Shannen Says: Bridezilla Doherty Browbeats Kurt Iswarienko in New Reality Show
Shannen Doherty and Kurt Iswarienko, her now-husband, star in the new WE reality show Shannen Says April 10. It might as well be called Shannen Wears the Pants.
The 40-year-old's new show documents her plan to walk down the aisle for the third time, during which she becomes a total bridezilla, to the surprise of no one.
Witness the sneak peek below, in which she bullies Iswarienko into abiding by her strict conditions, such as how Sundays are going to be spent in their house:
“I so can pull a wedding off in seven weeks, I have totally got this. And I have Kurt and he’s completely focused, so we’re good,” she tells the camera. Right.
During a lunch at Savory restaurant in Malibu, the couple has a heated argument over Kurt agreeing to play football with his friends that Sunday. The nerve.
“Please don’t bulls***t me, I hate it when you bulls***t me,” Shannon snaps at him. “A grown man just got peer-pressured into playing football.”
That comment finally forces Kurt to man up slightly, and say to her, “A grown man wants to play football, he wants to play football with his friends.”
Shannen’s response: “Guess what, you should have sex with your friend, you should live with your friend, you should have a full blown relationship."
“Just tell him that you can’t play, that we have other plans.”
Amazingly, these two actually did get married. Congrats?

The 40-year-old actress who most notably played Brenda Walsh on the original 90210, said "I do" to her fiancé at sunset in Malibu, according to reports.
The black-tie affair took place at a private estate nestled in the hills ... and will air on her reality show on WEtv as part of the season finale early next year.
Yes, Shannen Doherty and Kurt Iswarienko have a reality show coming out, and it revolves around planning their wedding. Is this a great country or what?
Shannen previously ended short-lived marriages to Ashley Hamilton and notorious Paris Hilton sex tape costar Rick Salomon. Third time's the charm?
"Marriage to me is such a gigantic commitment that it's not something I'd ever go into lightly anymore," says Doherty. "I've learned my lesson."

Former Beverly Hills: 90210 star Shannen Doherty is engaged to celebrity photographer Kurt Iswarienko, and will tie the knot on a new WEtv show!
The project will chronicle Doherty as she manages all the hectic aspects of preparing for her new marriage, while also renovating her Malibu home.
“People will see a side of Shannen they never expected to see,” says WEtv executive John Miller, calling Doherty “unfiltered, honest and vulnerable.”

Shannen trashed Kurt's home in 2009, allegedly. Guess they got past that.
Celebrity relationship docu-soaps have been popular on cable, best demonstrated by none other than Doherty’s former co-star Tori Spelling on Oxygen.
If all goes according to plan, Doherty’s as-yet-untitled series will premiere in January 2012 and its first season finale will show the couple’s wedding.
But will viewers flock to see Doherty once the honeymoon’s over? “I would watch her go to a supermarket,” Miller says. “She’s insanely compelling.”

Father of Shannen Doherty Passes Away
Close to a year after he suffered a stroke, the father of actress Shannen Doherty passed away on Friday. He was 66.
In March, immediately after the former Beverly Hills 90210 star was prematurely voted off Dancing with the Stars, she expressed gratitude merely for appearing on the show and seeing her dad's "face light up" as a result.
In her statement dealing with the passing of John Thomas Doherty, Shannen referred to her father as the "greatest man in the world" and said: "I love him with every inch of my being and cannot imagine life without him."

Following the shocking elimination of Shannen Doherty, Dancing With the Stars either established itself as wildly unpredictable or wrought with conspiracy.
Is a ratings-boosting fix in from ABC? Are voters going all Sanjaya on us and trying to keep the worst peeps on? Does no one recall the original 90210?
Whatever the reason, despite a semi-respectable two-week score of 38, good for seventh place out of 11 by the judges' tallies, Doherty is outta here.
Despite being wildly outperformed, Kate Gosselin, who was among the bottom three vote getters, escaped elimination Tuesday. What a complete joke.
Even more amazing? Pamela Anderson, despite being the fourth highest rated performer Monday by the judges, landed in the bottom two with Doherty.
ONE AND DONE: It's all over for Shannen Doherty and Mark Ballas.
The 38-year-old Shannen said on last week's season premiere that she joined the show's cast to honor her father, a big fan who recently suffered a stroke.
"To see my dad's face light up the way it did and how proud he was of me filled me with this kind of amazing emotion of thankfulness," Doherty said Tuesday.
"I call that a success."
Why was this angle not played up more by producers? Or the fact that her partner was dancing hurt? Because they were more worried about keeping Kate on.
Doherty led off Monday's show, while Gosselin closed it out. Kate's dancing royally sucked, but a heated spat with Tony Dovolani was fresh in the voters' minds.
They patched things and performed a Jive Bruno Tonioli called “a disaster,” but apparently it was good enough to score another week, along with Buzz Aldrin.
