The first trailer for The Rover has been released.

And, yes, the movie looks interesting: it followers a loner who tracks the gang that stole his car from a desolate town in the Australian outback, forcing one of the wounded culprits left behind to help him in this mission.

But let's be honest: you really wanna check out the footage because it features Robert Pattinson shirtless. Why just be upfront about it, right?

There's no shame...

There is no release date set yet for The Rover, but here's a consolation:

Ready to spend one wild and crazy day in the life of Robert Pattinson?

Or in the life of Eric Packer, we should say, the billionaire assets manager played by Robert Pattinson in Cosmopolis, David Cronenberg's upcoming drama that stars the Twilight Saga stud as you've never seen him before?

Like previous Cosmopolis trailers, this new preview follows around the character during a dark, chaotic limo ride, one that is based on a wager Packer makes and which takes him in a number of unusual directions.

Cosmopolis also stars Jay Baruchel, Juliette Binoche and Paul Giamatti and comes out in limited release on August 17.

Warning, Twihards: Robert Pattinson does not shimmer in his upcoming movie, Cosmopolis.

But he does cruise around Manhattan in a limousine, encountering various people along the way played by such major names as Paul Giamatti and Juliette Binoche.

An eccentric, intense millionaire named Eric Packer, Pattinson anchors the film, which is based on a novel by Don DeLillo and which is as significant a departure from the role of Edward Cullen we can imagine.

Following the release of a brief, 30-second Cosmopolis teaser last month, the first trailer for the drama has hit the Internet and it's worth a viewing for any Pattinson fan. How come? Consider the following line, uttered at the actor's character:

I smell sex all over you.

Simply put, Robert Pattinson does not sparkle in Bel Ami. He seduces.

The Twilight Saga stud might frighten his fans a bit in the upcoming drama, in which he portrays  Georges Duroy, an aspiring power player/former solder in late 19th century Paris who sleeps his way to the top of society by bedding wealthy women played by Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas.

We know, we know: how lucky are Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas?!?

The film opens in the U.S. on June 8. Following the earlier release of an international Bel Ami trailer, we now encourage fans to check out the domestic version:

Robert Pattinson will return to the familiar role of Edward Cullen this November, as The Twilight Saga wraps up with Breaking Dawn Part 2.

Prior to that blockbuster's release, however, fans will get a look at this actor like they've truly never seen him before: lying naked in bed; shooting his own hand with a gun; acting like a 28-year old billionaire in Manhattan who is in for one seriously messed up day in the film Cosmopolis.

It's an intense starring role, one originally meant for Colin Farrell before he dropped out due to a scheduling conflict.

How well does Pattinson fill his handsome shoes? Watch the first official Cosmopolis trailer and keep an eye out for the movie U.S. release date. It hits theaters in France on May 23.

Robert Pattinson will leave Edward Cullen far, far behind this summer.

It features Pattinson as a leading man who dupes numerous rich women into sleeping with him and giving them his fortune. These lucky ladies include Scott Thomas, Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci.

Check out the first Bel Ami trailer now and then feast your eyes on the video below, as MSN unveiled a new look at the movie last night. Looks intense, doesn't it?

Robert Pattinson will be doing more than just knocking up Bella Swan this year.

While fans geek out over the Breaking Dawn birth scene that hit the Internet today, the first official trailer for Bel Ami has also been released.

Pattinson portrays Georges Duroy in that film, a man from the 1890s who rose to fame and wealth by seducing a number of women. Among them, on screen at least: Uma Thurman, Christina Ricci, and Kristin Scott Thomas. The movie is based on a Guy de Maupassant novel and comes out in late 2011.

Robert Pattinson leaves Edward Cullen far behind in Water for Elephants.

In this April release, based on a best-selling novel by the same name, the Twilight Saga star portrays a student who runs away from home after his parents die. In search of a new life, he stumbles upon a traveling circus a beautiful woman (Reese Witherspoon) who works there.

The problem? She's the wife of the ruthless circus owner (Christoph Waltz).

Pattinson will be acting opposite a pair of Academy Award winners (and an elephant!) in the drama, one of whom has referred to Rob as really nice and handsome. Think he can match their talent? See for yourself in the following, extended trailer:

In case you haven't heard, Robert Pattinson is starring in a little movie called New Moon.

He's also scheduled to play a key role in Eclipse, the third film in the Twilight Saga, due out on June 30, 2010.

In between these blockbusters, however, the British actor will expand his resume and appear in Remember Me. The flick co-stars Emile de Ravin, with whom Robert was spotted making out a few months ago.

Was this kissing scene simply in the script? Or were the rumors of off-screen chemistry between this pair valid? Watch the official trailer below and decide for yourself:

Remember Me comes out on March 12. Will you go see it?
