That's all there is to it. Miley Cyrus, the newly-crowned #1 girl on Maxim's Hot 100 List, told an interviewer she'd "definitely" make out with Rih.

Asked about that comment this weekend, Rihanna said she's down. So basically, this is happening. If there are celebrity gossip gods, at least.

As the hottest of the hot on the Maxim Hot 100, Miley Cyrus walked the red carpet of a party thrown by that magazine with her head held high last night.

Unfortunately, that simply gave us a better look at the star's face.

It looks as though Miley failed to properly blend the powder on her face, leading to a makeup mishap in which the shades around her mouth are a tad uneven. Take a close look and see for yourself:

One thing that was not a mistake, however?

Witnesses spotted Cyrus sporting her Liam Hemsworth engagement ring once again. Contrary to rumors out there, this couple appears to be as committed as ever.

In the latest chapter of this saga, Cyrus has posted a new photo to Twitter in which she's wearing the 3.5 carat Neil Lane ring presented to her by The Hunger Games star, including with it a gold necklace, black sunglasses and a simple caption:

Is this a message from Cyrus to her fans that all is okay with Hemsworth?

In a revealing interview with V this month, she attempted to quiet all split rumors by simply saying she and Liam are too busy to walk around together and go to Starbucks every morning.

But those words didn't seem to take. Perhaps this picture will therefore do the trick.

Selena Gomez may not be the hottest woman on the Maxim Hot 100, but the young singer isn't too distressed over her ranking.

She is number-two, after all.

And what does she think of the magazine's top choice, Miley Cyrus?

"She's beautiful," Gomez said Friday's edition of "The TJ Show" on 103.3 in Boston, adding that she doesn't understand why such a list even exists.

Miley Cyrus is out to prove she belongs atop the Maxim Hot 100.

Following the (shocking!) announcement that this singer is apparently the sexiest female on the planet, Maxim has released a new, especially racy picture of Cyrus.

She's topless and spread against the wall in a pose that it seems like only Liam Hemsworth should witness:

"It feels amazing to be No. 1," Cyrus told the magazine of the honor. "Especially because it was voted on by the fans. I have the best fans in the world! It's every woman's fantasy to be told she's No.1 on Maxim's Hot 100! So crazy!"

Elsewhere in the rankings, Selena Gomez is number-two, Rihanna is number-three... and Kate Upton is all the way down at number-eight.

Clearly, something is amiss.

According to a recent Miley Cyrus interview, her relationship is just fine.

She and fiance Liam Hemsworth are simply busy and don't have time to hit up Starbucks every morning.

And this is apparently terrible news for Chris and Luke Hemsworth, who Us Weekly claims to have staged an invention with their brother in April.

"They want him to end the romance for good," an insider tells the tabloid.
