The Jackson family feud has simmered down somewhat, but relations are still icy as four of Michael's siblings are now banned from their mom's house.

Michael Jackson's kids Prince, Blanket and Paris Jackson - subjects of a bizarre custody feud - are currently staying at Katherine Jackson's L.A. home.

The kids' cousin and temporary guardian, T.J. Jackson, has been advised by lawyers for the Michael Jackson estate on who should not be allowed in.

As such, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Janet Jackson have been 86'd.

Janet, Jermaine

T.J.'s lawyer Charles Shultz says he's instructed the security team accordingly and his actions are "in compliance" with a judge's orders, not arbitrary.

Those on the not-allowed list were either present on July 23 "or in some way participated in the events surrounding that date," Shultz stated.

It was then that Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson arrived at Katherine's home and allegedly tried to physically remove Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Randy, Jermaine, Janet and sister Rebbie Jackson have been accused by some of being motivated by money to separate Katherine from the kids.

Michael's will, which left his estate to his children and provided an ample allowance to their guardian (Katherine), obviously stands in their way.

Since Michael's death in 2009, Katherine Jackson had been receiving a monthly allowance of $86,000 as guardian of Prince, Paris and Blanket.

For the time being, that sum goes to T.J. Jackson.

In this edition of How The Jackson World Turns...

TJ Jackson, the nephew of Michael Jackson, has been named by a court as the temporary guardian of MJ's three kids, Paris, Prince and Blanket.

The legal maneuver was necessary because Katherine Jackson - who has served in this capacity for the past three years - has been out of contact with the children for over 10 days now, since a few of her kids took her away to Arizona.

Michael Jackson Kids on X Factor

"This is not a power play by TJ Jackson," L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff said at an emergency hearing. "This is based on the allegation that Katherine Jackson is being prevented from acting as guardian."

Katherine's attorney was also present and said there's "reason to believe" her client is "being held against her will."

But that is supposedly changing now, as Randy Jackson appeared today on Good Morning America and said his mother is on her way back to California.

It appears as though Randy's scheme - to convince his mom to challenge the authenticity of Michael's will because he's upset it does not name him or any siblings as benefactors - has fallen apart and he is being forced to cave in to public pressure.

Last night, Marlon Jackson broke down during an interview, pleading to learn the whereabouts of his mother.

The Jackson family saga is growing more sad, disturbing and confounding by the day. Here's the latest:

In the wake of Katherine Jackson losing contact with her grandkids - Paris, Prince and Blanket - TJ Jackson, the son of Michael's brother Tito, is pushing to become the children's temporary legal guardian. TMZ reports his attorney is actively drawing up the paperwork now.

Katherine Jackson and the Kids

Katherine has been serving as the trio's guardian since Michael Jackson passed away, but sources close to the family believe she's being held against her will by MJ's siblings in Arizona. She has not seen her grandchildren in nine days.

Insiders tell TMZ that all three children are in favor of TJ taking over guardian duties. He's reportedly very close to his niece and nephews.

"I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you," TJ Tweeted to Paris last night.

Tension continues to rise within the Jackson clan because Michael only left money to his foundation and his children in his will. Moreover, there have been accusations that Katherine is being treated unfairly by the will's executors.

Police were called to the family home in California yesterday over some kind of domestic dispute. No arrests were made, but photos later surfaced of Janet and Jermaine Jackson in a heated discussion.

Finally, in case this wasn't all strange enough, there's this: TJ Jackson went to the prom with Kim Kardashian.

His memory and indelible mark on music and pop culture will last forever and now Michael Jackson's children have cemented his legacy ... in the literal sense.

With a hand and footprint ceremony, Prince, 14, Paris, 13, and Blanket Jackson, 9, left their mark - and Michael's - outside Hollywood's Grauman's Chinese Theater.

Here's a photo of the kids paying tribute to their late father Thursday, at the event held in conjunction with the Cirque de Soleil MJ-themed Immortal show:

Michael Jackson Kids at Handprint Ceremony

"This, right here, is his lifetime achievement award," said Prince Michael Jackson, 14. "This is what he strived to get, and this is what we are giving him now."

The Jackson kids made an imprint in the cement using Michael's famous sequin glove and a pair of his dancing shoes, and each added their own print as well.

Also there to celebrate the King of Pop's memory: mother, Katherine, brothers Tito and Jackie, Smokey Robinson, Quincy Jones and Justin Bieber, who said:

"He meant so much to me. More than entertainer; he was an inspiration."

We doubt he's alone in that sentiment.

Deputy D.A. David Walgren met with Michael Jackson's son Prince to discuss the possibility of the King of Pop's eldest child testifying against Dr. Conrad Murray.

The meeting was held at Katherine Jackson's gated Calabasas, Calif., residence. Katherine, Michael's mother, wants to ensure Prince's protection in all of this.

"Even though she is steadfastly against Prince testifying, she recognizes this is something he feels he must do if asked," says a source close to the family.

"Prince has information that's clearly relevant to the proceedings. Make no mistake, Prince would have been called as a witness already if he was an adult."

The D.A. is about to rest without having called Prince Michael Jackson, but the option is on the table to call him as a rebuttal witness after Murray's defense.

