Michael Jackson's children have remained largely out of the spotlight since the music icon's death, making these newly-discovered videos all the more surprising.

A series of home videos showing eight-year-old Prince Michael Jackson II (a.k.a. Blanket) dancing, singing and reciting movie quotes have surfaced on YouTube.

He is very cute and full of energy.

In this clip, Blanket can be seen bouncin' around and singing with cousin Donte (one of Jermaine Jackson's sons ... not the one who tried to taser Blanket) ...

It's unclear who leaked these videos and why, but they provide a rare glimpse into the daily life of MJ's youngest son, who's always been shrouded in mystery.

Follow the jump for two more videos of Blanket, known for being the shyest of Michael's kids, revealing his extroverted side and reenacting a from Star Wars.

Blanket also likes to pretend he's Vincent van Gogh, and makes references to Mike Wazowski, presumably a reference to the creature from Monsters, Inc.:

Katherine Jackson is cutting down on the number of grandchildren living with her after the recent stun gun attack on Blanket. Probably a smart move.

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation say Katherine told Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza to take her kids and move out of the estate next week.

Michael Jackson Kids at Handprint Ceremony

Katherine is the late Michael Jackson's mother. Alejandra lives with her along with two of her children by Randy Jackson and two by Jermaine Jackson.

Supervising seven children is just too much for the 79-year-old grandmother, as evidenced by Jaafar Jackson trying to taser Blanket earlier this year.

FOR THE KIDS: Katherine made the right move.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services came, took the gun and conducted interviewed. No charges were filed, or actions taken.

The family denies the stun gun incident was as bad as what was reported, but apparently whatever happened prompted the kids' change in location.

KJ is not heartless, though - Alejandra, Jermajesty, Donte, Randy Jr. and Jaafar Jackson are headed to a San Fernando Valley condo the estate owns.

As of next week, Prince, Paris and Blanket will have the run of the mansion, unobstructed and stun gun free. That's probably better for all involved.

Michael Jackson's mom Katherine insists the recent incident involving Jermaine Jackson's son Jaafar and the stun gun he tried to use on Blanket was an isolated event.

Other reports seem to indicate otherwise, however. From what we've gathered, the attempted attack on MJ's son was indicative of the utter chaos in the house.

Jaafar Jackson is no stranger to playing with guns, according to TMZ, which got its hands on a disturbing video which appears to have been shot a few months ago.

In the tape, Jaafar barges in on brother Jermajesty's room (yes, Jermaine has a son named freaking Jermajesty), with gun drawn, ordering him to get on the ground.

Jaafar proceeds to push Jermajesty to the ground, pretend to pistol-whip him, handcuff him and give the youngster an incomplete version of his Miranda rights.

Jaafar Jackson with pop Jermaine and his wife Halima Rashid.

Jaafar then tells his brother, "Don't move or I'll bust your head open."

He went on to cock the gun, point it to Jermajesty's head, and pull the trigger until it clicks. Disturbing. The tape has not been made available for obvious reasons.

He then drags his "dead" bro by the leg out of the room.

As for the Blanket stun gun incident, sources say Jaafar pointed came at two of Michael's kids - Blanket and Prince - though the family says they weren't in the room.

Much as the Jacksons try to downplay it, officials aren't biting.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services are still reviewing the stun gun incident, but Jermaine Jackson should probably get his parenting act together.

Remember Omer Bhatti? Michael Jackson's former protege and alleged secret son, is treating Blanket, the late pop icon's youngest son, as if he were his own.

Bhatti has been living with the Jackson family and telling poor little Blanket, along with his siblings Prince and Paris, that he's their father, according to reports.

Michael Jackson Jr. Birth Certificate

The 25-year-old Norwegian rapper, who is rumored to be Michael’s son, first showed up on the Jackson scene in 1996. There's no doubt he and MJ were close.

But you have to admit, it's pretty weird that Omer Bhatti tells Jackson’s children, “Call me Michael” introduces himself as Michael and is changing his name.

“Omar has even told the children he's changed his name from Omar Jamal Bhatti to Omar Michael Bhatti,” a source close to the dysfunctional family reveals.

At various times Bhatti has told Blanket, Paris and Prince that he is their father, that their father sent him to take care of him and that he is "a real Jackson."

Omer Bhatti holds a picture of Michael Jackson. They must be related!

The chaotic environment of the L.A. compound where MJ’s children live with their grandma, Katherine Jackson, and others has been in the news a lot lately.

