Naomi Campbell Cries Racism Over Cadbury Chocolate Ad

Cadbury had some fun at the expense of Naomi Campbell last week, but the super model isn't laughing.

The company ran the following ad in British newspapers last week, hyping its Dairy Milk Bliss Bar as the "new diva in town" and taking a jab at Campbell, whose violent past includes spitting at a cop, attacking a limo driver and assaulting a cameraman.

Sounds rather diva-like to us.

Cadbury Chocolate Ad

But not to Naomi.

"I am shocked," Campbell said. "It's upsetting to be described as chocolate, not just for me, but for all black women and black people as a race. I do not find any humor in this. It's insulting and hurtful."

Do you agree? Is the ad inappropriately targeting black women? Or just this one, scandalous woman who happens to be black? Sound off now: is it racist?

No, it's just mocking her attitude!
Yes, it's appalling!

Naomi Campbell on Teresa Giudice: What a Role Model!

It's safe to say that Teresa Giudice does not get along with Danielle Staub. Or Melissa Gorga. Or, really, anyone that has disdain for a spoiled self-promoter.

But the reality star can at least take comfort in the fact that a total nut job is in her corner. Isn't that right, Naomi Campbell?

Nutty Naomi

Naomi Campbell admires Teresa Giudice. That sums up both women well.

"She's a role model," the model says. "A mother, businesswoman, [who's] cooking, cleaning the house - and her kids always look...amazing!"

Hmmm... what does it say about Campbell's take on women in general that she's impressed with a mother who can clean and hold down a job?

War Crimes Trial Interferes With Naomi Campbell's Busy Schedule

Naomi Campbell so doesn't have time for this.

The British supermodel was a witness today at the war crimes tribunal of ex-Liberian president Charles Taylor in The Hague, Netherlands. She was there to detail how the ousted leader once sent her a gift of "dirty stones," or blood diamonds.

Campbell was called because she once received a gift of said stones from the dictator at a 1997 dinner on behalf of Nelson Mandela's Children's Fund.

"I did not want to be here," she told the prosecution. "I just want to get this over with and get on with my life, this is a big inconvenience for me."

Want some cheese with that whine, lady? We're just glad the fashionista's appearance came and went without phones thrown or drivers attacked.

The testimony of Campbell, one of the world's highest paid models, is considered vital to proving Taylor, in return for the diamonds, offered weapons training to neighboring Sierra Leone rebels, who subsequently slaughtered many civilians.

Naomi Campbell: Engaged to Vladislav Doronin?

Has Naomi Campbell finally made news for something other than receiving blood diamonds as gifts or beating human beings with phones? Possibly!

The supermodel's boyfriend, Russian millionaire Vladislav Doronin, has been speaking about their plans to tie the knot, according to AskMen.

Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre and Michael Buble

He revealed that fashion designer-and-editor Dasha Zhukova - the partner of Chelsea soccer owner Roman Abramovich - will be bridesmaid.

"We are good friends with Dasha, she is a wonderful person and talented designer. So she will be next to Naomi at our wedding," he said.

So does this confirm Vladislav Doronin's engagement to Naomi Campbell?

Vladislav did not hint at the possible date for the nuptials and did not give away any further details, and Naomi's spokesperson has not only previously denied, but even laughed off speculation the couple are engaged.

"Naomi is not engaged nor has any plans to wed," the rep said.

Further compounding matters? It is believed Vladimir is currently still married to Ekaterina Doronin, the mother of his teenage daughter Katia.

In any case, Naomi Campbell Vladislav - who is nicknamed the "Donald Trump of Russia" in his home country - began dating back in 2008.

Congratulations, possibly, to the couple!

Naomi Campbell Assaults Cameraman, Denies Links to Blood Diamonds, African Dictators

Another day, another violent Naomi Campbell outburst.

This time it was on a global scale! The temperamental supermodel threw a punch at an ABC News camera and stormed out of a heated interview.

Topics on the table? International controversy involving "blood diamonds," deposed African dictator Charles Taylor and crimes against humanity.

Campbell has been accused of receiving a "huge," uncut "blood diamond" from the ex-Liberian president, facing trial for crimes against humanity.

