It used to be extremely rare when his privacy-obsessed (and world famous) father was still alive, but Prince Michael Jackson II, more commonly known as Blanket, has been seen out and about a lot lately, as have his older siblings.

Here's Blanket heading home after his karate class ...

Seven-year-old Blanket's biological mother is still unknown, and the father of his older sibs Paris and Prince Michael I has also been called into question.

Regardless, there's no question that they were the children of Michael Jackson in the true sense - he loved them more than life and raised them so well.

Tragic as his death was, Michael's mom Katherine and the rest of his family have given the kids a terrific support system. Here's hoping they keep it up!

The family of the late Michael Jackson is reportedly at odds over whether his three children should star in an upcoming A&E reality show about the famous family.

The buzzed-about program will reportedly include Michael's kids - Prince I, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince II (Blanket), 7, although not everyone's happy about it.

Count eldest sister Rebbie Jackson, 59, who has refused to be in the series (called The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty, set to air in December) among the detractors.

Rebbie, who has been rumored to be a potential guardian for the three children now and down the line, along with her mother Katherine Jackson, "feels Michael would be rolling in his grave if he knew his kids would be on this show," says a source.

Given that Michael fiercely guarded the children's privacy and raised them with the hope they would lead the normal life he never had, she's probably correct.

While youngest sister Janet Jackson, 43, is on board, mom Katherine, who the kids are currently living with "is just going along with things," a source continues.

Still, one of the creators of the program - which will be either five one-hour episodes or 10 half-hour episodes - says the entire family shines on the series.

"We have 23 cast members with the last name Jackson," executive producer Jodi Gomes said. "They've done a great job opening up about losing a brother."

In addition to coping with the loss of their father, the children have all been the subject of paternity rumors since he passed away. Should they be left alone?

Should Michael Jackson's children be on a reality show?

Michael Jackson's friend and dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, was shut down in court by a judge ruled he has no legal right to raise concerns the late star's kids.

Klein's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, showed up in probate court and said his client had concerns about the kids and how they were raised - per MJ's request.

This Was It

He did not object to Katherine Jackson being named their guardian.

Arnold Klein is rumored to be the biological father of Paris Jackson and Michael Jr., the singer's older two kids. This has not been factually established, however.

Court documents show the judge ruled Klein had "no legal standing" because there's a "conclusive presumption" Jackson and Debbie Rowe are the parents.

Michael Jackson and his close friend Dr. Arnold Klein.

Klein admitted he gave sperm to Jackson at some point but says that to the best of his knowledge, he's not the dad. Nor will he take a test. Unless asked.

In any case, he has no standing to say how they are raised unless he is an actual parent, which as far as the court is concerned, Dr. Arnold Klein is not.

On a side note, the court also found there is "no legal mother" of Prince Michael Jackson II, a.k.a. Blanket. He has many rumored moms, like Pia Bhatti.

Do you think Dr. Arnold Klein is Paris and Michael Jr.'s father?

The kid is not his son.

No, really, this time there's been an actual denial, and an emphatic one.

Of all the people rumored to be Michael Jackson's kids' real parents (Dr. Arnold Klein, Mark Lester, Pia Bhatti) or rumored to be Michael's kids themselves (Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, Omer Bhatti), none have denied it.

Until now. We can count Macaulay Culkin out of the paternity lottery.

The 29-year-old actor's press agent claims the actor is not the biological father of Michael Jackson's son Blanket, which a UK tabloid reported on Monday.

SHOCKER: Prince Michael Jackson II was not born of Macaulay Culkin's DNA.

The story said Culkin donated sperm to create Blanket. Since several other Jackson friends actually did donate sperm, it's not as far-flung as you think.

Still, Culkin's rep, Michelle Bega, has issued the following statement:

"The inquiries are too preposterous for us to even acknowledge."

We'll take that as a no. Sorry to burst your bubble, Blanket.

After more than two months of never-ending rumors regarding the paternity of Michael Jackson's three children, this latest one might take the cake.

At least for this week. You never know what will be reported next week.

The Sun (UK) is reporting this morning that sources close to Jackson claim that his youngest son, seven-year-old Blanket, is really the offspring of ...

Macaulay Culkin!

The paper claims the late King of Pop asked the child star to donate sperm and that "Mack never let him down... deep down, I think he always wished Mack was his son. Having him create Blanket was the next best thing."

The two celebrities became "best friends" after Culkin shot to fame in the 1990 box office hit Home Alone. Culkin is 29 now, making him 10 at that time.

We know, it's really weird.

CLOSE TO HOME (ALONE): Is Macaulay Culkin Blanket's dad?

Culkin is godfather to Michael Jackson's two older children, Prince I and Paris Michael Jackson. Blanket's real name is Prince Michael Jackson II.

