Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humpries after just 72 days of marriage. Perhaps her fairy tale wedding was not what it was meant to be after all.

Or maybe it was, given who we're talking about. She made millions off her big day and E! can start looking for her next future ex-husband in the near future.

They're far from the only stars to tie the knot only to bail almost immediately, however. Where do Kim and Kris rank among the worst celebrity marriages?

In the last decade, stars like Jennifer Lopez, Eddie Murphy and Pamela Anderson (twice!) have seen unions dissolve within the same year of their nuptials.

Heck, Britney Spears tied the knot to Jason Alexander in Vegas and had it annulled 55 hours later. Time enough for him to get it in, and that's about it.

One of the shortest in recent times came when Chris Kattan wed Sunshine Tutt on June 28, 2008 ... and divorced her August 10. Terrible marriage, awesome name.

Even more recently, Tara Reid and Zack Kehayov tied the knot in August of 2011, but now she's saying it was bogus and never even legal. Weaksauce.

The 16-year old aspiring singer - who is marred to a non-creepy 51-year old, who is on birth control and whose breasts might be real - recently posted for a photo shoot in which she made like Pamela Anderson in that actress' most iconic role.

"Just completed my session; Court does Pam! XO's," Stodden Tweeted of the following shout-out to Baywatch, which prompts us to ask readers to compare these looks and decide: Who would you rather...

Pamela Anderson posing on the cover of Playboy is about as rare an occasion as Dina Lohan passing up an open microphone.

Indeed, the former Baywatch star graces the front of her 13th issue this month, but there is something different about the January 2011 edition of the men's magazine: it's the first to include a poem by the actress.

Along with an eight-page nude pictorial, Anderson pens the following words inside the issue:

"Our best isn't good enough - right now our eyes are far-reaching. Please let's show the good in us... The brilliance... The wonderful... It's abundant - it's just not tapped as it should be."

Finally, someone is taking issue with Pamela Anderson's body.

The actres flew to Montreal this week to publicize her latest PETA ad, only to be turned away by the city. Canadian officials denied a permit for the unveling because they claim the bikini-based billboard is somehow sexist.

Said Montreal film commissioner Daniel Bissonnette, whose office laid down the law:

"It is not so much controversial, as it goes against all principles public organizations are fighting for in the everlasting battle of equality between men and women."

Anyone care to make sense of that statement? Do any men feel discriminated against by the following ad?

As seen here, the poster reads: "All Animals Have the Same Parts. Go Vegetarian."

We're pretty sure that's inaccurate, however. We've never seen a cow or pig with silicone in their breasts. Moreover, Pamela's parts haven't stopped many men from eating her.

Replied the actress to the controversy: "In a city that is known for its exotic dancing and for being progressive and edgy, how sad that a woman would be banned from using her own body in a political protest over the suffering of cows and chickens. In some parts of the world, women are forced to cover their whole bodies with burqas -- is that next?

"I didn't think that Canada would be so puritanical."

Dancing with the Stars contestants come and go. Some are missed more than others. Most recently, Pamela Anderson got a terrific send-off this week.

Kate Gosselin? Not quite.

Unlike the good riddance attitude expressed about the mother of eight's departure a few weeks back, people are actually sad the buxom blonde left.

A Dancing With the Stars source says the cast and crew are all bummed. "Everyone was sad to see her go," the insider dishes. "She was really fun."

"Great to work with and always so nice to everyone. Definitely unlike [Gosselin]."

But what about all those diva demands that happened early on in the season?

Only one of these couples is missed by their counterparts.

"Yeah [Anderson] definitely had her moments, but everyone did," the source adds. "Throughout the season it was pretty much just a drop in the bucket, though."

The proverbial Kate Gosselin bucket, however? That was overflowing. Good thing she's returning for the finale too, right everyone? Hello? Guys? [Crickets]

Aside from wanting her lighting to be perfect, Pamela Anderson "always treated the crew with respect, which is pretty unusual around these celeb parts."

"Sure [Pam] could be a diva, but she's allowed. At least she's been a celebrity for a while and isn't famous for having a douchebag ex and lots of kids."

Pretty much.

