Mel Gibson's alleged racist tirade directed at Oksana Grigorieva is no longer alleged - the audio has been leaked, and it's even more disturbing than you think.

The enraged star can be heard below unleashing a profane, sexist rant against the mother of his baby daughter, using the N-word and other derogatory phrases.

Gibson accuses his ex-girlfriend of lying about fake breasts and trying to breastfeed eight-month-old Lucia, saying she dresses like ... we can't even repeat it.

Previous reports about Mel Gibson's racist tirade couldn't do justice to the hatred in his voice as his rage builds to increasingly palpable levels. It's kind of scary.

Whether or not he physically attacked Oksana remains unclear, but when you listen to the recording below, you won't find that allegation hard to believe either.

Be forewarned, the language Mel uses is extremely vile ...

In what is quickly becoming an uglier feud by the day, Oksana Grigorieva has apparently told Sheriff's deputies Mel Gibson threatened her - with a gun.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department is investigating the actor for alleged domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment.

The investigation is based on the following:

• Domestic Violence: Oksana alleges Mel punched her in the face twice, knocking out a tooth and chipping another one. Mel's lawyers deny this.
• Assault with a Deadly Weapon: Oksana told deputies Mel threatened her with a handgun at his Malibu home, an allegation based on her word.
• Child Endangerment: Oksana claims that on January 6 of this year, Mel allegedly punched her in the face while she was holding their daughter.

There was also that racist, sexist tirade.

The accusations are piling up against Mel ... but is Oksana lying?

As we reported earlier today, Mel's lawyers will likely present evidence to deputies that Oksana made up some of the stories and tried to extort him.

He is expected to allege that she has demanded cash in return for secret, recorded tapes of their explosive arguments, some of which were leaked.

According to TMZ, Mel's lawyers will meet with officials to argue Mel is innocent of any crime against Oksana Grigorieva, and the victim of extortion.

The website also claims Mel's lawyers will present evidence that Oksana lied to Sheriff's deputies by knowingly making numerous false statements.

The Sheriff's Department will present the case to the L.A. County D.A.'s office for felony review ... probably in two weeks. More details to come ...

Her accusations against Mel Gibson - physical violence, coupled with racist and sexist tirades - are absolutely sickening. But is Oksana Grigorieva telling the truth?

That's what law enforcement officials wonder, having "serious concerns" over Oksana's credibility in connection with her domestic violence claim against Gibson.

We've spent plenty of time detailing her accusations against Mel, including his viciously profane, racist tirade. But the counter-argument is she's lying for money.

Moreover, sources are saying that Mel Gibson has emails and other evidence that Oksana "tried to extract money from Mel in return for the [explosive] tapes."

Oksana Grigorieva apparently recorded several explosive arguments with the actor, with whom she split in January and has an eight-month-old daughter, Lucia.

BITTER BATTLE: Who's telling the truth, Mel or Oksana?

Investigators are concerned that Oksana had contact with lawyers and judges while she negotiated a visitation agreement with Mel but never once contacted police.

Oksana was represented by lawyer Eric George, the son of California Supreme Court Justice Ronald George, to handle the visitation case surrounding Mel and Lucia. 

She endured two full days of mediation in May, conducted by two former judges, one of whom a former federal prosecutor, and negotiated a visitation agreement.

The agreement, signed by both Oksana and Mel, gave Mel full visitation rights and future joint legal custody of their daughter. But soon, she sang a different tune.

Last month, Oksana refused to give Mel his visitation rights and alleged abuse for the first time. Police are currently investigating Mel Gibson for domestic abuse.

The chatter regarding Mel Gibson's alleged abuse of ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva isn't just getting attention online - it's sparked interest among police.

A terrifying tape of Mel's racist tirade against the mother of his eight-month-old daughter surfaced last week. Grigorieva herself denies leaking the tape.

The release of the rant followed accusations that he punched her in the face, however, painting a sick picture of the actor, who split with her in January.

In the tape, Mel allegedly references the incident in which Grigorieva says he assaulted her, and adds that she deserved it. What a class act this guy is.

Understandably, the police are looking into it.

If Oksana is to be believed, no one is safe from Mad Mel.

"An investigation of domestic violence has been launched by [Los Angeles Sheriff's] Malibu/Lost Hills station detectives ... involving actor Mel Gibson and his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva," read a statement released Thursday.

