An apparently topless Rihanna showed off her long blonde hair on Twitter last night. She's rocked everything from massive red curls to a platinum bob with blunt bangs in the past couple of months. Now, she's debuted yet another dramatic 'do.

Which really looks good with no shirt:

Rihanna Topless, Blonde Haired

The 23-year-old singer tweeted the pic of herself sporting a long, layered blonde style (and not much else!) along with the following message: "#Back2Work 1st Cover of the year!!! #ELLE," followed by "Bleach + weave #WERQ."

Later that night she sat courtside at L.A.'s Staples Center to watch the Clippers (bet you didn't hear THAT three years ago) beat the Nuggets, turning heads with her new locks.

What do you think of Rihanna's blonde hair?

Chris Brown. Rihanna.

Fairly or not, these two music stars will be forever linked by a hot romance that ended in a highly publicized 2009 assault that Chris later pleaded guilty to.

In the nearly three years since, regardless of what the public thinks, the two are on good terms - or at least neutral terms - and putting it behind them.

Both have nothing but supportive words, seeking to downplay the incident and move on. But has the tumultuous relationship now struck up again?

Chris and Rihanna

Yesterday, Breezy posted, "Love U more than u know!"

Two minutes later, Ri said, "I'll always love you #1love."

Coincidence? Maybe, but two minutes later?

Rihanna has defended why she even follows Brown on Twitter and has shared that she's still a "fan" of his and "excited" for his comeback, which we can see.

But it makes you wonder. Are they rekindling a romance or are they just unrelated? If they were directed at someone else, why not Tweet at them? So odd.

Then there's this:

Earlier, Brown's mom tweeted, "HELLO LADY I MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU!!!!! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!!" Rihanna tweeted shortly after, "Miss+Love u 2"

Halloween was less than happy for Rihanna (and her Swedish fans) as she was forced cancel a concert because of the flu. We hope she recovers quickly and fully.

"Sorry Malmo!!! #LOUDtour," Rihanna tweeted, along with a photo of herself hooked up to an IV drip in a hospital in Sweden ... in case we didn't believe her.

"I am sorry to everyone who was coming out to my show in Malmo, Sweden."

  • Rihanna Cleave

Rihanna had to go on an IV last night. Poor thing.

"I was so excited to perform for you. It would have been a great time, so much better than being sick with the flu, ugh! I'm really disappointed I can't be there."

According to the singer's website, Live Nation is hoping to reschedule the performance with details to follow in the next few days. Cross your fingers, Malmo!

In more positive news regarding Rihanna, she's just released her "We Found Love" music video, starring short-term boyfriend Dudley O'Shaughnessy. Hot!

It's like they always say:

Grainy screen shots of a woman with bright red hair getting busy with a man who looked a lot like a rapper who just lost his phone does not a sex tape make.

Despite what Hustler claims, there is no Rihanna sex tape, according to the singer and J. Cole. His lost cellphone contained the tape, Media Takeout reported.

Not the case, they say. His phone was lost, but this wasn't on it.

The "S&M" singer clearly has a good sense of humor about the sex tape rumors, while J. Cole seemed less amused in his denial. Here are their Tweets:

Yesterday afternoon, MTV Canada ran a story about a Tweet from Rihanna, referencing her infamous beating at the hands of Chris Brown and allegedly saying, "'I admit it. I provoked Chris to hit me. It not entirely his fault. #imSORRY?'"

Just one problem. She didn't write it.

The story was based on an image reportedly screen-capped from RiRi's Twitter page. It looks to be fake, however, as there's no evidence this ever actually appeared on her page. As such, she's slamming the network for quoting it.

RiRi Tweet

This is all the alleged "story" is based on. It might be tough to hack Rihanna's Twitter, but it'd be ridiculously easy to fake this low-res image.

In any case, Rihanna Tweeted this response:

"@mtvnewscanada - are u f--king kiddin me?????? You're supposed to be a RELIABLE source for news on music and this is the bulls--t u post??"

Their response: "#Rihanna fans. We were reporting on a story that was posted on several sites today. We had no intention to be salacious."

Regardless of what terms she and Chris are on, there's no way she would write that. In other news, did you hear about Rihanna and Drake?

Rihanna is no role model, and she'll readily admit that - while hitting back at the PTC for criticizing the message of her new music video this week.

