Oksana Grigorieva is a Russian singer signed to Mel Gibson's record label, Icon Records. But that's not why you know about her. In April...

Oksana Grigorieva (remember her?!) feels she was hosed by her own lawyers in her infamous feud with Mel Gibson, ending up in a terrible custody agreement.

She's now suing them.

Oksana's Loco

In court papers, Oksana accuses Ron Litz and Daniel Horowitz of negligently advising her to sign off on a bad deal back in 2011. Why was the deal so bad?

Allegdly, it forbids her from pursuing any future legal action against Mel regarding their child without jeopardizing the settlement she made with the actor.

Robert Downey, Jr., says we should forgive Mel Gibson. Oksana Grigorieva has signaled willingness to do that, but only on her terms ... which aren't being met.

Mel's former lover was back in court today after her settlement with the actor hit a snag. It looked like they were poised to let bygones be bygones. Maybe not.

Oksana and Mel struck a deal in which Oksana would walk away with $750,000, the house she's living in, and some other stuff ... and in turn leave Mel alone.

They also agreed to 50/50 custody of their daughter, Lucia. It's unclear what changed, but something about the final terms of the deal has set her off.

Angry Former Couple

The settlement agreement is scheduled to go before the family court judge tomorrow for final approval, but we're told the lawyers are still fighting over wording.

Word is they've reached a stalemate, as well.

Mel's lawyers have asked the judge for more time so they can hash it out, but Oksana Grigorieva showed up today to fight that request. She wants it done now.

Judge Scott Gordon gave Mel and Oksana a brief extension to sort out their many differences, but only until November 1. All bets are off after that point.

Mel Gibson will be paying Oksana Grigorieva's son, Alexander Dalton, $100,000.

With that settlement, the teenager waives his right to sue the troubled actor.

Oksana's lawyers were trying to get Gibson to pay Alexander $500,000 for allegedly terrorizing the boy during the blowout between Oksana and Mel.

Milking Him

Oksana just keeps milking Mel.

The altercation between the then-lovers in January 2009 sparked allegations of abuse, later discussed (and argued about) on the Mel Gibson tapes.

Oksana also alleged Mel pushed the boy onto a table on a separate occasion.

According to legal documents, Mel agreed in a settlement to pay the boy $100,000, but there is a complete waiver on Alexander's part to sue Gibson.

It finally is all over between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva, who settled their custody dispute in court. But there is a lingering disagreement on one point.

Oksana's lawyers touted her music credentials in court, but Mel made it clear (a bit more eloquently than on his taped rants) he deeply regrets supporting her career.

Mel says he spent a small fortune to produce a CD and video, and even paid for a studio for the "horrible" singer he's now "embarrassed" to have promoted.

As he said in one of the tapes, she just can't hang. Take a listen below and see if you think Oksana sucks at singing as bad as Mel thinks she does ...

It really is all over between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva.

The epic, disturbing feud - which included taped rants, allegations of abuse, blackmail and other sordid deeds - came to an end in Los Angeles Superior Court today. It was decreed that Gibson must pay his former lover $750,000 over the next five years. Among other terms:

  • Mel, Lucia
  • Oksana's Loco
  • Grigorieva will continue to reside in a home owned by the actor in California. Gibson will then sell the estate when daughter Lucia turns 18 and turn all profits over to a trust in her name.
  • The parties will split custody 50/50.
  • Neither side is permitted to discuss the the other, or the relationship, in public. Judge Peter D. Lichtman specified that Oksana could not write a book about Gibson.

In 2010, Oksana actually turned down a deal that would have given her $15 million. She thought she could earn more from the Oscar winner. She turned out to be very, very, very, very wrong.

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have resolved their issues.

The custody battle and legal drama that has made headlines for two years appears to be kaput after they officially reached a financial and child custody agreement, ending the staggering fallout from one of the all-time worst celebrity breakups.

Gibson's spokesman Alan Nierob tells E! News, "I can confirm the parties have settled the matter and we appreciate all the judge's help."

L.A. County Superior Court released a statement Friday reading: "As a result of a multiday settlement conference, the court announces that Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have achieved a settlement in their ongoing dispute."

Terms and conditions of the settlement were not announced.

The criminal case against him has been put to rest by his no contest plea, but Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson are still at war over other issues.

Oksana told a family law judge Friday that she wants half a million bucks for the alleged trauma she claims Mel caused her 14-year-old son.

Oksana Grigorieva, Son

She claims Alexander (aka Sasha), whose father is Timothy Dalton, was traumatized during the couple's infamous fight in January 2009.

One of the uglier celebrity breakups of all time.

In the fight, Oksana alleges Mel knocked two of her teeth out. Mel has disputed that claim, saying instead that he merely slapped her because she was hysterical, out of control and endangering their baby daughter, Lucia.

Oksana claims Mel was abusive to Sasha during the argument, calling him names and scaring the kid so much he allegedly hid under the bed.

Grigorieva also claimed on another occasion thhat Mel threw her son onto a table, but Gibson's camp has flatly denied that allegation as well.

Mediation between the two continues next week.

Mel Gibson wants more QT with his daughter.

In order to get it, the actor, who's now five years sober (if not five years non-crazy) is demanding a change to his custody pact with Oksana Grigorieva.

Grigorieva On the Move

Mel has filed a request with the court for additional overnight visits with 1-year-old Lucia. He currently gets three overnights with her every two weeks.

Sources say a hearing is set for September to decide the details, but if a judge does grant Mel's request, he and Oksana may split custody nearly 50-50.

Hopefully, things continue to progress amicably for the pair after a relationship that ended in one of the nastiest celebrity breakups we can ever recall.

The infamous Mel Gibson tapes are about to become irrelevant.

Oksana Grigorieva's lawyer, Dan Horowitz, told the judge in the couple's custody case this a.m. that he may not even introduce the tirades into evidence.

Oksana En Route

Horowitz backing off the tapes comes a few weeks after he told the judge that Oksana would be dropping domestic violence allegations against Gibson.

Come here often?

The Mel Gibson tapes could surface if Oksana files a civil lawsuit against Mel, but it's starting to look iffy at best that such a lawsuit will even be filed.

Mel's no contest plea to battery ended the criminal case, and Oksana's damages would be limited even if she won a civil case against him in the end.

Long story short, it may not be financially worth the trouble for her to continue this crusade. Everyone may soon breathe a sigh of relief that it's over.

Well, everyone except Kris Herzog.

In a shocking move, Oksana Grigorieva dropped her domestic violence claim against Mel Gibson at a court hearing today in the couple's custody case.

Last month, Mel pleaded no contest to battery, ending that chapter of the pair's legal circus. But the battle for custody of Lucia, 1, remains unresolved.

Moksana

In fact, it's been so contentious that today's move came out of left field, as Oksana actually extended an olive branch in an attempt to settle the case.

Oksana's lawyer, Dan Horowitz, told Judge Scott Gordon that they would no longer claim Mel's alleged violence as grounds to strip him of custody.

Mel's lawyer, Stephen Kolodny and the judge were visibly shocked.

The domestic violence protective order Oksana obtained - prohibiting Mel from contacting or harassing her - has also been terminated as of today.

Sources close to Oksana Grigorieva say she would like to be able to communicate directly with Mel, rather than going through intermediaries.

No word on whether Mel feels the same way, but it's a good first step in putting this ugly mess behind them for the good of their little girl.

The only potential bad news? Kristian Otto Herzog's book won't sell nearly as well if these two are actually getting along now. Poor guy.