California’s Department of Children and Family Services visited several times recently and has an open investigation into a stun gun incident involving Blanket.

As for Bhatti, he's lived there for some time: “He has infiltrated the Jackson family in a way that many find to be disturbing and detrimental to the children.”

He dresses identical to Michael, who seemed to revel in the confusion and controversy Omer generated. Michael even told some people that Omar was his son.

Joe Jackson says he is as well. Still, detractors say that since Michael died, Bhatti has latched on to the family and is manipulating Michael’s kids constantly.

“Prince has been particularly vulnerable to Omar and his claims,” the family source said. “He’s starting to believe Omar’s claims that Michael is his father.”

Long lost love child? Or random dude exploiting Michael’s traumatized children? Either way, he's living off the Jacksons’ money! Sweet deal!

Was the stun gun incident only the beginning?

Michael Jackson’s three children, known for being nice, well-adjusted and surprisingly normal despite their eccentric dad, are now being raised "in a chaotic environment devoid of discipline and parental supervision," according to reports.

Michael Jackson Jr. Birth Certificate

Prince, Paris and Blanket have been living at the Jackson family home with Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, as instructed in the late music icon's will.

More than a dozen family members live there as well. The big problem, not surprisingly, is that the other kids living in the house are totally out of control.

Well, only if you consider using a Ralph's rewards card to order a stun gun online and trying to taser Blanket out of control ... it's all how you look at it.

Is Katherine Jackson in over her head with Michael's kids?

A source blames MJ's brothers Randy and Jermaine Jackson, who are described as "the most ego-maniacal, self-centered people that have ever walked the earth.”

That's saying something on a planet that also features Kanye West.

Red flags were raised and a Department of Children and Family Services investigation launched following a recent incident with Blanket and Jermaine's son Jafaar.

Jafaar, 13, got his hands on a stun gun, allegedly for the purpose of zapping Michael's youngest son. Jermaine Jackson now finds himself facing harsh criticism.

"Any kid that grows up with that sense of privilege, you can just imagine the behavior that’s viewed as acceptable,” a source said. “It’s frankly disturbing.”

“This is not something that Michael’s children are used to. They were brought up in a loving home. They’re not used to experiencing this kind of violence.”

Should Michael’s children be placed with another guardian?

"It's not that simple. Michael was very careful about who and what his children were exposed to. They need someone who can be a constant for them."

Debbie Rowe is the mother of Michael Jackson's two oldest kids, Paris and Prince Michael. Supposedly. How they were conceived and by whom is debatable.

In any case, she was married to MJ, and is listed as their mother. But it's the current condition of Michael's youngest child, Blanket, that has Rowe riled up.

Prince and Blanket

Rowe claims she's "worried" about her kids' younger brother, whose real name is also Prince Michael Jackson, after the recent taser drama where he lives.

During a shopping trip Thursday, Rowe told cameramen she knows nothing about the stun gun incident at the Jackson compound or investigation thereof.

Michael's three children have been living there with their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, since he passed away, as have the children of Jermaine Jackson.

Debbie Rowe: The former Mrs. Michael Jackson. Weird.

Debbie did admit she was aware of the reports that Jaafar Jackson was trying to use a stun gun on Blanket after buying one with a credit card at Ralph's.

He's a resourceful little terror, that Jaafar.

When asked if she was worried about the littlest MJ spawn, Rowe said, "Of course I'm worried ... why would I not be about this child? He is their brother."

The Jackson family tried to downplay the tasing, but a couple of visits from the L.A. County Department of Child and Family Services make one wonder.

Rowe claimed she's never even been to the Jackson compound, but has been visiting Michael Jackson's tomb lately and tries to visit as often as she can.

Jermaine Jackson, brother of the late Michael Jackson, has had some interesting things happen in his life. Most recently, his teenage son tried to taser Blanket.

A messy divorce between Jermaine and his ex-wife likely set events in motion that resulted in the stun gun drama that made headlines in this slow news week.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services came knockin' at the Jackson family home in L.A. after reports of the kids playing with a taser.

Here's the lowdown. Jermaine filed for divorce from Alejandra Jackson in 2004. The couple fought hard over child support. Pretty standard stuff at the time.

Despite their split, Jermaine pressured Alejandra to live with their two kids - Jaafar and Jermajesty (yes, Jer-effing-majesty) in the Jackson family home.

That way, he wouldn't have to pay her support.

  • Stun Gun

DON'T TASE ME BRO: Jermaine could use a good zap.

However, Alejandra complained most of the support money she received actually came from Katherine Jackson, mother of Jermaine, Michael, Janet et al.