The Parents Television Council condemned Rihanna's "Man Down" video for depicting a premeditated murder and glorifying the revenge aspect.

Outraged at the video's violent content, the group also implied a double standard, saying Chris Brown would be condemned for a similar video.

Rihanna Tweeted today in response:

"I'm a 23 year old rockstar with NO KIDS! What's up with everybody wantin me to be a parent? I'm just a girl, I can only be your/our voice!"

"We have the freedom to make art, LET US! Its your job to make sure they dont turn out like US. U can't hide kids from society or they'll never learn how to adapt!"

"This is the REAL WORLD."

While the content of her video pushes the envelope farther than most, she makes a reasonable point. It is a parent's responsibility, is it not?

Thoughts?

Chris Brown is totally following Rihanna on Twitter! And vice versa! Let's hear it for letting bygones be bygones and patching things up via social media!

According to an impromptu investigation, both are not only following each other, but added each other very recently. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?!?!?

Rihanna in the Middle

Asked by a fan why she would follow Brown and if this meant something significant, Rihanna Tweeted back, "its fu**in twitter, not the alter! calm down."

LIKE OLD TIMES? Okay, maybe not quite.

A judge recently lifted the restraining order prohibiting them from having contact. It had been in place since he beat her up more than two years prior.

Rihanna basically said at the time that she was doing him a favor - no restraining order makes it easier for him to attend award shows and the like.

Just the same, she clarified that they have no relationship. If nothing else, following each other's Tweets implies some kind of relationship. Right?

You really gotta love Twitter. Celebrity feuds begin suddenly over nothing and spiral out of control for all to enjoy so efficiently in this high-tech day and age.

Today's star-studded social media beef: Ciara and Rihanna!

Dining Out, Solo

On Joan Rivers’ Fashion Police last night, the host was discussing with Ciara some absurd outfit Rihanna had worn (take your pick). That's when Ciara said:

IT'S SO ON: When diva singers attack with Blackberrys!

"I ran into her recently at a party and she wasn’t the nicest, and it’s crazy because I’ve always respected what she’s done with fashion and I’ve ran into her before, but this time it just wasn’t the most pleasant run-in, so ..."

That thought was completed by Rivers: "…a bitch. Next!"

No sooner had the show aired, Rihanna took to her Twitter page, fuming about the remarks, writing: "My bad ci, did I 4get to tip u? #howrudeofme."

It only got better from there ...

People on Twitter love Justin Bieber.

Of the top 10 re-Tweeted messages of the whole year, one was by Justin Bieber, and two others pertained to Justin Bieber. Which makes sense ... it is his world.

While celebrity Tweets registering at "100+" is commonplace, the social networking site actually did compile the top 10 re-Tweeted messages of the year.

Weezy and Gaga both made the Twitter Top 10.

The year's top Twitter posts included a defiant Britney Spears, food for thought by Drake, and a hilarious, sad and topical one-liner by Steven Colbert.

Strangely, Al-Qaeda cracked the top five. It's a satirical account, not really updated by Osama Bin Laden ... we think. How morbidly funny would that be?

So who came in at #1? Read the list after the jump ...

Chris Brown is gettin' all introspective and emotional these days.

There's little doubt who the troubled star was referring to when he took to his Twitter page to virtually reflect on and yearn for "The Way We Used to Be."

He linked to a fan-made YouTube video montage, set to the tune of R. Kelly's "The Way We Used to Be," showing footage of Rihanna and Chris Brown.

Back before he destroyed their love and her cheekbones, that is.

"IM SORRY YALL. JUST HAD TO POST IT," he wrote with the link.

CB TWIT

In other news, Chris' Twitter name is MechanicalDummy.

It was a pretty blatant appeal to the ex-girlfriend he's not allowed within 100 yards of. But Brown, who released his new single last week, wasn't done there.

A few minutes after posting the video, the singer Twittered the following message of inspiration to all you love-struck guys out there: "FOR THE FELLAS: showing emotion doesn't make u weak... BEING HONEST MAKES U STRONG."

That may be. But a YouTube video set to a song by a guy best known for urinating on girls and child porn charges may not be the best way of showing it.

Here's a look at the way Chris Brown and Rihanna used to be ...
