Australian-born Rachel Hunter is the ex-wife of Rod Stewart and very good looking model. They have two teenage children. By now, though, Rachel Hunter is pretty much retired from the business. But she is engaged, once again, to Canadian NHL star Jarret Stoll as of August 2008! Congrats to Rachel Hunter on her new engagement!
