In a word: Ewww!!!!

At various (unfounded) points over the last few times, Oprah Winfrey has been linked romantically to BFF Gayle King.

Now, the talk show queen has another report to deal with that focuses on her love life:

According to an upcoming, unauthorized Oprah biographer by Kitty Kelley, Winfrey was involved with John Tesh many years ago, long before she hosted a hit talk show and started dating Stedman Graham.

The pair allegedly lived together in Nashville in the mid-70s, as both worked in broadcast television there. Why did Tesh, not a syndicated radio host and musician, call off the relationship? The "social pressure" of their interracial romance, an anonymous source claims.

"[He] couldn't take it anymore...He walked out in the middle of the night...he told me he later felt very guilty about it," said the insider.

The trashy book, which seeks to exploit Oprah's fame and private life, refers to Stedman as "boring as hell."

Without getting into specifics (likely because she has no evidence to back anything up), Kelley tried to create buzz around her book by telling USA Today:

"I know people are expecting me to 'out' her. But I think she's just asexual. She's poured all of her energies into her career. And if she is, she is never, ever going to come out. So relax, people."

Yeah! Relax, people! Stop getting so worked up over a story that never had a shred of proof and is only brought up by the least respectable publications around!

Rielle Hunter's 15 minutes of fame are going for some kind of record.

Her story will simply never die, with Oprah Winfrey the latest to help her milk it. She's shown John Edwards a big o-face. Now she's coming face-to-face with the Big O.

It was revealed last night that Oprah scored the first TV interview with John Edwards' weird mistress, a report confirmed Tuesday by the Big O's production company.

The date for the interview has not yet been announced, nor has her wardrobe for the sit-down. We're hoping for that pearl necklace from those hot GQ pictures again.

She's a classy one, that Rielle.

Rielle Hunter and Oprah: An interview not to be missed.

For whatever reason, Rielle Hunter was apparently courted by both Barbara Walters and Diane Sawyer as well, but ultimately went with Oprah, reportedly because she felt O “was more spiritual and would get her.” She's a spiritual one, that Rielle.

It's unclear whether she will discuss the details of the John Edwards sex tape, how she slept with a famous married politician and pulled the goalie to cash in, whether he provided her with campaign hush money, or what her future holds.

Regardless, we're waiting for Elizabeth Edwards to kill her.

Jessica Simpson has some words for John Mayer. She just won't be saying them to him personally, as she isn't accepting his apology for his recent comments.

In an interview with Oprah (yes, Oprah interviewed Jessica Simpson and talked about John Mayer's comments for some reason) she said she "felt betrayed."

Her ex spilled the details of their sex life to Playboy, which you likely know, and while he said he's sorry via e-mail and phone, she's in no hurry to respond.

She also dropped the D word. No, she didn't call him a douchebag, even though he is the definition of one. She's "disappointed" in him for the whole ordeal.

On a lighter note, Jessica says that her phone's been ringing off the hook since John likened banging her to doing crack, and that "I guess it could be worse."

True. She later added that she hopes John "gets his life together." Wow. When Jessica Simpson is telling you to get your life together, that's not a good sign.

We can at least say this about The National Enquirer: it's one tabloid NOT making up rumors about a Brangelina break-up.

But the publication is teasing a false story in its latest issue, as it claims Oprah Winfrey is on the verge of publishing a memoir that will "finally reveal the truth about her relationships with longtime companion Stedman Graham and best friend Gayle King."

Late last year, the newspaper claimed Oprah would dump Stedman and move in with King. Shockingly, that never took place.

Oprah vs. Stedman

Sources say the upcoming autobiography will focus on Oprah's deepest secrets, such as the gay rumors that have plagued her for years; as well as the fact that she's allegedly spent $5 million over the years to control her weight.

"Oprah has long shrugged off the persistent story that she and Gayle are lovers, and that Stedman was just a cover for their secret relationship," an insider said, not actually divulging anything about the talk show host.

Professional, Winfrey is on fire: she's interviewed Barack Obama, Adam Lambert, Susan Boyle, Lady GaGa, Bristol Palin and Jay Leno over the last few weeks.

So far, The Enquirer is yet to link her romantically to any of those guests.

According to the results of a new Harris Poll, Jay Leno is not as popular he once was.

Due to his role in the NBC late-night debacle, The Tonight Show host has fallen from the top spot he held last year as the country's favorite TV personality. He now sits at number-three behind Oprah Winfrey and... Glenn Beck?!?!?!?