"I didn't receive a blood diamond and I'm not going to speak about that," Campbell spat angrily before storming off and punching the camera.

Prosecutors in The Hague in the Netherlands told ABC Campbell has refused to be interviewed by the Special Court of Sierra Leone in the case.

Bad News Naomi

Naomi Campbell: At the center of international controversy?

Taylor is accused of killing and amputating thousands of people in Sierra Leone from 1997-2001. Campbell denies receiving any gifts from him.

Campbell's involvement with Taylor was pointed out by actress Mia Farrow, however, who says the model bragged of receiving a "huge diamond."

A lawyer for Campbell had no comment to ABC News, but this is just the latest in a long string of violent outbursts involving the troubled model.

Campbell attacked a limo driver last month in NYC, but no charges were filed. In 2008, she pled guilty to attacking two police officers in London.

In '07, she got community service for throwing a phone at a maid; in '05, an assistant accused her of slapping and beating her with a BlackBerry.

In 2000, she pled guilty to assaulting old assistant who claimed Campbell assaulted her with a phone and threatened to throw her out of a car.

Naomi Campbell Attacks Limo Driver, Flees Cops

It was only a matter of time. Naomi Campbell may be in trouble with the law again after Manhattan police say she allegedly attacked a limo driver on Tuesday.

According to NBC New York, the temperamental model became enraged with her chaffeur and - from the back seat - slapped and punched him as he drove.

Campbell allegedly struck him with her cell phone, he told authorities.

Some people will just never learn.

When Naomi Campbell Attacks

It gets better from there. The driver eventually stopped the car on the Upper East Side to call 911; that's when Naomi Campbell jumped out of the car and ran!

Cops are presently "looking to speak to her," the report says.

Tuesday evening, Campbell's rep said: "There shouldn't be a rush to judgment. Naomi will cooperate voluntarily. There is more to the story than meets the eye."

Unfortunately for Nae, rushes to judgment have a way of happening when you have a long ass rap sheet for outbursts (or associate with peeps like Chris Brown).

In 2008 she pled guilty to attacking two police officera at London's Heathrow Airport; a year earlier, she got community service for throwing a phone at a maid.

In 2005, an assistant accused her of slapping her and beating her with a Blackberry. In 2000, she pled guilty to a 1998 case involving an old assistant of hers.

Campbell assaulted her with a phone and threatened to throw her out of a car too. Someone needs to have her phone privileges taken away, it sounds like.

Chris Brown & Naomi Campbell: Together For Haiti

Haiti relief efforts will not cease ... nor should they.

Naomi Campbell was the latest to pitch in, throwing a Fashion for Relief runway show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Among the attendees? Chris Brown.

Scarlett Johansson, Nude Dress

So many violent thoughts together in one place. At least it was for a good cause this time. Earthquake relief tops thrown phones and pummeled ex-girlfriends.

Helena Christensen, Selita Ebanks, Agyness Deyn, Kelly Osbourne, Malin Ackerman and others did their thing on the catwalk, sure. But Chris Brown in a tux?

That really got the audience going.

Chris Brown, Naomi Campbell and others united for Haiti.

"[Events like this] are definitely important, not necessarily for me," Brown told E! News. "It's important for Haiti because you get a chance to see artists and entertainers and fashion icons come together to do something nice for a good cause."

"It's very humbling being able to come and help, it's nice to see."

Nothing you can say negatively about that classy attitude, or the collaborations by so many celebrities to help this case, such as the We Are the World remake.

Rachel Zoe pulled together the 92 looks for the fashion show, including the moving finale tribute to Alexander McQueen that had the models holding back tears.

Naomi Campbell Arrested After Airline Melee

In a hilarious, shocking piece of celebrity news, Naomi Campbell was arrested at Heathrow Airport today - after allegedly spitting at a police officer!

The troubled supermodel was hauled away "ranting and screaming" from her flight at Terminal Five after a screaming match over a lost bag.

Naomi Campbell first went ballistic in British Airways' first class lounge after being told one of her three bags had not made it on the flight.

Despite apologies and assurances that she would eventually be reunited with her luggage, the temperamental diva flew into a blinding rage
.

