grandma's here! #thankyougod.

So Paris Jackson Tweeted this morning, expressing gratitude that Katherine Jackson returned home after 10 days apart from the three children for whom she had been serving as legal guardian.

But the scandal surrounding this 82-year old, her extended disappearance and the alleged plot surrounding her children trying to change Michael Jackson's will is far from over.

Prince Jackson and Paris Jackson

Prince Jackson actually got involved in the saga today, posting a text message from July 23 on Twitter today that reads: "This is enough so I am texting you for the simple fact that WE DEMAND TO SPEAK TO MY GRANDMA NOW!!!"

The creepy response appears to be from Janet Jackson and it says: "Don't let them pls."

Prince goes on to bash the relatives that supposedly took Katherine from her California home - led by uncle Randy Jackson - and writes:

"Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. Iā€™m really angry and hurt. For this whole time, they denied us contact to our grandmother. If you continue with your lies I will continue with the truth.ā€

Katherine Jackson spoke out last night for the first time and claimed she just needed a brief vacation. But her state in the interview and the fact that she never made contact with Prince, Paris and Blanket raise many questions over just what the heck has been going on.

Conclude Prince, the oldest of MJ's three kids: "As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways."

Here is the latest in the ever-growing Jackson family saga:

With Katherine Jackson supposedly safe and sound in Arizona, Marlon, Tito and Jackie Jackson appeared on The Insider yesterday and expressed consternation and anger over the whereabouts of their mother.

Marlon Jackson on The Insider

"We've been told that our mother is safe," Marlon told Kevin Frazier. "She's doing well. But we have not spoken to her. We have not talked to her and I don't know where my mother is."

The brother of Michael Jackson then choked up and grew animated. He lashed out:

"All I know is she is in Arizona, and whatever doctor is saying I can't talk to my mother you call ME!"

Katherine Jackson may have been found, but controversy and confusion continues to reign when it comes to the Jackson family these days.

TMZ sources confirm that L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the Jackson compound in Calabasas today after family members reported some kind of disturbance.

A battery report was filed, but it's unclear at the moment who was involved. No arrests were made.

Jackson Family and Bieber

Sheriff deputies have reportedly been keeping an eye on the family since April because a business associate of the family claims Katherine Jackson is being mistreated by certain relatives. This dispute allegedly was connected to that assertion.

Meanwhile, tension has mounted between family members because Michael Jackson's will left all of his money and assets to his three children and the Michael Jackson Trust. No siblings were listed on the document.

When Katherine Jackson was first reported missing, many believed it was somehow related to this feud - and many are still confused about why she had no contact with her grandchildren for a week.

It's all a very confusing situation, which, sadly, is commonplace at this point for the Jacksons.

Katherine Jackson, the mother of legendary artist Michael Jackson, has been reported as missing. But the case is anything but clear cut.

Katherine's nephew Trent filed the report with the the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office, claiming he has not heard from his aunt in over a week, but Jermaine Jackson responded to the claim by sending the following Tweet:

"I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us. This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor's advice. Period."

This confusion is the latest in an ongoing family dispute, as five of Katherine's kids sent a letter this week that allege their mother is being mistreated by the executors of Michael Jackson's estate.

Dr. Conrad Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson's death, but the late singer's former dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein is under investigation by the Medical Board of California for his past treatment of his famous patient.

Klein has been accused - by Murray and others - of fueling MJ's addiction to prescription painkillers, and has been subpoenaed by the Board for questioning.

He just posted a letter on Facebook, apparently sent from his ex-lawyer, showing that officials are probing allegations that Klein over-prescribed Demerol.

The Board reportedly wants to grill Klein about the possibility that he self-prescribed narcotics, used false names on narcotics prescriptions, illegally handed out samples of dangerous drugs to his famous patients such as Michael Jackson.

By doing so, Klein, who has multiple sclerosis, may have committed gross negligence.

Also rumored to be the biological father of Prince and Paris Jackson, Klein has always strongly denied any wrongdoing and is not accused of any criminal conduct.

Time will tell if that changes and/or if the board takes any disciplinary action.