That support was often doled out in gift cards to Ralph's ... where Jaafar bought a credit card so he could buy a stun gun online to allegedly zap Blanket.

Resourceful little devil, no?

Alejandra Jackson has indeed been living at Katherine's with Jaafar and Jermajesty, plus Genevieve and Randall, her two children with ... Randy Jackson.

Yup, she was also married to another Jackson brother at one point.

Michael Jackson's three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, have been living with Katherine, as per Michael Jackson's will, since he passed away last June.

She's got a lot on her plate, in other words, for a 79-year-old. As a result, the occasional taser may or may not slip through the cracks. Give her a break.

A lawyer for Katherine Jackson is electrocuting reports that Jermaine Jackson's teenage son, Jaafar, allegedly tried to harm Michael Jackson's youngest kid.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services visited the Jacksons home amid rumors that Jaafar ordered a stun gun online to taser Blanket.

Prince and Blanket

But the family insists it was all overblown.

"Blanket Jackson never saw or heard the stun gun," says attorney Adam Streisand in a statement released to the media last night. "Neither did Paris Jackson."

"Prince (Michael's oldest son, not to be confused with Blanket, who is also Prince) saw the stun gun in the possession of security. There is no second stun gun."

BLANKET STATEMENT: The Jacksons deny he was in danger.

A rep for the DCFS declined to comment at this time.

Streisand says Jaafar, who lives with mother Alejandra at the home, ordered a stun gun online two weeks ago and opened the package alone in his bathroom.

"Mrs. Jackson and security heard the sound coming from the second floor," the lawyer says. "Immediately, security went upstairs and confiscated the stun gun."

"Mrs. Jackson took control over it and then had it removed from the house. There was no other incident. All of the kids are happy, healthy and wonderful."

"That is always Mrs. Jackson's only objective and concern."

We can only hope that's true ... and Jafaar is grounded.

Poor Blanket. One day, he's being dangled over a balcony by his dad. Then, years later, an older cousin orders a freaking stun gun online to taser the tyke.

Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son, Jaafar, ordered a stun gun online, and according to reports, Blanket (a.k.a. Prince Michael Jackson II) was the target.

Prince Michael Jackson Picture

Presumably just as a (horribly misguided) prank? We hope?

Randy Jackson initially said that the gun was confiscated by security when it was delivered three weeks ago and locked up by guardian Katherine Jackson.

TMZ reports that children at the Jackson home were playing with the gun last week, however, specifically using the gun on the second floor of the house.

Security guards on the property were perplexed because they couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from ... nor could they identify the sound.

Late last week, we're told one of the security guards went upstairs and "stopped Jermaine's kids from stunning Blanket." The guard confiscated the gun.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services went to the Jackson home in Encino last night, around 10:30, confiscating Jaafar's stun gun.

But sources say the kids have a second gun that DCFS did not recover and is somewhere on the property. DCFS considers this "a very serious situation."

Randy, brother of the late Michael Jackson and Blanket's uncle, says the gun was delivered to the house  weeks ago, only to be intercepted by security.

Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Adam Streisand, claims that Katherine took control of the gun and locked it up, until DCFS took the gun away on Monday.

DCFS conducted interviews last night at the house with Katherine and some of the kids. Michael Jackson's three kids live with her, as do some cousins.

Both Randy and Streisand insist none of the Jackson children ever got hold of the gun, but TMZ's sources inside the DCFS seem to suggest otherwise.

We can't even think of anything to add to this story. We just hope for Blanket's sake - and everyone's - that the weapon was removed and no one hurt.

One of the most touching moments from Michael Jackson's memorial service in July was the brief speech by his daughter, Paris, to her beloved, late father.

Tonight, Paris and brothers Prince Michael and Prince Michael II (a.k.a. Blanket) will be at the Grammy Awards and speak during a tribute to the King of Pop.

E! reports that Michael's surprisingly normal, well-adjusted children will be on stage during a tribute to the icon to "read some sort of speech" about him.

Several other members of the Jackson family are already planning to be in the audience at Los Angeles' Staples Center for the music industry's big night.

On top of Prince, Paris and Blanket, Céline Dion, Carrie Underwood and Usher are among those who will be participating in the Jackson tribute this evening.

Michael's pop star sister Janet Jackson presided over a muscial tribute to Michael Jackson, who passed away in June, at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

We'll be very interested to see the children take part in this evening's tribute, which will honor perhaps the most successful and influential artist of all time.