The actor has reportedly told close friends he will not comment in public regarding these rumors out of loyalty to his late BFF Michael Jackson.

However, "This isn't just chitter-chatter," the Sun's source says, without really elaborating on it. "Even Culkin suspects he's Blanket's father."

The Macaulay Culkin rumors are just the latest to arise regarding the three children, who Michael Jackson may or may not be the real father of.

Other speculation includes:

  • That Dr. Arnold Klein, the boss of Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe, is the biological father of Prince I and Paris, and Rowe their mother
  • That former child star Mark Lester, like Klein a close Jackson friend who gave his sperm to the star, is the father of Paris Jackson
  • That Michael Jackson fathered a love child 25 years ago named Omer Bhatti
  • That Omer's mother, Pia Bhatti, went on to become the mother of Blanket
  • That Jackson had another son named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson

Who knows who's next. Until then, the Macaulay Culkin speculation trumps all ...

Dr. Arnold Klein realizes there is a "strong possibility" he is the father of Michael Jackson's two oldest children, Prince Michael, 12 and Paris Jackson, 11.

His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, admitted this on the record.

"There was a strong possibility that the two older kids could be biologically linked to Dr. Klein. And Dr. Klein was well aware," Kaplan told Us Weekly.

The attorney was explaining why he and Klein went to the guardianship hearing for Jackson's children, who are living with Michael's mom Katherine.

Us Weekly first reported that Dr. Arnold Klein - Jackson's dermatologist - is Prince and Paris' biological father. Debbie Rowe, who worked for Klein for 23 years, is the biological mother, and was wed to Jackson for three years.

In his only public comments on the subject, Klein said that "to the best of his knowledge" he is not their father. But he did admit donating sperm to MJ.

Michael was also father to Blanket, 7, born to a different mother.

We may never know for sure, but there is a strong likelihood that the biological father of Michael Jackson's two eldest children is Dr. Arnold Klein, his lawyer says.

"Dr. Klein wanted to assert a request that he had concerns," said Kaplan (above, right). "He had an agreement with Michael Jackson that if anything happened to Michael, Dr. Klein would do what he could to see that they were protected."

Still, Arnold Klein does not want to challenge the Katherine Jackson's guardianship of the kids, and won't submit to a DNA test, according to Kaplan.

"It would serve no helpful purpose for the children to be distracted from believing Michael Jackson is not the father in every possibility," he said.

"It is not something Dr. Klein feels he is interested to establish. It is not going to help the children," he says, "other than to solve the answered question, which is a selfish motive to see who the ultimate provider of the 13 chromosomes [is]."

"Katherine Jackson is responsible for the decisions and upbringing of the children," Kaplan says. "His concerns were the influence of people around her."

Kaplan did not name names, but is obviously talking about Joe Jackson, Michael's supremely shady and abusive father (who lives apart from Katherine).

Another longtime friend, Mark Lester, also came forward to admit he gave Jackson sperm in the '90s that he thinks may have been used to create Paris.

Katherine Jackson is reportedly considering sending Michael Jackson's three kids to one of the most elite private schools in Los Angeles, according to sources.

The Jackson matriarch, who has full custody of MJ's children, is talking about enrolling Michael Jr. (Prince), Paris, and Prince (Blanket) in the Buckley School, where Tito Jackson's three kids went, along with other Jackson family members.

Michael Jr., Paris and Prince, now living with Katherine after Michael's death (officially ruled a homicide yesterday) have always been home schooled.

Sources say the family has talked to friends and school reps about enrolling the kids. Katherine used to show up for different events at the school and just loves the place - great education, close to their Encino home, and heavy security.

Michael Jr., Paris and Prince Michael (Blanket) Jackson.

The school isn't that easy to get into, however, and classes start this week - it's unclear if the kids have even applied and whether they would start in time.

One brief note that Katherine may want to consider: Paris Hilton attended the Buckley School as well as ... (gulp) ... Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian.

Maybe they offer a course in sex tapes and unplanned pregnancy?

A new name has surfaced in the Michael Jackson paternity saga, a saga so incredibly weird that it's getting difficult to keep the names straight.

At least this alleged baby mama has only one name (that we know of).

Vintage Michael Jackson

A Mexican nurse named Helena was hand-picked by the late King of Pop to act as surrogate mother to the late star's son Blanket, the Daily Mirror reports.

Blanket (real name Prince Michael Jackson II) was conceived via IVF using the King of Pop's sperm, according to the report, and born on February 21, 2002.

On Blanket's birth certificate, Michael is listed as the father, while the mother’s name is blank. He was born at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, Calif.

The singer's third son was born to Helena, a friend told the Mirror, because the mother of his first two children, Debbie Rowe, had health problems that interfered with any more pregnancies, sending Jackson on a hunt for a new surrogate.

