It's both an exciting and a sad time for Twilight Saga fans.

New Moon is dominating the box office and stars such as Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are still making the publicity rounds.

Simply Sexy

But that won't last for long, as the cast is likely to go into hiding for a few months until they are needed again prior to the June 2010 release of Eclipse. That's why fans need to soak up Lautner, wet and seductive, on the cover of Rolling Stone.

They also need to hang on every word Pattinson utters these days, as any of them may be his last for awhile. Take a look at what he told Time magazine in a recent interview...

On comparisons to Edward: "No matter how famous I get as an individual, it's always evened — or even surpassed — by the fame of Edward Cullen. That's got to mean something. I don't mind that. That's just the way it is."

On reaction to the Twilight Saga: "There must be this weird, primal thing in people that they react to... the load of vampire stories coming out now have the exact same story line. This doesn't have the same reaction. I think it's all about being part of a club... I think people genuinely appreciate that they are part of something."

On his status as a generational crush: "There's no living up to it. I think the major fear is just fighting too hard against it... but I don't feel the need to fight against it. I've never tried to pander to any kind of audience. I've tried to make the films as intelligent and uncheesy as you could. And I've tried to make them the best they can be."

On going outside his bubble: "You can go out. The only difficulty is when there are people waiting outside the exits where you are going. You will get followed. It's the following that's the worst part."

New York is nicknamed the "city that never sleeps."

This weekend, however, it was the setting for a couple that often sleeps... together!

Witty segues aside, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart celebrated the incredible opening of New Moon by living it up for a few days in the Big Apple.

On Thursday evening, the couple hung out at the Soho House and "had a good time," a helpful witness told People. From there, Robsten was spotted making out (!!!!) at Avenue, where they also shared a table with Joan Jett.

After Party Pic

The following night, Rob and Kristen totally broke curfew: They stayed out until 3 a.m. at the Upper West Side's Dive Bar.

Finally, on the Lord's Day, the pair dined at Megu in Tribeca. A creepy insider relayed each star's actual meal, as Pattinson dined on Kobe beef skewers and asparagus, while Stewart enjoyed a sashimi platter and the king crab.

"They were with two friends and looked very cozy," said the source. "Both were having a great time."

Yeeeaaahhh they were!

In case you haven't heard, Robert Pattinson is starring in a little movie called New Moon.

He's also scheduled to play a key role in Eclipse, the third film in the Twilight Saga, due out on June 30, 2010.

In between these blockbusters, however, the British actor will expand his resume and appear in Remember Me. The flick co-stars Emile de Ravin, with whom Robert was spotted making out a few months ago.

Was this kissing scene simply in the script? Or were the rumors of off-screen chemistry between this pair valid? Watch the official trailer below and decide for yourself:

Remember Me comes out on March 12. Will you go see it?

As he makes the talk show rounds in order to promote New Moon this week, one thing is clear:

Robert Pattinson is a cool guy!

The actor was as laid back and relaxed as we've ever seen him during an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman last night.

Pattinson joked about fame, fans and biting babies. When the host finally asked Rob the question on everyone's mind - is he dating Kristen Stewart? - the star hemmed and hawed until Letterman hilariously cut him off with:

"Ah, bite me. What do I care?!?"

If only supermarket tabloids, desperate for sales, felt the same way...

If you think you're excited for tomorrow's New Moon opening, you aren't alone.

A certain handsome, talented, British actor says he's been waiting for November 20 for months.

"It’s one of the few movies that really excites me to see the fan’s reactions,” Robert Pattinson said at the film's L.A. premiere this week. “It’s really so different from the first movie. I’ve just been so surprised and delighted by how people have reacted. The passion is so there!”

THG feels it, too. We're sending a staff member to the theater tomorrow to review New Moon in detail.

After Party Pic

Pattinson, who's been touring the globe with castmates, said he still can't believe the reaction around the world.

“It’s amazing no matter where you are visiting — everyone is so happy to see you! It doesn’t even matter what you look like. It’s definitely something I will always remember — I can tell my grandchildren!”

