Katy Perry is unloading the mansion she bought while she was married to Russell Brand, nine months after the pair finalized their July 2012 divorce.

According to real estate site Zillow, Perry had been trying to sell the 1920s-era home under the radar, but is now listing it publicly for $6.925 million.

Records indicate that the former lovebirds purchased the property for $6.5 million in June 2011. They reportedly planned to redo it and then move in.

Of course, Brand filed for divorce six months later, putting the kibosh on that idea ... but for that hefty price, you can make it your own any minute now!

According to reports, the singer-songwriter wasn’t happy that his now-ex was still on friendly terms with her former husband, who she split with in late 2011.

Mayer grew tired of Katy’s comparisons between him and the Brit comedian, and it created tension between them that threatened to boil over at any point.

"What do you make of your ex-wife dating John Mayer?" Stern asked, getting right down to it. "Doesn't she know that he's a worse womanizer than you?"

Looks like Russell Brand is looking to Spice up his love life with a new Girl.

That would be Geri Halliwell of Spice Girls fame! See what we did there?!

The 37-year-old British comic is now dating the 40-year-old singer, The Sun (UK) reports, along with pictures of them on a date at Hampton Court Palace in London with Bluebell, Geri's 6-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

Russell also posted this Twitpic after the Olympics' closing ceremonies:

Geri Halliwell recently alluded to a new relationship in an interview with British celeb gossip mag Hello: "I'm not going into details," she said, giggling.

"Right now there's nothing serious. I was a late starter on the romantic front. I didn't start dating until I was in my 30s ... I quite like having somebody to cuddle."

"I like that intimacy, it would be wonderful."

Earlier this summer, Brand dated Isabella Brewster, the younger sister of Dallas star Jordana Brewster, but the two reportedly broke things off.

Before that, he was married to Katy Perry. Maybe you've heard of her. Here's wishing Russell and Geri the best in their fledgling romance!

There's little gray area when it comes to Russell Brand doing anything live.

Reactions to the zany British comedian's bizarre appearance at the 2012 Olympics closing ceremony were probably either "OMG this is awesomely weird" or "Who let Russell Brand sing?!" ... with little or no middle ground.

His home country crowd seemed more in the former camp, in any case:

Singing the song "Pure Imagination," a tune made famous by Gene Wilder in Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory, Brand's performance was unique enough before it became a trippy, Beatles-themed psychedelic bus tour of Olympic Stadium.

Brand's rendition of "I am the Walrus" won't win him points in the vocal department, but you gotta give the guy credit for being original ... maybe.

For better or worse, he's no Taio Cruz.

She didn't even last one term as Governor of Alaska. She failed in her bid to become Vice President of the United States. At this point, she's merely a Fox News contributor and the mother of a reality TV star.

So why does Sarah Palin remain so newsworthy? Russell Brand has a theory.

"The reason that Sarah Palin has been so long tolerated is that latent inquisition around her vagina," Brand laughed yesterday during a Q&A session at the Television Critics Association press tour. "People want to f-ck her, don't they? That's why they tolerate the other stuff... The dick don't lie!"

The comedian, whose Brand X talk show has been picked up by FX for seven more episodes, was also asked about the recent Chick-fil-A controversy.

"Didn't Chick-fil-A say that they're racists now? Oh no, homophobic. I get mixed up with the prejudices. I forget who I'm supposed to hate."

We're gonna assume that many Republicans, following Brand's take on Palin, won't be as confused. They likely know where to direct their hatred at the moment.

Multiple sources confirm that the blue-haired singer's ex-husband has started up a relationship with Isabella Brewster, as the sister of actress Jordana was spotted strolling through West Hollywood with Russell Brand over the weekend.

"It's been going on for a few weeks," an insider tells Us Weekly of Brand and Brewster, who has also dated Bradley Cooper and Milo Ventimiglia. "He really likes her."

The actor/comedian recently split from Perry after 14 months of marriage, with the singer admitting it was difficult for the pair to maintain their initial romance.

She's been linked to musician Robert Ackroyd of Florence + the Machine, but it appears as if Brand's fling with Brewster may be a bit more serious.

"She's cute," added the tabloid source. "She is all over him and Russell loves it."

Russell Brand's new TV show, Brand X, isn't getting a whole lot of support. At least not from funny graffiti artists around the greater L.A. area.

Sometimes it just doesn't work out.

That's the bottom line when it comes to Katy Perry's marriage to Russell Brand, she says in her new documentary, Katy Perry: Part of Me, which chronicles the many highs and lows in Katy's personal life as well as her stage persona.

"Being in love is a dream, but the reality is not like the movies. There's a lot more compromise and sacrifice," says Perry, and she knows from experience.

Prior to their split, Perry informed her management that the longest she would go without seeing Brand was two weeks; it didn't always turn out that way.

At one point, a frustrated Perry learned she'd go 18 days without him. "Where are my relationship days?" she asked, looking at her jam-packed schedule.

The constant traveling took its tool even when she had them. "She'll fly to wherever Russell is," a team member said. "She's running herself ragged."

One scene from the film shows Katy Perry without makeup on an airplane, looking into camera and admitting: "I'm trying to keep my marriage alive."

After Brand filed for divorce in December, Perry was visibly and understandably upset. "The truth is I'm a romantic and I believed in the fairy tale."

"I did everything I could but it still failed," the "Wide Awake" singer said. "The dream of being in love is a lot different than the reality of making it work."
