It is on between Rose Byrne and Kendall Jenner.

The actress debuted some seriously blonde hair at the 2013 Emmys last night, walking the red carpet and causing heads up and down The Nokia Theater to turn in impressed response.

Jenner, meanwhile, didn't attend the event. But she still made hairy headlines of her own, Instagram-ing a photo of some lighter locks before going to sleep on Sunday.
