Considering the source, this is a tad more creepy than complimentary.

But it would be an understatement to say that Jeremy Piven enjoyed working with Miley Cyrus on So Undercover. When asked about his co-star on the movie - which featured Cyrus hired as a private eye hired by an FBI agent played by Piven - the Entourage actor gushed:

"She's kind of amazing. There's something so incredibly refreshing about someone who is exactly who they are. There's nothing pretentious about her. She's this force. She loves to laugh."

Oddly, fans within Miley's own age group are less enamored. They recently voted their former role model the Worst Celebrity Influence of the year.

But this singer's accomplish isn't as impressive as the consecutive titles won by the Los Angeles Lakers.

For the second year in a row, Miley has been named in an AOL poll as the Worst Celebrity Influence alive. Most discouraging for the 18-year-old, who earned 58% of the 99,000 votes cast on JSYK dot com? The site's target audience is her core fan base, 9-15 year olds.

Among the stars Miley beat out were Amber Portwood, Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West ad Demi Lovato.

Any regular reader of THG knows the first words that come to mind when we think of Miley Cyrus are not "classy" or "wonderful."

But perhaps Howard Stern is on to something. Maybe this singer/actress isn't so terrible after all.

That's the point Thomas Jane wants to make. The actor portrays Miley's character's father in LOL, an upcoming movie that also stars Demi Moore and Ashley Greene. Asked about Cyrus, Jane told E! News:

"She's a real classy lady. And that will be proven over the years. She's a wonderful girl."

Jane adds that Miley spent time with his seven-year old daughter when she visited the set and:

"Miley was so sweet and nice with her. She's just really made me a big fan. She treated her like a real friend and my daughter was super impressed."

Miley Cyrus has millions of fans around the globe.

We just didn't think a middle-aged disc jockey known for his extreme views and penchant for lesbians was among them.

As a guest on Piers Morgan Tonight this week, Howard Stern was asked about the current music scene. He initially made a joke about Miley basically stripping off all her clothes on stage, but then admitted that he's a fan of both this 18-year old artist and Lady Gaga.

Stern said he's even Googled Cyrus recently. And, yes, he knows how dirty that sounds...

The movie offers continue to come in for Miley Cyrus.

First, her mother reportedly optioned the rights for a music video to be made into a feature-length film.

Now, the screenwriter behind Disturbia and Paranormal Activity 2 has said in a new interview that he hopes to work with Cyrus on "Wake," a big screen version of Lisa McMann's book series.

"It's sort of a vehicle for Miley Cyrus," Landon says. "She is looking to sort of get out of her cutesy Hannah Montana image... She wanted to do something a little edgier and a little darker, so we're making this movie hopefully... It's about a teenage girl who has a rare form of narcalepsy. When she's within a certain distance of someone sleeping, she passes out and goes into their dreams."

Landon says there's "definitely a spooky element to it."

Cyrus has made it clear she hopes to be taken seriously as a movie actress. She just finished filming LOL with Demi Moore and Ashley Greene.

Music producer Shakur Green took to his Twitter on Thursday and teased fans with the following: returning to the studio w/ Miley Cyrus & Nick Jonas on 1/14. can't release additional information about the project... it's going to be one of the top albums of 2011.

Another scandal has broken out around Miley Cyrus. This time, though, the controversial singer is not at the center of it.

A 21-year old named Josh Holly was arrested in Nashville last week and charged with possession of unauthorized credit card numbers. He also admitted to hacking into Miley's email account in 2007.

According court documents, FBI Agent Victor Rodriguez writes that Holly said he broke into Cyrus' MySpace account and obtained photos from her Gmail, posting them on a site frequented by other hackers.

It's unclear to which pictures of Miley this admission refers, but the most recent set of leaked images was clearly snapped a few years ago.

According to TMZ, the guy who owns the pipe that got this singer into trouble has decided to sell the item.

Believing he can get close to "five figures" for the drug paraphernalia, the owner has set up a Gmail account (mileycyrusbong) and is entertaining offers as we type. This forces us to ask: How much would you pay for Miley's bong?
