Brody Jenner were all under the gun last night, facing off with foes old and new - Justin-Bobby Brescia and Stephanie Pratt.

Meanwhile, during the same crazy night at the Opera, Audrina was thrown for a major loop when Justin Brescia - a.k.a. Justin Bobby - was busted making out with some redhead ... then laughing about it as Audrina confronted him.

Seriously folks. We love to rip on Spencer Pratt at The Hollywood Gossip, but even he has nowhere near the ass bag qualities of Justin-Bobby Brescia.

Fortunately, Audrina Patridge ended up giving Justin Brescia the heave-ho, but it was not easy. The weasel tried his best to hang on, and darn near talked himself into yet another chance. Good to see Audrina hold strong at the end.

As Audrina reflected upon how her life had been effectively ruined by this waste of space for months now, she decided that despite her attraction to him, she had to send Justin-Bobby heading for The Hills (so to speak) forever.

"It's hopeless," she said. "We should just be friends."

Way to go, girl. Way to go.
