On Sunday night, La Toya Jackson was fired from Celebrity Apprentice.

But it's what the sister of Michael said after Donald Trump let her go that may get her in serious legal trouble.

Referring to Omarosa Manigault, Jackson went off, actually calling out the contestant for the death of her late fiance, Michael Clarke Duncan.

Surrounded by family, friends and more than a few famous guests, Michael Clarke Duncan was laid to rest in Los Angeles this week.

And while it was a somber occasion - with loved ones mourning the loss of an Oscar-nominated actor who died from respiratory failure brought on by a heart attack a couple weeks ago - for all who knew Duncan, Tom Hanks found a few moments of humor at the memorial service.

The star, who acted opposite Duncan in The Green Mile, shared a story about a young "Big Mike" and how his attempt to join a local gang was thwarted by his mother. It's great, moving stuff.

Watch Hanks deliver the tale now:

According to the official death certificate for Michael Clarke Duncan, the 54-year old actor passed away one week ago from respiratory failure.

Obtained by TMZ, the document confirms the initial belief that Duncan suffered anoxic encephalopathy (severe lack of oxygen to the brain) in the aftermath of his July 13 heart attack, during which he was revived through CPR by fiancee Omarosa Manigaul.

Duncan's organs were severely - permanently, as it turned out - damaged by the episode.

Duncan was laid to rest this afternoon at Forest Lawn cemetery in Hollywood. The ceremony was attended by such stars as Tom Hanks, Kimberly Elise, Holly Robinson Peete, Bill Duke, Diane Ladd and Vivica A. Fox.

Our thoughts continue to go out to his loved ones.

From there, Duncan faced a number of health problems, ranging from issues with his kidneys... to his pancreas… to high blood pressure. Each time one area was fixed, the insider says, another difficulty would arise.

About six weeks after he suffered a cardiac arrest and needed his fiancee - Omarosa Manigault - to revive him and get him to the hospital, actor Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away. He was 54.

Best known for his role in The Green Mile and most recently a series regular on Fox's The Finder, Duncan reportedly died unexpectedly, though he was hospitalized at the time.

TMZ sources say Omarosa's mother was at Duncan's side, while the former Apprentice star herself simply left the room for a short while and returned to the horrible news.

While details are sketchy at the moment, the actor's rep says his client never fully recovered from last month's myocardial infarction. The rep adds in a statement:

"[Omarosa] Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date."

Prior to his Oscar nomination for The Green Mile, the 6'5", 300-pound Duncan served as bodyguard for such stars as Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Jamie Foxx, LL Cool J and Notorious B.I.G.

Michael Clarke Duncan remains in a Los Angeles hospital following his cardiac arrest on Friday, but sources say the actor is progressing well and doctors are hopeful for a full recovery.

The actor collapsed at home and was given CPR by girlfriend Omarosa, and insiders now tell TMZ the former Oscar nominee "is fighting like a mutha" for his life.

Duncan has been on a respirator since his admission, but he's "breathing above the respirator," those in the know claim, adding that he has a "very strong heartbeat" and physicians are optimistic he'll be okay.

But it might not be an easy journey.

The actor is sedated and it's conceivable he may suffer some kind of paralysis, though doctors believe those odds have slipped over the last couple days. We'll keep readers apprised of Duncan's condition and we hope it only changes for the better going forward.