She began harassing airline staff members who called the police as the flight was announced and Naomi Campbell walked onto the plane. She was apparently still yelling at the airline's boarding card staff as she took her seat.

Three officers tried to calm Campbell down, but she is alleged to have reacted by spitting at an officer and proceeding to "lay into him" with her fists.

Naomi Campbell: Arrested

A frenzied Naomi Campbell was eventually brought under control after a struggle ensued, and then was physically hauled off the plane.

Cops were called and she was heard screaming "get off me, leave me alone" before she attacked one and was taken away to Heathrow police station.

An eyewitness to the melee said: "She attacked a male police officer and spat at him and she was taken to the airport police station."

An airport spokeswoman said: "We can confirm that a passenger was removed by police from a light this afternoon." The flight left an hour and a half late.

Last year the model had to mop floors at New York's Sanitation Department as community service for throwing a mobile phone at her maid.

Man, as amusing as this is, we can't saw we're all that surprised to hear it. What's next, Dita Von Teese starring in porno flicks? Oh, wait ...

Naomi Campbell: Nude and Crazy

What can we say about the following photo of Naomi Campbell nude?

It's attractive and, most likely, insane.

Campbell in Cannes

Unlike other, fairly stable super models - such as Petra Nemcova or Gisele Bundchen - Campbell is known for throwing telephones and causing scenes.

Perhaps she's trying to change her image below, channel her inner Tila Tequila nude and get word out that she's simply beautiful. Not a beautiful mess.

We'll do our best to help you with that cause, Naomi. But you might wanna stop having sex with garbage men. That's just our opinion, though.

Meanwhile, we wonder if Diane Kruger nude is pissed at Campbell for stealing her naked thunder.

Naomi Campbell On Assault, Mop Duty, Etc.

In the new issue of W, Naomi Campbell puts her throwing arm to productive use, penning a diary about her foray into court-ordered manual labor.

As Campbell's prose dispatches reveal, the 36-year-old model is full of surprises: she drinks regular Coke, prays every morning and night, and does not own a diamond-encrusted phone (bet you Paris Hilton does).

Campbell in Cannes

On making friends:
"As we are working, one of my co-workers tells me how he ended up here. It was basically because of alcohol. I bond with him, and I tell him I'm in recovery. I started doing drugs when I was 23, as a recreational thing. I had no idea of the effect it would have on me."

THG NOTE: That's what Pete Doherty said. It all starts so innocently.

On manual labor:
"I head to my locker and change into my work clothes and am told, along with two other people, to sweep the garage. We start mopping so intently and get a rhythm going. I have to tell you, I find solace in sweeping. I have no other responsibilities. I have no phone. I have time to think. I just have, you know, peace."

On self-reflection:
"I never really looked into myself, deep below the surface. I was just caught up in my job and flying around the world and wanting to be fabulous. But there comes a point when it all catches up with you. And that caused me to reassess myself and get real treatment for my anger and my addictions. Some people can handle a drink or a line of cocaine, but I've finally come to realize that, for me, it's all or nothing - and it has to be nothing."

THG NOTE: Britney Spears, we hope you are listening.

On the designer clothes she wore to work every day:
"It's getting crazy. I'm getting all calls from designers and stylists asking me to wear their clothes. Apparently, people on the Internet are rating my outfits. With everything happening in the world â€" in Iraq, in Africa â€" this is what they focus on?"

On her coworkers:
"Two of the people in the room have never been on a plane. They ask me what it's like, and I'm embarrassed to tell them I was on seven planes the week before alone... They tell me some of the things they've read about me, like that I have a diamond-encrusted BlackBerry. I laugh. I've never had a diamond-encrusted phone! I'll leave that to Paris [Hilton]. It's not my style."

On her employees:
"I don't really have many yes-people in my life anymore. I've gotten away from them â€" all the agents, assistants, people who would never tell me the truth and watch me destroy myself. But of course many of those people maybe didn't want to work with me anymore, either, which I totally understand."

On being independent:
"Most people can rely on their family, but I tried to deal with everything on my own. I'm a very strong person. I never had problems with men, because if they bothered me, I'd tell them to f*%k off."

THG NOTE: It's a lesson Lauren Conrad is finally learning.