Judge Michael Pastor just sentenced Dr. Conrad Murray to the maximum allowable term of four years in prison following his involuntary manslaughter conviction.

Murray will likely do his time in L.A. County Jail, and may end up only serving half the sentence due to overcrowding. But he's been sentenced to the maximum.

Judge Pastor said in his ruling, "There are those who feel Dr. Murray is a saint. There are those who feel he's the devil. He is neither. He's a human being."

One whose actions led to the accidental death of Michael Jackson. Period.

It's irrelevant, the judge said moments ago, whether Michael's own actions were reckless or whether he might have met this fate with some other doctor.

The fact is, Michael Jackson died because of the actions of Dr. Murray.

The judge said he looked at Murray's whole life, and he was impressed. But he added Dr. Murray's recklessness with Jackson overshadowed any good deeds.

He called the treatment of the pop star, "a cycle of horrible medicine" and said, "Dr. Murray engaged in a recurring, continuous pattern of deceit and lies."

Dr. Conrad Murray's defense received yet another blow Monday when his most important witness was held in contempt of court and fined $1,000.

Charged with involuntary manslaughter in the June 2009 death of Michael Jackson, Murray sought the help of Dr. Paul White, an expert in anesthesia.

White repeatedly violated court orders to by testifying about his private conversations with Murray, however, and the judge came down on him hard.

"Quite frankly, this constitutes direct contempt of court," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael E. Pastor told White, the defense team's final witness.

White told the jury he believes that Jackson took extra doses of two drugs, including the powerful anesthetic Propofol, while Murray's back was turned.

White suggested on Monday that while he thinks Michael Jackson killed himself, it wasn't a suicide attempt and MJ didn't know the "potential danger."

Monday marked the second time Pastor held White in contempt ā€“ the first was October 21, when White called a member of the prosecution a vulgarity.

Yesterday's sanction was ordered after an intense exchange between White and D.A. David Walgren, who grilled him about Murray's medical decisions.

The late Michael Jackson likely helped himself to extra doses of potent drugs while Dr. Conrad Murray's back was turned and accidentally took his own life.

That's according to the defense's final witness, who finally came out and said, under oath, the theory that Murray's defense has been floating for months.

Murray's lawyers long have asserted that Jackson caused his own death, even as the likelihood of such an event has been discredited by the prosecution.

Still, White told the jury, in Jackson's last minutes of consciousness, the insomniac took several pills of the sedative lorezepan, then injected the Propofol.

"You think it was a self-injection of propofol between 11:30 and 12?'' defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan asked. "In my opinion, yes," White responded.

White, like the prosecution's star witness, Dr. Steven Shafer, is an anesthesiologist and Propofol expert. The prosecution will cross-examine him next week.

After that, it's up to the jury to determine if there is reasonable doubt to acquit Murray of involuntary manslaughter, or if the prosecution made its case.

It goes without saying that Jackson's family feels they have.

Jason Pfeiffer, the former assistant to Michael Jackson's dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, is suing him for putting MJ's life in danger, according to a new lawsuit.

Pfeiffer, who has made headlines for alleging he had a gay affair with Michael Jackson, says that "Throughout 2009, Michael was a frequent patient of Klein."

The lawsuit says, "Several times, Klein told Pfeiffer to help Michael down to the car because Michael was too drugged up and disoriented to stand on his own."

Jason Pfeiffer says he voiced his concern for Michael's "safety" because he and Klein's nurses "were worried Michael was being 'overmedicated' by Klein."

Pfeiffer says Klein simply told him to "keep his mouth shut."

Moreover, Pfeiffer claims Klein tried to sneak MJ prescription muscle relaxants in 2009 by writing a prescription in Pfeiffer's name. Pfeiffer claims he refused.

He goes on to make various other allegations against Klein:

Aaron Carter knew Michael Jackson well. The former boy bander has often credited the icon with offering him advice on the industry.

But in a new interview with Daphne Barak in Spain, Carter makes a disturbing allegation: he says Jackson gave him drugs at the age of 15.

"I miss Michael," he said. "I have spent such incredible times with him. I did things with him that nobody else did... But I was also troubled about what he did to me."