Referring to the January 6 incident, "The police detective in charge of the investigation is currently gathering information regarding the allegations. Due to the investigation being preliminary in nature, no other information is available at this time."

Attorneys on both sides weren't available for comment.

Gibson and Grigorieva have been locked in a bitter custody fight over their daughter, with the Russian singer filing a restraining order June 25. That was the first time the claim he punched her in the face "more than once" became public.

Sources close to Gibson have denied there was any physical violence, claiming he merely was trying to stop Grigorieva from shaking Lucia "like a rag doll."

Mel Gibson was reportedly caught on tape not only admitting he beat up girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, but saying she deserved it. Pretty sickening stuff if true.

We haven't heard the tape of said admission, but it comes less than one week after Mel's racist rant against the mother of her child was leaked to the media.

You know, the one where he told her "You look like a f***ing pig in heat ... if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault." What an awful person.

Radar Online claims more content from the tape features Mel admitting to hitting Oksana in the face, which she alleges - while she was holding their baby.

On tape, a teary Oksana allegedly asks: “What kind of a man ... would hit a woman when she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face?

It's fair question.

SCARY MEL: Women across the world ... learn from Oksana and run.

“What kind of a man is that?” the Russian musician supposedly repeats on the tape, and the actor responds: “You know what - you f**cking deserved it.”

Just disgusting.

The alleged comments, which we don't exactly doubt are true, given who we're dealing with, shed new light on the pair's escalating he-said, she-said battle.

His lawyer has insisted Mel did not hit Oksana and that they had only a loud argument during the incident that took place January 6 in his Malibu mansion.

Sources close to Grigorieva claim she was left bloodied and bruised with two teeth knocked out after a violent confrontation. She then went to the dentist.

The emergence of this part of the tape, if real, would mark the latest, nastiest development in an already bitter fight ... at least until his next outburst.

The explosive release of Mel Gibson's racist tirade against Oksana Grigorieva yesterday coincided with a scheduled court date between the feuding camps in L.A.

The parents of eight-month-old Lucia are fighting over custody, and went before a judge in a closed-door hearing regarding the case, which is still under seal.

Splitting in April, the couple insisted the breakup was amicable. But Oksana has since accused Gibson of knocking her teeth out during a January argument.

He denied that allegation, but the leak of Mel’s racist, misogynist, utterly vile tirade exposes just how tense the split was - and what a horrible person he is.

In any case, lawyers for both Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva spent lots of time in court talking about how the secretly-recorded tapes of Mel were leaked.

Oksana's lawyers "vehemently denied" that she was the leak of the tapes she allegedly has, and the judge never determined where the leaks came from.

A restraining order prohibiting Oksana Grigorieva from releasing tapes of Gibson is in place, and the judge made it clear to everyone to put a lid on it, STAT.

Lawyers for both sides complied and said nothing as they left. Public figures ranging from Jesse Jackson to Gloria Allred had no intention of staying mum.

Feminists are enraged at Gibson's profane outburst and his use of "whore" and "c**t" in reference to the mother of his child, among other choice quotes.

Having also alienated African-Americans - Mel said Oksana's outfit may lead to being "raped by a pack of n***ers" - repairing his image may prove difficult.

After all, it's not a one-shot deal. In 2006, Mel went on a similar rant about Jews and how they are responsible for all wars and all the world's problems.

This guy sucks.

Seriously. He was caught on tape.

The always upstanding actor was secretly recorded by Oksana in the midst of their breakup and custody battle. The words "whore" and "c**t" were also used.

Sickening stuff, honestly.

The tapes were submitted by Oksana Grigorieva to the judge in the custody battle over their baby daughter, which has grown increasingly contentious lately.

Mel Gibson: Even more of a disgrace than thought!

They were recorded prior to May, when Mel and Oksana reached a custody deal - one that since fell apart, with her accusing him of being a deadbeat dad.

Oksana, who says she has incendiary emails she kept from Gibson, has also accused Mel of punching her in the face during a heated January altercation.

We'd like to believe that it's more complicated than this, that there are two sides to the story, that there's a chance Gibson is innocent of any wrongdoing.

We're not inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, however.

