Did Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt split up for the second time? Or the third time, or whatever the heck it would be at this point? Very possibly!

Despite being the frequent source of engagement rumors, Doug was recently kicked to the curb by Paris, according to a source cited by E! News.

"Obviously she broke up with him," says the source. Obviously.

Still, Paris herself was asked about the possible split earlier in the week and responded "all is good." But is it, really? Depends on how you define "good."

Has Paris kicked Doug to the curb for good?

The maybe-split comes after weeks of Hilton and Reinhardt being apart. Paris spent Easter with her family in Palm Springs, while Reinhardt was in Aspen with his.

Over the weekend, Paris was living it up and looking single in Las Vegas where she partied at Wet Republic and Tao, while Doug was once again MIA. What gives?

Sources say that Doug, the brother of Casey Reinhardt, had thought about visiting Hilton in Sin City to talk things out. So does that mean it's over? It's unclear.

"He was in Aspen with his dad this weekend and was considering stopping by Vegas on the drive back, but changed his mind," says our source. "I'm pretty sure that's why he went to Aspen... to hide out and try to get over her."

The plot thickens. Just wait until both of them get back to L.A. today. Odds on the police being called to Paris' house by the end of April? Slightly worse than them getting called to the home of Lindsay Lohan, but still, pretty good odds.

Casey Reinhardt, the sister of Paris Hilton's beau Doug Reinhardt and best known as the blonde girl on Laguna Beach not named Kristin Cavallari or Lauren Conrad, is getting her own reality show on E!, with Doug serving as producer.

According to reports, Doug is envisioning a Kardashian-style show for Casey Reinhardt and her girlfriends, in which he and Paris Hilton will also appear periodically.

Why would E! possibly go for this?

Insiders say the network hopes for wedding bells between Paris and Doug, which could deliver a big ratings bonanza similar to Khloe Kardashian's tearful nuptials.

Over 3.2 million viewers tuned in last November to see Khloe marry Lamar Odom. E! hopes that Paris Hilton can pull in that many, or at least in the same ballpark.

An inside source told the N.Y. Post, "Doug and Paris will also appear on the show, and executives hope that an engagement will happen in the next six months."

Hey, she's already dropping hints.

Reinhardt's agent, Greg Weiss, confirmed, "Doug is producing the show, which will star his sister and her friends. But he and Paris will also make appearances."

As for Casey, the show's supposed star? She's a former beauty queen who's a student at Pepperdine University and is working on her own cosmetics line. Cute.

Color us astonished at this breaking news.

When it comes to her current, loving relationship, Paris Hilton's friend and former partying pal says the socialite is "in charge" of boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.

"I've never met Doug, but I can tell you that she definitely wears the pants!" says Richie Rich, who apparently is a real person, at The Runaways premiere.

"She calls the shots," Rich said. "I hope he's good to her."

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt have either managed to stay out of the press for the past few months, or the press has not been that interested. Either way, they lay low.

The couple has been dating on-and-off for a year, and marriage rumors seem to follow them constantly. On that note, Rich seems to want them to wed.

"A huge, classical, theatric sort of wedding!" the designer said, salivating at the prospect of a Paris Hilton wedding. "She has great style and great taste."

Last April, she declared that she would wed the former Hills star sometime, saying: "He's going to be my husband ... I'm really in love and really happy."

Truly, you know that it is just a matter of time until he becomes Mr. Paris Hilton. First he needs to stop getting in trouble for trashing houses, though.

Paris Hilton celebrated her 29th day of birth Las Vegas-style Saturday night, with her handsome, boy toy accessory Doug Reinhardt right by her side as usual.

The socialite strutted down the red carpet before heading into her party (don't we all) in a white Preen dress, Christian Louboutin shoes, and Chanel earrings.

Those were a gift from Doug, natch.

While there was no news of an engagement ring, Hilton gushed of her love for The Hills star (and ex of Lauren Conrad) while chatting it up with reporters.

Asked if the couple was ready to walk down the aisle, Hilton actually did not drop hints for once, demurring with: "We'll see what happens in the future."

Doug and Paris celebrate her 29th year on this planet.

"Right now we are so happy to be together and are really in love," she said.