So now that the Dancing with the Stars sideshows are gone and the true talent remains, who are you rooting for among the final five pairs?

She's gotten no respect all season long, but still put together a terrific run. Sadly, that run is over for Pamela Anderson and her partner Damian Whitewood.

Voted off Dancing with the Stars after the seventh week, she had no hard feelings: “I wish everybody continued success,” she said. “I love everybody here.”

She repeatedly thanked her dance partner, saying, “You taught me so much,” and vowed to support each of the remaining contestants as they forge ahead.

Judge Bruno Tonioli, not known to appreciate the sexy, called Anderson “a great performer” and “somebody who brings life to every character she plays.”

If nothing else, she dances off into the sunset, head held high.

Somewhat surprisingly, Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy joined Pam and Damian in the bottom two last night, despite Niecy Nash and Louis Van Amstel accounting for the lowest overall point total on Monday evening.

Still, the scores were bunched together and aside from Evan Lysacek's perfect effort, everyone did pretty well, so you can't say Pam was totally robbed.

Dancing with the Stars voters got it right this week.

Anytime Bruno says a performance needs a postmortem, not a critique, it's never a good sign. To that end, Kate Gosselin got the heave-ho she deserved.

But joining her in the bottom two, and not for the first time this season, was Pamela Anderson - “two of our most talked-about celebrities” as Len put it.

Is the same celebrity status that helped Kate last five weeks (five longer than earned) working against Pam, whose dancing has been more than solid?

“I was shocked the first time it happened,” says host Tom Bergeron. “And then a friend said, ‘Not everyone is salivating over her the way you are, Tom.’”

What he means is, Dancing with the Stars viewership skews towards women, and skews older. So perennial sex kitten Pam may be up against it here.

Pam's partner, Damian Whitewood, knows she's an underdog for that reason.

“Everyone likes to see someone fall down,” he told TV Guide. “I’m dancing with a bombshell, and she has got a lot to prove. But the truth is, she’s just like [women viewers]. She’s a mom. She’s out there running after her kids."

"But she wants to learn to dance and she’s really dedicated to it.”

It shows. She may be a frequent celebrity gossip punchline, and searches for Pamela Anderson nude may forever trump her ballroom skills, but through five weeks, she's demonstrated surprising aptitude and commitment.

“She picks things up really quickly,” says Whitewood. “I throw things at her and if she doesn’t get it, she won’t stop until she does. The determination is there.”

The cast loves Anderson, too, for her self-deprecating sense of humor. Quite unlike their reaction to "Hate Gosselin," according to tabloid reports at least.

Pam says she considers herself on a steep learning curve. Fair enough. But how about giving her some props next week if the scores warrant it, America?

Pamela Anderson impressed on last night's Dancing with the Stars.

Unfortunately, the government could give a rat's a$$ about her score of 47 in the rumba (23 for technical points, 24 for performance). Woman owes back taxes.

The former Baywatch star is in the red more than $493,000 according to an annual list of delinquents with six-digit liens by the California Franchise Tax Board.

Her attorney has yet to comment on the case, but that's possibly because that's not the only legal drama surrounding the 42-year-old actress these days.

A Manhattan-based clothing company filed suit against Pam for stealing the name of the animal-friendly, organic fashion collection she launched with Richie Rich.

While recent fashion shows have featured pieces labeled A*Muse, Maggy London International calls it "a disingenuous effort to disguise their infringing activities."

They trademarked Muse in 2002.

The company is trying to have the duo barred from using the name further and fork over both profits and remaining inventory for "impoundment or destruction."

In case you're wondering, the legal battle is being waged over this fashion atrocity. Seriously, we would let her have it if we were Muse ... wow is all we can say.

When season 10 of Dancing with the Stars kicks off on March 22, Pamela Anderson will be partnered with new professional Damian Whitewood.

Anderson is one of the best known contestants to ever grace the floor of this ABC competition, but she's still worth profiling as we head toward the season premiere...

Let's just hope - nay, pray! - that Pamela wears more layers on Dancing with the Stars this season. She's a rumored participant. Vegas has set the odds of Anderson's wardrobe malfunctioning on the air at 3:1. We wouln't wager against it.
