The Real Housewives of New York City was facing cancelation earlier this season, as ratings for the once-popular reality series hit an all-time low.
Now, Bravo execs have allegedly decided to keep the show - and axe the cast.
Radar Online reports that the entire cast of RHONY has been fired, with the exception of Ramona Singer, whose future on the show remains in doubt.
As the series begins to wrap up its sixth season this summer, the audition process for an all-new cast for season seven is already underway.
The news wouldn't be terribly surprising, although it has yet to be confirmed by Bravo, which does not make official casting moves during the season.
It's been known for some time, though, that Bravo would likely have to make major changes to one of its longest reality series if the show was to survive.
Producers are expected to seek out young, hot and - most importantly - quick tempered women of privilege for a revamped Real Housewives of New York.
