Nick Bollea - also known as Nick Hogan to some - is the son of a famous professional wrestler. One named Hulk Hogan. He's also the sister...

Nick Hogan is ready to wife up girlfriend Breana Tiesi!

The spawn of wrestling god Hulk Hogan tells TMZ that he and his GF of nearly three years have been tossing the idea of marriage around for a while now.

Their engagement, which he says is going down ANY DAY NOW, isn't planned as a surprise. That's good, since he told a celeb gossip site and not her:

Engaged? Soon to be engaged? Who knows. Happy together? Yup!

Hogan says he purchased a giant ass ring VERY recently to pop the question.

It's most likely round with some kind of rock on it. Just a hunch right there.

Congratulations to the happy couple when and if this goes down. It's nice to see that Nick has made it back so far from his days in solitary confinement.

Nick Bollea may always have a guilty conscious over what transpired in a car more than two years ago, but he's now out of the legal woods with the family of John Graziano.

In 2007, Graziano was riding shotgun in Hogan's Toyota Supra when a car accident caused him "to lose a portion of his brain, to be confined to a wheelchair and to be in a minimally conscious state requiring full time care," according to court documents filed by Graziano's relatives in a civil suit.

The son of Hulk Hogan served five months in prison for the crash, following a plea of no contest to charges of felony reckless driving.

Earlier this week, meanwhile, a settlement was reached in the civil case. Terms were undisclosed.

"We reached a settlement that was agreeable to all parties," Kim Kohn, the Graziano family attorney, told E! News. "We are very happy because our goal all along was to ensure that John was provided with the appropriate care for the rest of his life. And the settlement will do that."

Graziano was released from a Florida hospital in September.

In an interview with Life & Style, Nick Hogan says he's still haunted by the 2007 car accident that left close friend John Graziano critically injured.

Of course, he isn't so haunted that he won't profit from the tragedy by talking to a tabloid about it.

"There are moments that haunt me to this day," Hogan said of the six months he spent in jail. "There are times when I'll be watching a prison movie and hear the sound of a gate slamming, and I get the willies. It was horrible."

The fast car-loving reality star was released from a Pinellas County prison about a year ago. He said:

"Time away from my family was the most difficult part of my sentence. One of the things that makes you feel comforted is talking to a family member. But you don't have a phone - you have to wait until it's your time of the day to call. You miss being able to connect with people because everyone there is just cold, just brutal."

Nick's family isn't exactly the most stable on the planet, of course.

Mother Linda is dating a 20-year old; sister Brooke is the laughing stock of the music industry; and many people believe father Hulk is exaggerating a suicide story in order to sell books.

At 12:30 this morning, following 166 days behind bars, Nick Bollea was released from prison... and instantly attacked by a wildebeest.

Just kidding. That's actually Nick's excited sister, Brooke Hogan.

Hulk and Brooke

The son of Hulk and Linda Hogan had been serving eight months in jail after pleading no contest to reckless driving charges stemming from an August 2007 accident that left best friend John Graziano in critical condition.

Finally, some good news for Brooke Hogan.

Following a summer that saw her mom date a 19-year old, her father date a lookalike and staff members from The Hollywood Gossip wonder if she got dressed in the dark, Brooke can at least welcome her brother home; Nick Hogan gets released from prison tomorrow.

"I can't even tell you, as a sister, how exciting this is for me!" Brooke wrote on her MySpace Celebrity page. "Nick and I are like best friends...and I can't believe how long I've gone without him."

She then went on to address those that have had negative things to say about the situation:

"I understand people have their own opinion, but most of the people that come up to us don't know the whole story or how much we really, really love John [the victim]. It's really sad because we're not bad people. We're just going through a really hard time, and so is John's family.

"All I ask is, instead of making this harder and putting evil things out there, you pray for John, and for us, and leave words of inspiration. John is gonna walk out of that hospital and things will be OK again. I know his strength, and I know he can do it with our prayers."

Finally - after months of cradle robbing (way to go, Linda Hogan!), girlfriends that resemble offspring (smooth move, Hulk Hogan!) and general idiocy (sorry, Brooke Hogan!) - some good news for the Hogans:

Son and brother Nick Bollea is being released from jail three months early.

He's due to be released from a Florida prison on October 21.

“Nick is getting out in 17 days. I don't know where he's going. He's grown up and will decide on his own," Brooke said earlier this week.

Bollea has been serving eight months in jail after pleading no contest to reckless driving charges. They stemmed from an August 2007 car accident that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition.

Brooke Hogan lashed out at the "stupid press" on MySpace for claiming she skipped the 18th birthday of jailed brother Nick Bollea Saturday.

Nick is behind bars for a 2007 car crash that critically injured his best friend John Graziano. He was moved from juvenile detention to the central division jail for adults, where he is being housed with 71 other adult males.

The spoiled, talentless daughter of Hulk and Linda Hogan, who was ripped for allegedly bailing on Nick's b-day celebration, seethed on MySpace:

Heres how stupid and inaccurate the media can be. According to the press I didn't show up to my brothers 18th birthday at the jail.

Lets see...

  • hes in jail
  • Its an important birthday...the big 18!!!
  • I'm only a 4 hour drive to Tampa
  • He's the most important thing in my life.

They must have thought I didn't show cause they didn't SEE me. uhh... there's such thing as a back door you jerks.

We're sorry, Brooke. You're totally right. Nick Bollea probably knows first hand about the "back door" there, it's true.

Now legally an adult, Nick Bollea (a.k.a. Nick Hogan) celebrated a fun 18th birthday Sunday by being transferred into big boy prison - a.k.a. Pinellas County Jail's Central Division - where he shall reside in direct supervision housing!

Hulk Hogan, Linda Hogan and bunch of Nick's friends sang "happy birthday" to him over a video monitor, according to celebrity news sources. After that, they were allowed to visit him two at a time. Brooke Hogan? Not present.

So much for solitary confinement.

Nick Bollea was moved out of that lonely predicament and into  a cell with three other juveniles, jail officials in Florida said Thursday.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said the decision was the "result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification."

When we asked readers if they thought Bollea deserved his punishment, an overwhelming number said yes. Do you agree?

Nick Bollea has seen better days.

On Monday, former WWE star Hulk Hogan essentially asked a judge: "What'cha gonna do when we ask that my son gets released from solitary confinement of you?!?!"

In a three-sentence order, though, Philip J. Federico denied the motion by attorneys for Nick Bollea, one that claimed the confinement was "cruel and unusual punishment."

"Had there been a need for such arguments, a hearing would have been scheduled," court public information officer Ron Stuart said, according to The St. Petersburg Times.

As a result, Nick Bollea is still housed in solitary at Pinellas County Jail because as a minor he can't be released into the adult population. Needless to say, the young man isn't enjoying his time alone.

Attorneys say he's spending 16 to 17 hours a day in the maximum-security cell, where his food is delivered through a slot in the door, causing him "unbearable anxiety." Bollea requested a transfer to monitored home confinement or the minimum-security area.

Do you feel sorry for Bollea? Or is he getting what he deserves for driving recklessly?
