Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are back in the tabloid news again, amid reports saying they're leading separate lives and are on shaky ground as a couple.

Sources tell In Touch that all the time they've spent apart, combined with lingering trust and lifestyle issues, have taken a toll on their three-year marriage.

“They’re barely together,” a source said, fearing the worst for the couple.

“Miranda is worried that if this keeps up, they’ll continue to grow apart.”

It sounds like a typical case of tour buses passing in the night, so to speak.

Or literally. Their tours recently headed opposite ways on the same road!

Shelton, 38, is in his element in Hollywood these days, much more than you might guess. He's on Season 7 of The Voice and clearly loves the gig.

Miranda, 30, prefers life at their Oklahoma home when she's not touring.

WARNING: The following video is guaranteed to make you cry.

Over the weekend, Miranda Lambert made one of the final stops on the opening leg of her Platinum Tour, playing a show in Corpus Christi, Texas for a huge crowd at the city's American Bank Center.

And one of the many hit tracks the country music superstar sang for attendees was her lovely 2012 single "Over You."

Decked out in ripped jeans and a sleeveless shirt, Lambert strolled around the stage as she sang, accepting a bouquet of flowers from one fan before settling on a seven-year-old girl named Brooke Hester.

Brooke suffers from a form of cancer called neuroblastoma and she caught Lambert’s she due to her pink hat and outfit, along with a face mask needed to protect herself.

In the following footage, you can see Lambert reach down to hold Hester’s hand as she tried to finish the song, fighting off tears every note of the way. It's beautiful and bittersweet.

Said the mother of Hester to Today.com not long after the performance:

Each other!

Both singers are up for Entertainer of the Year honors alongside Luke Bryan, George Strait and Keith Urban when the awards as passed out November 5.

A married couple known almost as much for their relationship (often the target of tabloid gossip), there's no debating Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton's talent.

The pregnant Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley return to host the ABC awards telecast for the seventh consecutive year from Nashville, Tenn.

Darius Rucker and Little Big Town announced the nominees in the first five categories on Good Morning America early Wednesday. See them after the jump:

Let's get this out of the way up front: Miranda Lambert is not pregnant with her first child.

But the beloved country singer is posing on Instagram with a new hair color, a new hair and no makeup whatsoever!

"Fresh cut! Fresh color! 'Somethin' bout PLATINUM! Thanks @amandacraig12! Love you," Lambert captioned the photo, giving her hairstylist a shout-out.

Lambert has long been a THG favorite for reasons aside from her massive talent.

Miranda Lambert is pregnant with her first child, at least according to a new report by Star Magazine, which virtually guarantees she's not pregnant.

Alas, Miranda was almost certainly not quoted by the publication, even though the headline tries to imply as much, boasting “I’m Finally Pregnant!”

Clever tactics won't fool us there, Star.

We're going to go ahead and assume that's bogus, anyway. Just call it a hunch.

Somehow we don't see Miranda giving them the exclusive on this sort of bombshell if it were true, or Star tracking it down and breaking the story alone.

But, if you really, really want to believe the unreliable celebrity gossip source:

  • There's a BUMP ALERT of some kind, pointing at her midsection,
  • She and Blake Shelton are “preparing to announce" the news.
  • They've been desperately trying to have a kid for two years.
  • They are having it to save their marriage.
  • Blake won't get drunk anymore now.

Miranda Lambert covers the new issue of Rolling Stone and inside the magazine she makes some surprising revelations about her private life, celebrity obsessions, and...willingness to throw down in  drunken bar brawls?!

Things start off innocently enough, with the singer addressing the seemingly endless Miranda Lambert pregnancy rumors: "I'm, like, really magical," she says. "I've been pregnant for two and a half years."

She then goes on to reveal that she's a huge Beyonce fan: "She's a girl from Houston who's worked her butt off to get where she is."

Then, Miranda's husband, Blake Shelton, chimes in and things get a little weird:

The Michael Jackson hologram definitely turned a head or two, as the King of Pop danced from the Great Beyond thanks to the use of computers and technology.

And then there was that Miley Cyrus monstrosity where she completely embarrassed the memory of The Beatles via satellite while in their mother land!!

Yikes, Miley!

Country superstars Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood debuted their new duet "Something Bad" at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards Sunday night.

The title proved to be a misnomer. The song is actually pretty good!

The track appears on Lambert’s forthcoming album Platinum.

While Miranda admitted to being nervous about performing with Underwood, she sure didn’t show it as both women looked, and acted, utterly fearless on stage.

We would expect nothing less from this truly dynamic duo.

There was a surplus of smoky-eyed makeup, leather and leg to go around as the country greats showed that they're even stronger in tandem than apart.

As Miranda Lambert put it, “It’s been too long since two girls in our genre have come together like that, especially on a song that’s kind of in your face.”

Indeed. In your face in the very best of ways, we'd say.

More memorable performances (Michael Jackson hologram!) and moments (Kendall Jenner can't read!) from last night's 2014 Billboard Music Awards below:

Happy third anniversary, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert!

The country couple celebrated the milestone with some jabs at celebrity gossip publications, as has become their custom since ... well, since they got married.

"Happy anniversary to my wife @mirandalambert!!!" the Voice coach wrote on Twitter Wednesday. "You've always been there when I needed you baby."

"Happy anniversary Blake Shelton! I love you! Cheers to 3 years!" Lambert posted on Facebook along with a great pic from their May 14, 2011, wedding:

Miranda Lambert talks about her recent weight loss and other topics, such as her marriage to Blake Shelton, in a new interview with Billboard magazine.

The main takeaway? She's a lot less interesting than celebrity gossip tabloid fodder would have you believe, and she's even mellowed out a bit professionally.

"With success, I've been able to sort of calm that down and go, 'OK, I don't have to be guns blazin' all the time," says the 30-year-old country firebrand.

"People are listening, so I can open up my softer side and show people who the whole Miranda is,'" she revealed of her more emotional sound of late.

Some of this transformation is due, in part, to being married to Blake Shelton for almost three years, and the fact that they are going strong - tabloids aside.

"I think I've had like five sets of twins in the last two years, and we've been divorced four times, and one of us had a $100 million divorce," Lambert joked.
