Despite Britney Spears' blog proclaiming that Sean Preston and Jayden James will be joining her for her Circus tour, Kevin Federline's camp insists no deal is done.

"We are working toward that," K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said.

"There can be an agreement reached in probably the next day, but there is not an agreement that is signed at this point," he added.

Mark Vincent Kaplan says they are still hammering out the finals details, but the basic agreement will allow Britney Spears to see her two sons on "pretty much the same schedule that she has now," which is around three days a week.

The FedEx man will travel with the kids to certain tour "bases" - big cities where Britney will stay with S & J in between concerts in the vicinity.

Kevin Federline "is working to make [Sean Preston and Jayden James] accessible by going to various central locations in various areas of the country."

'He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure the tour will be successful," says Kaplan.

The $4,000 per week Britney is offering probably helps.

Having nearly cleared an important legal hurdle, it looks like it will be off to the circus for Britney Spears and her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James!

The pop star's upcoming two-month tour was reportedly in trouble because of a snag over whether she could travel with her two boys. No longer.

"Both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour," says Britney Spears' official blog today.

Britney's ex, Kevin Federline, has primary custody of the boys, ages 3 and 2, but she has nearly 50-50 access to them in terms of visitation rights.

Spears said she was prepared to nix the tour if the boys could not come. K-Fed's lawyers threatened not to allow that if he weren't properly compensated.

Officially, it's still not a done deal... nothing has been signed. Though a lot of progress was made yesterday and a deal is expected to be in place soon.

Her widely-anticipated, blockbuster Circus tour kicks off March 3 in New Orleans. "Britney Spears is so excited to kick off her tour," her blog says.

"Britney has been enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again. It's sexy, fun, explosive, and full of surprises," says designer Jamie King of the impending Circus.

We're just happy Sean and Jayden will be joining her.

Britney Spears is prepared to cancel her upcoming Circus tour if lawyers for ex-husband Kevin Federline continue to block an agreement allowing her to take the kids on the road, according to a report on celeb news site TMZ.

For weeks, Britney, K-Fed and her father Jamie Spears have been privately hashing out a plan to let the kids travel with Britney on her world tour.

The plan is to have homes in three bases - New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Sean Preston and Jayden James would stay in one of these three bases and mom would commute back and forth while doing concerts in each region.

Then there's this strange fact: Britney Spears is prepared to pay the FedEx man in excess of $4,000 per week for every week in which she's on tour.

The way the deal goes... Britney would get Kevin his own pad in each of the three "bases" and he wouldn't even have to show up to get the money! Why, you ask, would she pay him if he doesn't show? You can figure it out.

Here's the deal: Britney, K-Fed and Jamie - who also got restraining orders against three shady characters from Britney's past in what's been an active week for him - worked out the arrangement without the help of any lawyers.

A week ago, however, attorneys for Kevin Federline became aware of the plan and were furious, thinking that Jamie Spears went behind their backs.

Now K-Fed's lawyers say they object to the plan but won't specifically say why, and Kevin apparently doesn't have the cojones to stand up to them.

Britney Spears - who now has close to a 50-50 custody arrangement in place and a long-term agreement worked out with K-Fed which would extend said arrangement - WILL cancel the tour if she can't take her kids. Stay tuned ...

The FedEx man accepted an invitation to join his ex-wife Britney Spears and their sons for a family barbeque on Sunday afternoon at Spears' new home.

Sources say Federline - sans Victoria Prince, his new girlfriend - arrived at Britney's new house Sunday at about noon to pick up his sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden Jaymes, 2, from their weekend visitation with Britney Spears.

K-Fed took time away from the golf course for a family outing.

At the star's new pad, K-Fed was invited in by Spears' father, Jamie Spears, who calls all the shots in her life after all, for a good ol' fashioned family BBQ.

He left with Sean Preston and Jayden James around 5 p.m.

K-Fed and his new girlfriend, Victoria Prince, took Sean Preston and Jayden James out for dinner at a Japanese restaurant in Fresno this weekend, where it was plain to see that Prince embraced the kids - and the role of interim mom.

Wonder how Britney feels about someone with Victoria Prince's shady past spending so much time with the kids. Then again, Britney's parenting was so poor that she lost the right to be with Sean and Jayden unsupervised for a time.

You gotta hand it to V-Prince, she looks like she's up to the task. How much longer until Kevin Federline puts a baby in that and she gives birth to his fifth offspring? We give it until the end of 2009. Dude is like a fertility god.

With a new cocktail of antidepressants outlook for her life and a really short leash rejuvenated career, Britney Spears is about to change addresses.

"I just took my babies to our new home and they loved it! I can't wait to move in," the recovering pop superstar says on her official Web site.

Sean Preston and Jayden James are also barely toilet trained (if that), but hey, their opinion counts. As long as they're not neglecting their spying duties.

Spears, 27, who has visitation rights – including overnights – with her sons Jayden James, 2, and Sean Preston, 3, has put her six-bedroom, six-bathroom Studio City, Calif., house on the market for more than $7 million.

There was no official word on where the new house is, although reports are surfacing that it's this one: "Chateau Suenos" in Calabasas, north of L.A.:

The troubled pop star looked at the same house last summer and is now reported to be renting it whilst she has another one built in the same area. Looks kind of lame, but hey, to each their own. No tennis court and polo grounds? Weak.

Britney Spears is so desperate, these venerable publications state, to know more about Kevin Federline's deadbeat girlfriend Victoria Prince, she has asked her two young children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to "spy" on the couple.

The singer - who divorced Federline in 2007 - is said to be so jealous that she has Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, to report back on what their father gets up to with Prince, a six-foot-tall blonde and former volleyball standout.

"Britney has asked her boys what Victoria Prince is like and if she spends the night," says a source. "She has also asked her bodyguards to milk information out of Kevin's bodyguards and quizzed his nanny and friends."

"She's been texting people, asking what's up with him and Victoria."

As for K-Fed - who the story says is aware Britney wants him to father her third child (?!) - he is enjoying his ex-wife's anguish over his new romance.

"Kevin says that when [Britney Spears] tells him she doesn't care if he dates, she says it with a lot of emotion, like she really does care. It pleases him that she is jealous," says the source. "He wants her to want him back."

At least that's what we think OK! is going for with the headline below, WHAT PRICE FAME? Not sure what that's supposed to mean exactly, but we assume the point is that Britney Spears' return to superstardom came at a price.

And a heavy price at that.

She has a #1 album in Circus, boasts three hot singles in the title track, "Womanizer" and "If U Seek Amy," and is planning a world tour starting March 3.

But it's no secret that, as she starts to climb back to the top, there are sacrifices she's had to make - namely little Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

OK! claims the singer paid an the extraordinary price for her comeback, voluntarily giving up the fight to regain custody of her boys in exchange for fame.

Last fall, as her upcoming concert tour was being organized, Britney's camp discovered that due to her history, they could not purchase insurance for her tour unless she was still under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears.

Until that point, the plan was for the conservatorship to be lifted December 31, at which point Brit would file for custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.

But an insider tells OK!, "The insurance situation changed everything."

Therefore, on October 28, the singer agreed to accept her father as her conservator - a decision which meant she would still legally be considered a child and no judge would give her custody of her kids, nor would K-Fed allow it.

"Whether it was her decision or whether she was pressured into it, Britney's deal with the devil put the tour ahead of the kids," says an insider.

If that's true, it's pretty sad (and we blame Larry Rudolph). Those photos from brother Bryan's wedding sure were cute, but it looks like Sean and Jayden are just occasional props, and never real priorities, for this star.