Really, fellow citizens? You're falling that much for the Fox News anchor's contrived national therapy sessions? We knew the exploitation of the ignorant was lucrative, but we didn't know it made one so popular.

Rounding out the top 10 in the poll were...

4. Ellen DeGeneres and Hugh Laurie from House (tie)
6. Jon Stewart
7. Charlie Sheen
8. Mark Harmon from NCIS
9. David Letterman
10. Bill O’Reilly

So the list includes a racist at number-two and an alleged wife-beater at number-seven? America really may need to rethink its tastes.

Bristol Palin, 19-year-old mom, said Friday that getting knocked up by Levi Johnston taught her a lesson, and she won't make the same mistake twice.

She told Oprah Winfrey that she's been depressed since the birth of her 13-month-old son, Tripp, and sees the error of her past, protection-free ways.

BP in the House

As a result, she vows to not have sex until marriage.

"I just think it's a goal to have, and other women should have that goal," the daughter of Sarah Palin (who was by her side) said of her chastity oath.

Oprah "bristled" at Bristol Palin pleding abstinence now. "Don't you think you are setting yourself up?," Oprah asked. "No, I don't," she responded.

Bristol Palin is Levi Johnston's baby mama. After that horrible experience, she vows she won't be someone else's. Well, unless that person puts a ring on it this time.

"I have a kid in my life, and it's my full-time job now," a melancholy Bristol told Oprah. "I have this big, supportive family and stuff, but I just felt so alone."

Her mom, vice presidential candidate-conservative TV pundit-celebrity baby pimper Sarah, said Friday "it was a shock" to find out Bristol was pregnant.

"Like so many other parents, I thought, 'not my kid,'" Palin said.

As we reported Friday, Bristol is seeking child support from Levi, her high school sweetheart, who scored a big payday with a nude Playgirl photo spread.

She's seeking $1,750 a month from Johnston, with whom she has a prickly relationship. A lot more than a box of condoms would've cost, Levi. Just sayin'.

By making a belated abstinence pledge, Bristol Palin is ...

On Thursday, Lady Gaga had to cancel a concert because she was suffering from exhaustion and dehydration. This was sad news for Gaga and her fans.

Fortunately, she was able to make her Oprah Winfrey Show debut the following day, rocking a spiky hairdo with glasses (that Oprah herself copied) ...

Lady G Photo

Only Lady Gaga could pull off such a look.

The two talked at great length about Gaga's outrageous style (one of our favorite celebrity fashion icons), her upbringing and her musical ambitions.

The hermaphrodite rumors didn't come up, fortunately.

When two global icons sit down for a televised chat Tuesday afternoon, we can now confirm one topic of discussion:

Adam Lambert and Oprah Winfrey will talk about Simon Cowell's departure from American Idol. How does the singer feel about that news?

“The audience will definitely miss Simon,” he said. “The contestants will miss out on really honest criticism. Sometimes it can be a little personal, and I know other contestants took it to heart sometimes and got really stressed out about what he would say. [But] I think that that’s important to making you a better performer."

  • Nice Nails
  • Big O

But, don't worry American Idol fans, Lambert says the show will most definitely go on... and one.

“Ultimately, after the first couple weeks of auditions, the audience tunes in every week for the contestants. [Audiences] grow fond of one or a couple of the people and they get behind them and they’re invested in them... we tune in to hear the contestants blossom or not.”

Adam will also perform the single "Whataya Want From Me" on the show. You can watch its official music video NOW.

It sounds very much like Oprah Winfrey is preparing a show entirely dedicated to Adam Lambert.

Sorry, in Oprah-speak, we mean to say: It sounds very much like Oprah Winfrey is preparing a show entirely dedicated to Adam LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAmbert!

On the talk show host's website this week, a message has been posted that reads:

Calling ALL Adam Lambert Fans!!! Did you vote for him as many times as you could? Were you holding your breath when the new American Idol was announced, hoping and praying it would be HIM?

If you are a HUGE fan of Adam Lambert's, email us now and tell us why you want to be in the audience for this once-in-a-lifetime show.

The Big A might soon sit down with The Big O. We can't wait.

In October, the former American Idol finalist was interviewed by Winfrey for an episode about reality TV stars. Shen then invited him back to perform after his CD was released.

Sounds like that was more than a hollow invitation. Will you tune in for an all-Adam Lambert installment of the gabfest?
