They renewed their vows in Paris!

With the Eiffel Tower in the background and with Cannon donning a white tuxedo and Mariah in a similar-colored gown, Cannon got down on one knee once again and professed his love for his lovely wife.

It's not the first time the pair has renewed its vows, either.

With Rev. Al Sharpton officiating, Carey and Cannon did so last year in the hospital where twins Moroccan and Monroe were born. Speaking of those adorable tykes:

As Nick Cannon continues to fight through a series of ongoing health problems - mostly kidney related, which have caused him to scale back on his workload - the singer/actor/reality show host will be taking fans along for the journey.

He premiered "NCredible Health Hustle" on his website yesterday, the first episode in what will be a documentary-type look into Cannon's medical issues, which first popped up during a January hospitalization.

We see Cannon receiving an IV and learning of his diagnosis at one point during the video, as he explains the shortness of breath and swelling that have accompanied the kidney disease. We also see footage of wife Mariah Carey and their twins.

"I thank all of you for the continuous messages, and want you to know it inspires me to keep pushing," Cannon wrote along with the video posting. "Hoping this series serves as inspiration for anyone dealing with kidney disease, lupus or ANY ILLNESS to keep pushing as well."

Nick Cannon is battling a new health concern and it's forced the singer/host to cut back on his work load.

Cannon Tweeted this morning that doctors found blood in his lungs a few days ago and, as a result, "if I don't slow down and stop working so hard then it's a wrap!"

Physicians also discovered an enlarged ventricle in Nick's heart, which follows his hospitalization for kidney problems in early January.

As a result of this new scare, Cannon will exit his gig morning show gig at  92.3 in NYC, but will continue to MC America's Got Talent.

"Under doctor's orders, I have been asked to cut back on some of my professional commitments to allow my body to get the rest it needs to keep up with the demands of my multitasking schedule," he said in a statement. Even Superman has to sleep."

And, hey, it could be worse: Cannon will get to spend more time at home now with these adorable tykes.

Mariah Carey may soon release a duet with Justin Bieber, but she made news this week for hanging with even younger, more adorable children.

The singer and husband Nick Cannon showed off six-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe to the world!

Mariah Carey and Kids

"It's just love," Carey told Barbara Walters in an interview with her family and about her family. "It's a beautiful place to be."

The couple is unlikely to have more kids, Carey said, due to her difficult pregnancy. But she could not be happy with the new little men in her life - or with the big one, Cannon. Following a failed marriage to Tommy Mottola in 1998, it took awhile for the artist to be ready to truly fall for anyone else.

"Initially I was afraid of the concept of marriage [again]," Mariah said. "But this is a different situation and a different time in my life... No one will steal my spirit."

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon welcomed twins Saturday, April 30, their third wedding anniversary. Now they have revealed their newborns' names:

Moroccan Scott Cannon and Monroe Cannon!

Certainly different, but here's the meaning of each:

As reported on Carey's official blog, their son's name is Moroccan Scott Cannon. Scott is Nick's middle name and his grandmother's maiden name.

And as for the unusual first name? The top tier of Carey's NYC apartment is called the Moroccan Room, because of its Moroccan-inspired decor.

It's also where Cannon proposed to her in 2008.

The couple's daughter's name is Monroe Cannon.

The baby girl was named after Marilyn Monroe, an inspiration to Carey, and has no middle name because Mariah doesn't have one either.

Interesting all around. Congratulations again to the family!