Grandchildren? Is that a hint that he and Kristen Stewart are trying for kids?!? Probably not.

“We had 20,000 people in Munich yesterday,” he said. “It’s kind of incredible, to have done all these cities in a week, and it’s still just as intense everywhere!”

Any time Robert wonders why, all he has to do is look in the mirror.

Forget the premiere of New Moon on Friday. OK! Weekly has the biggest news of the week for Twilight Saga fans:

Kristen Stewart doesn't just love Robert Pattinson - she'll love him forever!!!

A special issue of the supermarket tabloid went on sale today, as the entire magazine is dedicated to misleading headlines about Kristen and Robert. Might she be in love with him? Sure.

Did she utter a word to OK! about it? Never in a million years.

Ridiculous Cover

The publication says it's "bringing you inside the love story of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart — from when they first met to their incredible journey around the world promoting the premiere of New Moon."

This is the same magazine, of course, that's reported on Rob and Kristen's break up, reconciliation and alleged apartment together over the last few weeks.

In fact, here's a look at OK!'s recent, ridiculous, Robsten-based covers. Which is your favorite?

Robert Pattinson is more than just a very pretty face and an incredible head of hair.

The Twilight Saga star spoke to Parade magazine this week and covered a number of topics inside. Did he admit that he's dating Kristen Stewart? Ha! Yeah, right.

But he did discuss his overall take on dating, along with stripping down to almost nothing in front of thousands of people. A series of excerpts are below...

On the message of the franchise: "What's interesting about this story is that it's supposed to be about this all-powerful immortal creature. But he's completely destroyed just by falling in love with this normal girl. He can't control anything afterwards. His entire life turns upside down. I guess love can be more lethal than a vampire bite."

On relationships: "Getting involved in Twilight has definitely changed my mind about how people are kind of fanatical about wanting to have the perfect relationship. I had no idea that people were so desperate and felt like it was so unobtainable. They want to put this idea of unconditional devotion just so high above everything else, which is why they can't get enough of this story."

Red Carpet Stud

On going shirtless: "I felt pretty goofy stepping out into the sunlight in front of 2,000 people in a town square, ripping my clothes off. I was essentially doing a striptease. But here's the irony, it was also one of the moments where I've really felt closest to people's emotional attachment to Edward.

"It was a moment where I've felt the whole weight of anticipation, and I guess responsibility as well, of being Edward, for all the people who were kind of so obsessed with the stories. It was quite uplifting and it was also very nerve-wracking."

On fame: "It's a scary situation to be in, in a lot of ways. You really have to question yourself a lot more. Before Twilight, I did any movie that I could and I tried to make the best of it afterwards. But now you're expected to come and provide, not only economic viability at the box office, but also a smashing performance as well.

"When no one's watching your movies and you get a part, you can do whatever the hell you want. I don't have that luxury anymore."

He can say that again! New Moon opens on Friday. The world might never be the same afterwards.

It's official! There can be no more debate! Shove it, Matt Damon!

As if his world wasn't spinning fast enough these days, Robert Pattinson has received an honor previously bestowed on the most well-known A-list actors and celebrities:

Alone on the Street

People magazine has named him the Sexiest Man Alive.

The Twilight Saga hunk follows in the (HOT!) foosteps of men such as George Clooney, Brad Pitt and last year's winner, Hugh Jackman. Rob will actually appear next alongside Jackman in a film titled Unbound Captives. Expect it to be very sexy.

As someone that shuns the spotlight, it should be interesting to see how Pattinson reacts to being included on a list that includes such mainstream stars as Clooney, Pitt and Johnny Depp.

Do you think Robert deserves this honor? Who do you think is the sexiest man alive?

** UPDATE: According to People's Twitter feed, this is not the real magazine cover. However, all reports indicate Pattinson WILL be named the Sexiest Man Alive, so the rest of the post/poll is valid.

** UPDATE, Take Two: Or not. Johnny Depp has actually been named the Sexiest Man Alive. Damn you, photoshop and whomever made the cover above! It's a good thing the name of our website is The Hollywood GOSSIP and not The Hollywood Fact.
