Miley and her man were spotted at a Los Angeles mall yesterday. They look quite happy to be there together, don't they?!?

She may be dating a 20-year old model with abdominal muscles of steel, but not even the constant sight of Justin Gaston shirtless is enough to prevent Miley Cyrus from lashing out as Nick Jonas.

The singer performed her single "7 Things" over the weekend, and made not-so-subtle references to the hatred of her ex-boyfriend before and after the song.

Miley the Hater

Considering how attractive Justin Gaston is (have you seen the guy shirtless?!?), it makes sense that Billy Ray Cyrus allegedly sat his daughter down recently and warned her against giving in to temptation with her new man.

“I told her in no uncertain terms that her career would be over if something were to happen,” Billy Ray told a friend, according to Star. “I think I made an impression on her - at least, I hope so.”

Miley Cyrus' parents hope she never gets closer to Justin Gaston than she is here.

Reportedly, earlier this year, Tish Cyrus and Lynn Spears spoke at length about their famous daughters.

The conversation left an impression on Billy Ray, who doesn't wanna see his cash cow offspring suffer the same fate as Jamie-Lynn Spears.

So Miley Cyrus said this morning on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. The topic of conversation, of course, was rumored boyfriend Justin Gaston.

"After my last two years, there's been a lot of things that happened, so I've learned just not to judge anyone and go into our friendship with an open mind and not really worry about the age or anything," Cyrus said of the relationship.

As for Gaston himself? Sarah Palin would approve, Miley said.

"He's a really great Christian guy. We have the kind of relationship where we can talk about [things related to being in the public eye] and he gets it."

Forget the age difference between Justin Gaston and Miley Cyrus for a moment. What the heck is the latter wearing in this photo?

While Miley wouldn't confirm that she's dating Gaston, she obviously is.

"Everything is, like, really good. I haven't really been answering the [dating] question much just because we're just really happy with everything and the way everything has worked out," Cyrus said, adding:

"I'm totally gushing right now!"

The FBI has finally tracked down the moron responsible for the act: Josh Holly, a 19-year old hacker from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Agents raided Holly's house yesterday and served him with a search warrant, according to Wired.

Reportedly, the cyber stalker's scheme to track down Miley Cyrus' password was both impressive and frightening: it allegedly involved posing as a MySpace administrator, stealing Miley's MySpace information and using it to unlock her Gmail.

Instead, allow us to point to the fact that Cyrus is seen here at Millions of Milkshakes in Los Angeles. The singer, who created her own shake flavor and had it named after her, is enjoying a cold, sweet treat.

To everyone that had any sort of sexual reference to Gaston in mind: shame on you!

While it's still unclear how close - or how far apart - Miley Cyrus is to fellow young stars Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, there's no questioning the Hannah Montana actress' friendship with another actress:
