Melissa King, the former Miss Delaware Teen USA who resigned after an online porn video starring her surfaced, was given a year of probation Monday.
For underage alcohol possession. Not the porn.
The 19-year-old appeared in Worcester County District Court in Ocean City, Md., on citations for the alcohol violation and a separate theft charge.
Melissa King was cited back in August after police found a bottle of rum in her father's truck, which she was driving home from work at the time.
Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King made headlines last week when she resigned her crown in the wake of allegations that she starred in a porn video.
Those allegations have since been confirmed ... by a second video.
The production company responsible for King's (reportedly frigid) porn skills seeing the light of day posted a clip of her signing a legal release on camera.
In the SFW footage (below), a fully clothed woman identifies herself as Melissa King and says she's not under the influence of drugs or mind-altering substances.
The footage is titled "Miss Teen Delaware Confession."
The would-be Miss Delaware Teen USA must have been really hard up for cash, or really bored, because the infamous Melissa King video only paid her $1,500.
Melissa King initially denied she's the one in the XXX video that made the rounds last week, though she later sort of admitted it in a series of re-Tweets.
The guys behind the adult site, GirlsDoPorn (dot) com, also posted a release form on their website, in which Melissa identifies herself by name.
So it's totally her. Not that this wasn't essentially clear already.

After first denying that she had appeared in the porn video that ended her reign, former Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King may subtly be admitting it.
She's been re-tweeting up a storm and dropping hints to that effect.
She has not come out and said the alleged Melissa King video is her, however if you read between the lines of her Twitter feed, that's the clear implication.
One of the messages she posted: "Be strong, life has a funny way of working out. Kim K made it and now is one of the most powerful women in the US."
She also re-tweeted a message from Kim Kardashian herself.
She might have lost her crown as Miss Delaware Teen USA, but Melissa King has been offered a quarter of a million dollars to become Miss YouPorn.
As you've probably heard, an X-rated Melissa King video filmed just months before she won the title last fall recently showed up on a porn site.

She then says that she participates in beauty pageants, though she doesn't reveal in which state (she also says she likes to be on top).
