Padma Lakshmi is the host of Top Chef on Bravo.
She's an Indian American cookbook author, actress, and former model.
Lakshmi has posed for for top designers such as Emanuel Ungaro, Ralph Lauren, and Alberta Ferretti. She is also proud of her ad campaigns for Roberto Cavalli and Versus.
Though her acting career is not well known, Padma appeared in ABC's TV series The Ten Commandments in 2006. She's hosted Top Chef since its second season.
