The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has now officially ruled the shooting death of actor Mark Ruffalo's brother, Scott Ruffalo as a homicide.
Beverly Hills police arrested - and later released - Shaha Mishaal Adham, whose lawyer had claimed Scott was killed playing Russian roulette.
Ronald Richards, an attorney who represents Adham, told the press, "I have not been informed by police that my client is again at all a suspect."
Brian Scofield was also considered a person of interest but not charged.
There was also another person, Kristian Muradaz, who was arrested and released. Police have yet to release a motive for the death of Scott Ruffalo.
Scott Ruffalo, middle, with brother Mark, was shot December 1 and died a week later.
