It looks like Minka Kelly has indeed found a new man.

The Charlie's Angels star has been rumored to be cozying up to Ramon Rodriguez, who co-stars on the show, for weeks now. So it wasn't too shocking to see them cozying up together for Sunday brunch at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Fla.:

The pair were seen laughing, joking and flirting as they left the luxury hotel before joining another Charlie's Angels cast member, Annie Ilonzeh, at the movies.

Minka recently broke up with longtime boyfriend Derek Jeter, whose batting average has held steady at .297 since the split. Yankees star is mentally tough.

Seemingly, it would be very difficult to move on from Derek Jeter. But has Minka Kelly already done so?

It was announced this week that the shortstop and the actress have ended their three-year relationship and, already, rumors are surfacing that Kelly has cozied up to a co-star.

"We have seen Minka and Ramon talking in his trailer way after hours, and often late into the night," a source tells People of Kelly and Charlie's Angels actor Ramon Rodriguez "They have been together long after they need to be for the show."

Rodriguez portrays John Bosley on the upcoming ABC remake of this classic series. He's the only man in the cast, which is why another insider says there's nothing at all to his interactions with Kelly:

"They're just friends. Ramon is basically the only guy on set, so of course they all hang out with him."

Jeter, however, may be feeling the affects of this split. He went 1-4 with a strikeout last night in the Orioles 12-5 mauling of the Yankees.

She was there to cheer on hit number 3,000. But Minka Kelly won't be around to see if Derek Jeter wins ring number six. The actress' rep has confirmed this couple of three years is over.

"They care about each other and it was amicable. They're still friends," an insider tells People.

Kelly had been a constant presence in Jeter's family's box at Yankee Stadium all summer long, as the couple dodged engagement rumors for the past year or so. But it's possible her shooting schedule on Charlie's Angels, a new ABC show debuting this fall, simply made the relationship untenable.

Jeter, meanwhile, has recovered on the field after a slow start. His batting average is up to .299. We have a feeling he'll bounce back from Kelly in decent shape, as well. This is a man who has dated Mariah Carey, Jordana Brewster, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Gabrielle Union...

The actress, who stars in The Roommate with Leighton Meester, is featured in the latest issue of GQ. In a two-picture spread, Kelly gives Red Sox fans yet another reason to hate Derek Jeter. That's because the Yankees shortstop has been rounding the bases with this beauty for years.

With marriage rumors constantly swirling around her and the future Hall of Famer, this former Friday Night Lights star would simply say there's no ceremony planned for next month.

Beyond that? Who knows. We just hope Minka continues to find time to pose for photos such as these.

A-Rod and Kate Hudson have been getting all the celeb gossip attention in the clubhouse - to the dismay of rival New York Yankees girlfriend Minka Kelly.

But are Derek Jeter and Kelly the ones taking it to the next level, in secret?

"Derek and Minka are secretly engaged," an insider told the New York Post.

This is almost certainly a lie, but the paper says the Yankee captain and the actress are telling close pals to "save the date" for nuptials in the fall.

"The wedding is being planned and will take place after baseball season is over," said a source. But is it just gossip concocted to sell newspapers?

A rep for Kelly said, "There is no fall wedding planned to Derek Jeter."

Is Minka Kelly engaged to Derek Jeter?

Well, that kind of sounds like a "no," but it's an awfully specific denial, no? The kind where they could marry December 22 and say it wasn't in the fall? Or marry in a civil ceremony with a judge officiating and not call it a wedding?

Page Six also points out that the gorgeous Friday Night Lights star denied she was even dating the future Hall of Famer when they were seen together last year.
