Kourtney Kardashian may be many things: a talent-free reality star; an attention whore; a mother of two.

But the new In Touch Weekly claims to make it clear: this large-breasted brunette is "no dummy."

With rumors abounding that Kourtney will actually marry Scott Disick, the tabloid reports there's one minor little hold-up: a prenuptial agreement.

“If anyone screws up in this marriage, it will be Scott, not Kourtney,” alleges an insider. “She’s no dummy.  She’s protecting her and her children’s futures.”

There's reportedly $20 million at stake, with a vacation to Paris between the couple ending in "disaster" recently because Disick does not want to give in to his fiancee's demands.

Can you blame the guy? He just wants to kick back and drink some Heineken, people!

We've heard about it for years regarding Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick: the end is near, the break-up is imminent, he's a total and complete douchebag.

But a new tabloid cover story implies an impending split between the reality star and her baby daddy for a brand new reason: Disick's shady, law-breaking father.

It's come to the attention of Kourtney and her family that Jeffrey Disick - Scott's 62-year old father - recently turned himself in to the Suffolk County (N.Y.) District Attorney’s Office in the wake of grande larceny allegations. He stood accused of stealing money from a Long Island bank.

Jeffrey eventually pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of petty larceny, paid $6,500 in restitution and was sentenced to 140 hours of community service.

In news almost as shocking as Camille Grammer clamoring for pity, a new report spoils the finale of Kourtney and Kim Take New York...

... and states that the series will conclude with Scott Disick "proposing" to Kourtney Kardashian. From there?

"Just like sister Khloe and Lamar, Kourtney and Scott will not only get their own show but also a wedding. It's going to be TV gold," an insider tells Pop Eater.

Kris Jenner, of course, is the evil genius behind Scott and Kourtney's planned reality show, which will follow the bride and groom as they pretend to argue over wedding details.

"What is going to make this new show a monster hit is that Scott and Kourtney are actually happier than ever," the source adds. "Heading toward the alter is the next step for them with or without the cameras."

HA! Without the cameras. This is the Kardashians we're talking about, right? That was funny.
