Penelope Scotland Disick is a lucky young woman.

How come?

According to the latest issue of In Touch Weekly, the newborn "doesn't recognize" her own father. While this maybe troubling news for some children, remember: Penelope's dad is Scott Disick.

Numerous tabloids have alleged problems between Disick and Kardashian for awhile now.

The former has been accused of partying up a storm and drinking a lot of Heineken, while Kourtney is stuck at home, alone with two young children.

Simply put, a family insider tells In Touch: "Scott is never around."

And when he does show up? "Penelope cries a lot."

Simply put, Scott Disick is not very nice and his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian is a total sham.

So claims a cocktail waitress who served the reality star and his pals at Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut on Saturday.

"Scott was so incredibly mean,” the woman told co-workers, according to The Daily. "He literally ripped the bottle out of my hands when I came to the table, and later, he and his friends were just dumping drinks on me."

Moreover, Disick was spotted with his arm around a blonde in a tanktop.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have two kids together, but a new tabloid report makes it very clear just who the most immature member of this family truly is.

On September 14, Disick was in Toronto to host a party at Tryst nightclub...

... but the reality star went above and beyond his duties, Life & Style claims, asking for cocktail waitresses' phone numbers so he could invite them to his hotel room and continue raging deep into the morning.

"The girls arrived around 11 p.m. and partied with Scott and his business partner until security asked them to shut it down around 2 a.m. due to noise," a source tells the tabloid, adding that Disick was at it again the very next night.

Scott and his friends ended up at a club called Bloke & 4th on September 15.

"He began throwing back Heinekens like they were going out of style," says an anonymous fellow attendee, adding that Dicisk and his party left the club at 3:15 a.m., and that male and female voices were heard in his hotel room until 4:30 a.m.

While she deals with these alleged actions, E! viewers were forced to deal with Kourtney Kardashian giving birth on the season finale of her family's reality show. Good luck getting that image out of your head!

Sunday on the season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick became parents for a second time. Congrats, kids.

Elsewhere, Bruce was honored for his pre-Kardashian achievements, Khloe followed up with a fertility specialists and Kim decided to freeze her eggs. Nice.

This week on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe really wanted a baby. Scott Disick, meanwhile, pondered whether he should keep producing them.

Khloe's baby fever stemmed from Kourt's after all, leading the former to reflect on the fact that it comes so easily for her sister, yet is so hard for her.

Kourtney confesses that she'd like to have even more kids with Scott. Or without him. He does make cute ones, but hey, why limit your options! Plus 20.

Khloe, meanwhile, works up the strength to see a fertility specialist, and it turns she may have problems ovulating. Poor girl, that just breaks your heart.

"I can't believe I'm sitting here, going through porn magazines so I can find the perfect pair of knockers." - Kris. Minus 150 and that seems generous.

For a couple that is no longer living together - according to recent tabloid reports, that is - Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are getting along awfully well on television.

But look for the twosome to get into a totally unscripted argument on this Sunday's edition of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, as Kourtney makes it clear that she may want more than two kids and Disick asks if he ought to have a say in that decision.

"I don't want to be outnumbered by my children!" Disick yells, while sister Khloe Kardashian is also on hand and tries to talk some sense into Kourtney by explaining there are ways to prevent pregnancy.

However, Kourt drops a bombshell on her baby daddy and sibling, telling them in the following clip:

"I'm not going on the pill [after giving birth to Penelope]. I don't believe in it anymore!"

In Touch Weekly is aiming to win the Pulitzer Prize for imaginary Kardashian coverage.

A week after running a cover story that claimed Scott Disick was back on cocaine, the tabloid has pretended to do even more research into this soridd situation, following up that cover tale with one claiming Kourtney has kicked her baby daddy out.

"Kourtney and Scott will be living in separate apartments" when Kourtney & Kim Take Miami returns this fall, an insider says, raising the question:

There's gonna be another season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami?!?

Kourtney is allegedly sick of Disick's constant partying and irresponsible behavior, but friends wonder whether this move is really the answer. One says:

“Scott’s friends in Miami are partiers, and they’re all in the club scene - so he’ll be worse than ever. With his own apartment, he’ll have the privacy to do whatever he wants without Kourtney knowing.... There’s going to be a lot of drama."

It's almost as if E! planned it this way or something.