Michael Jackson reportedly paid Helena just $20,000 (?!) for her services, but supplied her with an expense account and a staff of servants at one point.

“He chose Helena because she had a Latino background but she was also a U.S. citizen and had quite fair skin," a friend of Jackson’s told the Mirror.

“He liked her because she was attractive and seemed stable and intelligent. She was a nurse or medical assistant, which he also liked. She was around 5 feet, 4 inches, slim, aged around 30 and had long, dark, straight hair."

"He said she was strait-laced, almost a girl next door type. There were no dramas with her. She knew what she had to do and got on with it.”

A pair of loons who should probably be receiving mental health care, Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise and Billie Jean Jackson, also claim to be Blanket's mom.

Other rumors have suggested that Pia Bhatti, the mother of Michael's "secret son" Omer Bhatti, was chosen by MJ to carry Blanket. He has many moms.

Elsewhere, Michael is rumored not to have fathered his first two children.

His friends Mark Lester and Arnold Klein - both of whom donated sperm to the singer - have been the subject of paternity rumors regarding Michael Jr. and Paris Jackson.

The paternity lotto brings out all the certified nut jobs.

First, it was Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise, who claimed she gave birth to all of Michael Jackson's children - as well as Connor Cruise, Tom's son, who she insists Jackson actually fathered - and filed for legal guardianship of Paris, Prince and Blanket.

We don't suspect the court will go for it. Just a hunch.

Now, it's Michael Jackson's longtime stalker / baby mama, Billie Jean Jackson, who's desperate to be a part of Blanket's life. It's her fake son, after all!

We can only hope Pia Bhatti also shows up to lay claim to Blanket, whose mother has never been revealed, although enough people sure claim to be.

B.J. filed legal papers at the hearing for Jackson's estate yesterday, begging the court to give her three days a week with Michael's youngest child.

Billie Jean Jackson Picture

This was the best picture of alleged Michael baby mama Billie Jean Jackson we could find. It's pretty appropriate that it's a mug shot, though, don't you think?

In her filing, Billie Jean Jackson asked the court to:

  1. Not let her be arrested by Katherine Jackson or John Branca, Michael's mother and one of the executors of his estate, respectively
  2. Hire a handwriting expert to check Michael's will for forgeries
  3. Grant her visitation with Blanket Fridays-Sundays at 2 p.m.

She punctuated her legal filing with this gem: "MICHAEL JACKSON IS GOD, and GOD cannot die, yet his ESTATE is in this probate court."

Psychiatrists in Los Angeles County had better get ready to work OT.

In other Jackson paternity news, the alleged father of Paris Jackson, Mark Lester, is now denying quotes to that effect from ... himself, obviously.

by Free Britney at . Comments

Despite being quoted personally and seemingly professing to be the biological father of Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris Jackson, former child star Mark Lester isn't trying to cash in his ticket for the paternity lotto ... not just yet anyway.

"I'm sure, as far as I know, [the children] were all his," Mark Lester, who starred as the title character in the Oscar-winning Oliver, told E! News.

Michael, Prince and Paris Jackson

"I expected lots of things to come out, but this is extraordinary."

Not that the celebrity gossip tabloids who reported this completely made it up out of thin air. Mark Lester, 51, is the godfather of Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket and considered Michael Jackson a close friend for nearly 30 years.

Moreover, he admits that he once complied with Jackson's request to donate sperm to the pop star: "It's been a secret for so long," the osteopathic doctor admits. "In 1996 Michael asked me if I would give him my sperm and I said yes."

Lester also said it's possible his "gift" to Jackson could have been put to use ... one would have to imagine so, as it's kind of an unusual gift.

Michael Jackson's close friends Mark Lester and Dr. Arnold Klein didn't just provide trust and friendship to the late King of Pop. They both bestowed sperm at one point.

As for the Jackson three, while Lester told a British tabloid on camera that he can see "strong similarities" between his own 15-year-old daughter and Paris, he told E! that Michael was the only person the trio share an uncanny resemblance with.

"Paris is very pale and Prince has Michael's eyes," he said. "And certainly Blanket is facially very similar to Michael. I'm really amazed to hear that."

We were pretty amazed too ... when he said it.

Another Jackson friend, Dr. Arnold Klein, lodged an objection in court last week to Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, being granted full custody.

Why does Klein want a say in how the kids are raised? Klein is also rumored to be the father of Paris - and Prince Michael - and also donated sperm.

In an unrelated note, a woman named Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise just filed three guardianship papers alleging that she's the mother of all three.

Another alleged Jackson baby mama, Billie Jean Jackson, appeared in court this morning for the estate hearing in the King of Pop's case, as well.

Who is Paris Jackson's biological father?
