In a new interview with Seventeen, Selena Gomez is asked about two of the most important topics for any teenage girl: love and Justin Bieber.

Is the 18-year old pop star truly head over heels for the adorable teen icon? Gomez doesn't directly answer that question, but does tell the magazine:

"I think as I’m getting older and having more in-depth relationships, maybe I’ll experience it. At the moment, I don’t know, exactly, if I’ve been in love."

Gomez and Bieber are no longer keeping their relationship a secret, of course (watch her blush over him HERE), because Selena says "I don’t like hiding," adding:

"I do like to keep certain things to myself, but at the end of the day, I’m eighteen, and I’m going to fall in love. I’m going to hang out with people, and I’m going to explore myself, and I’m okay with that."

Selena Gomez is such a liar.

So states Ellen DeGeneres during an interview that will air today.

Joking around with the young singer, the comedian pulls out a clip from a few months ago, one in which Selena laughs off rumors about dating Justin Bieber by referring to him as akin to a "little brother."

Ellen DeGeneres gifted Selena Gomez with the ultimate present: a Justin Bieber pillow.

"He's not like your little brother, is he?" Ellen asks the blushing star. "No, he's not. And he's a fantastic guy. You can't try to hide that forever."

Typically, all Nick Jonas needs to do to make teenage girls scream is show up someplace.

But the singer really made fans go crazy at the Concert for Hope last night - and you won't believe how: by singing a verse from "Friday," the track that has made Rebecca Black famous/infamous.

When Justin Bieber Tweeted March 5 that “im not shaving for a month so you all can see my mustache, im pumped,” Selena Gomez wasn't swooning at the idea.

On the Morning Mash Up on SiriusXM this morning, Gomez explained why she did not encourage her boo to go there: “You’ve gotta commit,” she told listeners.

“You can’t just be like, ‘All right, let me just do a little one.’”

Though Gomez explained that she’s not totally against facial hair, she does raise a good point. It's Justin Bieber. What is a month really going to produce?

“He … needs a little more time,” she laughed.

Hopefully there won't be more Selena Gomez death threats over that cute wisecrack. You never know with Beliebers. Here's a clip of her interview:

So responded Selena Gomez on The Late Show last night, as David Letterman peppered her with questions about Justin Bieber.

After showing the singer a photo of herself and the Biebs at a Vanity Fair Oscars party in February, he asked Selena how long she's known Justin (two years), how they met (his manager called her mom/manager) and whether or not the duo are dating.

Selena's unclear reply? "He's been in my life for so long, and it's just nice to have someone that understands what you're going through."

Selena Gomez on The Late Show: Avoiding Bieber...

Gomez and Bieber are absolutely entitled to their privacy, but consider the lesson of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart: it might be best to just admit to a relationship and end the speculation once and for all.

Otherwise, the young stars will continue to be asked about their status and will be forced to come up with awkward answers that pretty much confirm it anyway.

It doesn't rhyme with any other words, but how does orange stack up against other colors when it comes to celebrity fashion?