After all, this disgraceful human being once said, after being busted for DUI, "f**king Jews ... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

Mel Gibson's estranged ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva is lashing out at the actor and his lawyer for claiming Mel has been generous in supporting their baby.

Oksana's lawyer, Marci Levine, says to the contrary, "The statement released to TMZ on behalf of Mel Gibson is based upon complete distortions of the truth."

Regarding Mr. Gibson's financial contributions toward the parties' child, Levine says he "conveniently ignores obligations to the child under California law."

He's accused of closing his fist and punching her in the face, but Mel's lawyer, Stephen Kolodny says Mel has opened up his wallet for Oksana Grigorieva.

Gibson put her up in a multi-million dollar house, bought her a car, provided health insurance and gave her "tens of thousands of dollars," says his attorney.

WAR OF WORDS: Mel and Oksana are in a heated one.

Levine would not specifically say how Mel has fallen short, but Oksana sources are claiming the actor has not paid child support since they split this spring.

She says, "Mr. Gibson persists in attempting to 'litigate' this matter in the media, and continues to launch false accusations against the mother of his child."

"Unlike Mr. Gibson, Ms. Grigorieva has not, and will not engage in undignified banter in the press," Levine adds, echoing similar accusations from Mel's side.

Mel's violent behavior has also been a topic of debate between the warring parties, with Oksana claiming he knocked her teeth out and Mel denying that.

She did see a dentist the day of an alleged encounter with Mel, but who knows what was to blame for what she needed done, or what the work consisted of.

It turns out Mel Gibson's estranged baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva did indeed go to the dentist following a confrontation with the actor on January 6.

The question: Was Mel responsible for the damage she had repaired, or is Oksana just trying to manipulate circumstantial evidence to slander him?

As we reported earlier, Mel punched Oksana in the face - she claims - twice during a heated argument, knocking out teeth and giving her a concussion.

TMZ has since learned there are photos of the damage to Oksana's teeth and records showing that she did in fact go to a dentist the very next day.

Why? That's what's being debated.

Sources close to Oksana are saying that one of her teeth was completely knocked out and another was chipped thanks to Gibson's violent behavior.

Mel's camp counters that he was not responsible for any damage to Oksana's teeth and that they were not actually damaged ... just the veneers. 

One source adds, "Mel has no idea what she did after he left the house." Is it mere coincidence that she required dental work after this altercation?

Oksana says she has recordings of arguments with Mel she secretly taped, and that one of the tapes may incriminate Mel in the January 6 incident. 

Sources connected with Mel beg to differ. Stay tuned.

Mel Gibson's lawyer says his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is making up horrible stories about him because she's having buyer's remorse ... so to speak.

Stephen Kolodny says it's all over a custody agreement she signed: "Oksana's deceitful conduct in trying to terminate Mel's access to his daughter continues."

This is serious stuff: Oksana Grigorieva claims Mel Gibson punched her twice in the face last January, knocking out her teeth and giving her a concussion.

It all started last week, when the Russian pianist took out a restraining order barring Mel from getting near Oksana or their daughter, 8-month-old Lucia.

The next day, Mel's lawyer went to court and got the judge to modify the order, allowing Gibson to have contact with the child, his first with Grigorieva.

Kolodny claims, by modifying the order, the court rejected Oksana's argument that the baby was in danger and affirmed their recent custody agreement.

SHE SAID, HE SAID: Did Mel beat Oksana, or is this a bitter ploy?

Sources connected with Oksana Grigorieva, however, claim she believes Mel Gibson is "extremely violent" and poses an ongoing threat to her and the baby.

Kolodny scoffs at the claim, saying "Mel was hopeful that their break-up was behind them and Lucia would be the beneficiary of cooperative parenting."

"Apparently Lucia will be denied that good fortune."

He noted that they agreed to a deal offering overnight, unrestricted visitation, and which would result in Mel having 50/50 custody of their daughter.

Finally, Kolodny says, "Making sensational allegations is not the way to resolve this," adding that Mel wants a custody resolution in court, not the press.

Lies or not, allegations surfaced last week from sources in Oksana's camp who said she had "to protect the baby during one of [Mel's] violent episodes."

"She tried to protect his reputation, despite her fears of him. She regrets believing his empty promises to obtain help to control his violent nature."