That sounds nice. Doug Reinhardt has such terrific trophy husband qualities, we're sure he'll get to that level eventually. For now, though, the focus is having fun.

That they did the other night with a group of friends who snacked on a tower of commemorative cupcakes prior to partaking in the nightclub b-day festivities.

In addition to their  VIP table inside the club, they were soon accompanied by a giant cake and of course...a rendition of "Stars Are Blind." Life is good for Paris.

Paris Hilton turns 29 today. While she has never been our favorite celebrity, we have come to respect Paris to a certain degree because she knows what she is:

Since her infamous sex tape in 2003, she has marketed herself ingeniously and even cleaned up her image. The airhead bit may even be (kind of) an act!

She's perfectly content racking up millions in appearance fees and product deals and dropping hints about marriage to beau Doug Reinhardt. Not a bad life.

Paris Hilton is really interested in becoming Mrs. Doug Reinhardt. Why, we have absolutely no idea, but she's making no secret about her intentions.

The hotel heiress has already dropped hints about wanting to marry The Hills regular, but she took it to a whole new level this past weekend in L.A.

"I'd like to thank my future sister-in-law Casey [Reinhardt]," Hilton said from the podium while accepting an award from the Hearts for Hope benefit.

Doug wasn't there, but both his mom and sister - who you may recall from Laguna Beach as a classmate of Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari - were.

Talk about dropping hints: "At one point, Paris reached for Doug's mother's huge wedding ring," says a witness. "She looked like she was in awe."

Doug Reinhardt, you better put on a ring on it!

If Doug Reinhardt does decide to propose soon, we think his family approves.

In fact, the Reinhardts are apparently such big fans of Paris, they'll even pay to hang out with her! Yes, we know, it's really strange to try to comprehend that.

"Paris auctioned off a party picnic at her house for charity, and the bidding went all the way up to $6,000," says an E! source. "Even though Casey can obviously party at Paris' house anytime for free, she went ahead and took the final bid."

In May, Paris gushed that "[Doug's] gonna be my future husband!" They'll be registering at Williams-Sonoma and Crate & Barrel soon it sounds like.

Since The Simple Life went off the air, Paris Hilton has mostly stayed out of our lives.

Sure, she pops up occasionally and threatens to marry Doug Reinhart, but Paris is no longer a go-to celebrity gossip source. Her aunts soon will be, however.

Multiple sources confirm that Kim and Kyle Richards will star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the next chapter in this nauseating Bravo franchise. They'll likely be joined by restaurant owner Lisa Todd.

When asked by E! News if she'd be appearing on the series, Kim (a twice-divorced 45-year-old and mother of four) said: "Possibly... I'm on a really tight gag order so I can't say anything else."

Kyle, who is married and has four daughters, is no stranger to reality TV. She's appeared on both The Simple Life and her niece's desperate search for My New BFF.

Said an insider, who confirmed this casting, to Radar Online: “Lisa, Kim and Kyle are all hideously wealthy. They live in these amazing houses, drive beautiful cars, live these fabulous lives and spend money like it’s going out of fashion."

Doug Reinhardt better know how to take a hint, because Paris Hilton has decided it's time to tell celebrity gossip tabloids she's ready to settle down!

She's even throwing around a pseudo-deadline for Doug to get down on one knee - and not in the way the ho-tel heiress is used to getting on hers.

"I wouldn’t rule out a wedding in 2010," Paris told Life & Style. "With how amazing everything is going with us, I see a very bright and happy future."

Just makes you melt, doesn't it?

Free of his cage, Doug Reinhardt awaits instructions from his master.

"He’s taught me how real love can feel," Hilton said. "Doug’s taught me how to grow up and become more domestic, as in not going out as much as I used to."

The two broke up over the summer, but got back together and have only had one melee we know of at her house since, so you know things are going better.

It seems like Doug, who previously dated Lauren Conrad, may be getting ready to take things to the next level with the socialite too. He told the magazine:

"Paris is the most beautiful girl in the world. I am so in love with her - I feel like I’m the luckiest guy in the world. She is gorgeous, smart, funny and kind. My family loves her, and she would make the perfect wife."
