My Week With Marilyn Trailer: Michelle Williams as Marilyn Monroe
Michelle Williams is already receiving Oscar buzz for her performance in My Week With Marilyn, and from the looks of the trailer below, it appears much deserved.
The film follows Marilyn Monroe (Williams) to the UK as she stars in 1957’s The Prince and the Showgirl. Based on the book The Prince, the Showgirl and Me by Colin Clark, it is told from the standpoint of Monroe’s assistant as she shot the film.
The actress is certainly a dead ringer for the '50s icon.

In an interview with Nightline that aired last night, the Blue Valentine star said: "I can find meanings in things and people and relationships that have sprung up and friendships that have strengthened. I found a lot of meaning in that... but not in ‘why.’”
Williams battled back tears at many points in the discussion, touching on a range of subjects that included the months that followed Ledger's death, as well as the state of the couple's child, Matilda.

Rumored Couple: Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams
"No doubt that bakery's got all the bomb frosting / I love those cupcakes like McAdams loves Gosling." - Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell, "Lazy Sunday"
Aside from ruining the above lyrics forever, this romantic rumor would be awesome: co-stars Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams are reportedly dating!
Their movie Blue Valentine earned great reviews at the Cannes Film Festival – but they pair also have people talking about whether they're a real couple.
In the drama, Williams and Gosling play a couple trying to prevent their marriage from falling apart. But the stars looked anything but troubled Tuesday.
Later, just before their big premiere, Williams clasped Gosling's hand on the red carpet, and the two remained hand-in-hand walking into the screening.
So ... are these two co-stars an item or not?
"He is cozy with everyone!" Gosling's rep says. A source close to the producers, however, says otherwise. "You know actors who meet on movie sets," he said.
It can be the most romantic place in the world."
This isn't the first time rumors about their relationship have surfaced. At the Sundance Film Festival in January, where Blue Valentine premiered, Gosling, who brought his mother as his date, and Williams showed obvious chemistry at a cast dinner.
Ryan previously dated, and exchanged sappy The Notebook quotes with Rachel McAdams. Michelle has a young daughter, Matilda, with the late Heath Ledger.
Here's hoping it's for real!
New Couple Alert: Michelle Williams and Spike Jonze
Michelle Williams and Spike Jonze, who were recently spotted getting cozy in Brooklyn, have taken their relationship bicoastal.
The actress and the director shared an intimate dinner at Little Dom's in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood on August 2.
According to a fellow diner, Michelle Williams and Spike Jonze started off their late-night meal sitting across from each other.
"During dinner they would lean in and kiss each other over the table," the diner says.
By the end of the meal, Michelle Williams had hopped into Spike Jonze's lap and the pair were smooching, according to onlooker.
Jonze, the ex-husband of Sofia Coppola, produced Williams' film Synecdoche, New York. Williams is the former fiance of the late Heath Ledger.
At a Brooklyn deli, the director "had his arm around [Williams] and kissed her on the cheeks, then on the lips," witnesses reported recently.