That decision will be made by the D.A. after hearing the defense case.

"Prince does have information that would be helpful for the jury to hear. However, it's a double-edged sword of putting a child on the stand," says the insider.

Christina Aguilera rocked the house and Jennifer Hudson no-showed, but the big story of the Michael Forever tribute concert was the appearance by his kids.

Michael Jackson's children Prince, 14, Paris, 13 and Blanket, 9, took the stage briefly in Cardiff, Wales, to introduce a live satellite performance by Beyonce.

"We're very happy to be here on this special night to honour our father," said Paris, dressed in an exact replica of the jacket MJ wore in his "Thriller" video.

Prince's outfit conjures up images of "Bad," while young Blanket went for one of his dad's more recent looks, with the long hair and the signature armband:

The legendary singer, perhaps the single most successful artist in modern music, died in 2009 aged 50 while rehearsing for a series of comeback concerts.

The Michael Forever tribute concert coincides with the involuntary manslaughter trial of the singer's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, currently underway in L.A.

Prince, Paris and Blanket have agreed to boycott coverage of the trial, though Prince has also said he will testify if called by the prosecution in the case.

Michael's brothers Jermaine and Randy boycotted the tribute show, calling it ''ill-timed'' and 'inappropriate'' given the criminal proceedings taking place.

Janet Jackson was less opposed to the show, but declined to perform because it would be "too painful". In any case, here's a video of Michael Jackson's kids ...

Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children of the late Michael Jackson, have decided to instill a self-imposed boycott of Dr. Conrad Murray's trial.

The physician, accused of involuntary manslaughter, faces a long prison term if convicted. The trial, which began last week, is expected to last weeks.

Sources say that for the kids, especially Prince and Paris, rehashing the details of how Michael died is just too hard, and they're trying to tune it out.

MJ Kids

Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother and the kids' guardian, is said to be relieved that kids aren't more curious and desperate to pay close attention.

After prosecutor David Walgren displayed the body of Michael Jackson in the opening statement of the Dr. Conrad Murray trial, the stakes were high.

Katherine was unhappy and disturbed the shocking pic was displayed, and the 911 call placed after MJ was found unresponsive was also unnerving.

At this point it's unlikely that the kids will be called as witnesses against Murray, as the prosecution feels it has plenty of others to prove its case.

The children certainly do not wish to be involved whatsoever. However, if asked to take the stand, Prince Michael will testify without complaint.

Michael Jackson's eldest son Prince will very likely be asked to testify at the involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, which begins today in L.A.

An eyewitness to the horrific scene in the bedroom where his father lost his life in 2009, the 14-year-old does not want to testify, but will do what he must.

According to a TMZ report, Prince is telling family that if he's called to the stand, he'll do what needs to be done in the name of justice for his late father.

Prince Jackson

That said, he's not exactly looking forward to it. Prince is "nervous" and worried that if he's called to the stand, he might get flustered and "mess up."

If Prince, who is on the prosecution's witness list, is called by prosecutors, his grandma and guardian, Katherine, will ask her lawyers to protect him.

Not to bar him from testifying, but to request that the entire courtroom be cleared during his testimony. That wouldn't be unprecedented for minors.

Judge Michael Pastor will likely prohibit the media from putting Prince on camera and traumatizing him further, but may not clear the court altogether.

Prince is on the witness list because Dr. Murray summoned Prince Michael Jackson to MJ's bedroom for help during the fateful morning in June 2009.

Opening statements in Murray's trial begin today.

Donning a black suit, red shirt and red armband and conjuring up images of a certain music King, Prince Michael Jackson made quite an appearance Friday.

At the Tribute to Bambi charity event in Berlin, Michael's eldest child presented three manuscripts for some of his dad's biggest hits to be auctioned off.

For a good cause, the original lyrics and music to "Bad," "Billie Jean," and "Smooth Criminal" are now up for sale. Here's Prince Michael at the event:

"With everything I do, I try to build on what my father did. I also try to help and change things - just like he did," the 14-year-old told the audience.

Bidding goes until November 10 at United Charity. Four hours after the auction opened, the manuscript for Michael's "Bad" was already at $20,400.

Proceeds will go to charities benefiting disadvantaged children.

Prince Michael Jackson is "an incredibly polite, well-raised young man," an attendee of the event said. "I think we can expect to hear more from him."

Just not right away. He's got normal teenage things to do. "I wish I could stay longer to see the sights," he said. "But I have to get back for school."

Michael Jackson's eldest son, Prince Michael, is stepping into the spotlight.

The 14-year-old will be in Berlin, sans relatives, for a November 10 auction in support of a cause dear to his late father's heart: helping disadvantaged kids.

His dad's handwritten composition of "Bad" will be sold to the highest bidder, with ALL proceeds from the auction going to the Tribute to Bambi foundation.

The group supports organizations in Germany that aid needy children.

"Prince Michael Jackson will walk the red carpet and present the manuscript on stage surrounded by children," a spokesperson for the event says.

"He won't be traveling alone," says a source close to the event, noting he will have an encourage, "but no family members will be with him."

In 2002, when he was just five, Prince Michael visited Berlin with his father, sister Paris and then-baby brother Blanket for the same event.
