Following (excited!) talk that this 19-year old was the nearly naked subject of the very clean and very dirty image, Horan has taken to Twitter and debunked the rumor:
Sadly, Niall Horan is not dating Demi Lovato.
But this blonde-haired member of One Direction still has plenty to celebrate: his band is on fire, he's totally good friends with Justin Bieber and... oh ... right: he's now 19 years old! It's Horan's birthday!

We have an update on the love life of Demi Lovato.
First, the singer and new X Factor judge sat down with E! News and denied that she's in a relationship with Niall Horan of One Direction, even though the singers were spotted at dinner last Thursday following the MTV Video Music Awards.
"There is nothing going on. Niall's my friend," Lovato said. "I'm just focusing on my work right now, and that's pretty much that."
But is that pretty much it?
The Daily Mail reports that Lovato dined with former flame Wilmer Valderrama at upscale restaurant El Torito in Sherman Oaks on Sunday night.
Dressed in a short skirt and ankle boots, Lovato was photographed alongside the actor and serial dater, who donned a skin-tight T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. Moreover, according to witnesses, Demi and Wilmer didn't simply eat dinner together.
They wet back to the singer's place afterward for what we can only presume was desert... of the naked variety!

With their nickname To Be Determined, Niall Horan and Demi Lovato were spotted on a date Thursday night, as multiple witnesses confirm to Us Weekly that the One Direction cutie and the new X Factor judge dined at Pink Taco following the MTV Video Music Awards.
This interlude comes about 10 weeks after Horan admitted he thought Lovato was a "cool" gal and that there had been "contact" between the music superstars.
We can read between those lines!
Aside from their dinner together, the evening was a success for both Niall and Demi. One Direction took home a trio of trophies (Most Share-Worthy Video, Best New Artist and Best Pop Video), while Lovato was honored with Best Video with a Message.
One Direction also performed at the event.

Contrary to previous rumors/prayers of every 14-year old girl across the country, Justin Bieber and One Direction will not be collaborating on any music in the near future.
"We've never actually been asked by him," Liam Payne told E! News, while Louis Tomlinson added he doesn't even know if the two sides would mesh: "I think we both do quite different things. We make different music. He's doing his thing, and we're doing our thing.
However, Bieber and a couple One Direction members are cooking up something together: an actual meal of food!
Niall Horan and Zayn Malik stopped by Bieber's house last night, following the MTV Video Music Awards, and shared the experience with a few million Twitter followers.
"At my house cooking some noodles with @NiallOfficial," Bieber Tweeted along with these photos, adding: "Guys night in full effect."
Earlier in the evening, Horan, Malik and their fellow group members took home three VMA trophies and also performed the smash "One Thing." All in all, in other words: not a shabby few hours.
Niall Horan may need to clean up his act, or at least his mouth, if he really wants a shot with Demi Lovato.
The One Direction singer took major exception to fans asking for his time/attention at the Dublin Airport this week, never breaking stride and using the naughtiest of words in response to their catcalls:
“Remember the last time I walked out here… you shower of cunts.”

Horan later took to Twitter and apologized for the insult:
really sorry if I caused any offence. It was just banter with fans who I think of more as mates… but I understand that it's not a word I should be using at all.
Come on now, Niall. Language such as that is NOT what makes you beautiful.
Niall Horan appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Thursday and teased a pair of exciting developments:
“We’ve spoken," Horan told the host of the new X Factor judge. "She’s a cool girl so I got in contact with her. She’s really nice, and I don’t know what’s going to happen.”
