Nick Jonas is most assuredly not back together with Miley Cyrus.

Nor did he even meet up with her last month, after many outlets erroneously reported.

The singer, in fact, has not even spent significant time with his ex-girlfriend in years. Yet he harbors no ill will toward Miley or fiance Liam Hemsworth.

"We're really friendly," Jonas told E! this week. "We've got a good relationship. I'm happy for her and Liam."

A couple weeks after the singer told Ryan Seacrest she believed The Jonas Brothers' "Wedding Bells" was penned with her in mind - considering she's engaged to Liam Hemsworth and formerly dated a member of the group - Nick Jonas has come out and admitted:

She's "absolutely right!"

Miley Cyrus was a guest on Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning and while the two discussed many aspects of the singer's life, one exchange stood above the rest.

The 19-year old, who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth of course, said it's "pretty blatant" that the Jonas Brothers' new track ("Wedding Bells") was written with her in mind.

"I don't know anyone else who is getting married," Miley said in reference to a single whose lyrics mention wanting to "try one last time" with an ex-love and not wanting to "hear the wedding bells chime."

Demi Lovato is apparently not one to hold grudges.

The singer - who opens up about her battles with cutting and depression in the latest Self - may have once dated Joe Jonas, but that didn't stop her from inviting his brother on stage with her for a concert in Los Angeles this week.

Nick Jonas took fans by total surprise when he walked out to play guitar while Lovato sang the lyrics to "Catch Me" and "Don't Forget." Those in attendance said Nick even mouthed "I love you" when he walked off stage. AWWWW!

On Saturday, in between performances of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Nick Jonas took to the streets of New York City, plopped down on a stool and simply starting playing some acoustic hits for a handful of fans.

He started with his own single, "Lovebug," but then made the teenage girls around him truly scream out in fervor when he broke out a version of One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful." It's safe to say Nick had some help, as you can see here:

After about 10 months of dating, a rep for Delta Goodrem confirms she is no longer with Nick Jonas.

"Nick and Delta have decided mutually to end their relationship," said the insider. "At this point in time, they are both focused on their careers as they go on different paths. They remain friends and wish each other the best for the future."

Goodrem, who is eight years older than Jonas, had been engaged to Brian McFadden prior to this relationship.

Nick, meanwhile, is currently starring on "Broadway in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying."
