Matt Damon is at it again. Rekindling one of our favorite on/off A-list celebrity feuds, the actor is calling out President Barack Obama for his lack of balls.

His words.

The We Bought a Zoo star discussed his views on Obama during an interview with Elle, lambasting the President's perceived leadership shortcomings.

"I've talked to a lot of people who worked for Obama at the grassroots level. One of them said to me, ‘Never again. I will never be fooled again by a politician.'"

"You know, a one-term president with some balls who actually got stuff done would have been, in the long run of the country, much better."

Ouch. But it continues ...

"If the Democrats think that they didn't have a mandate - people are literally without any focus or leadership, just wandering out into the streets to yell right now because they're pissed off," he says. "Just imagine if they had a leader."

Sorry, Michael Moore. You tried your best.

The filmmaker recently praised actor Matt Damon for standing up for his political beliefs and called upon the star to launch a presidential campaign.

It's not gonna happen, unfortunately.

Matt Damon on Piers Morgan

A photographer recently questioned Damon on whether he has any plans to enter the political world, prompting the actor to reply: "No sir!"

Damon said: "I think there are probably better choices out there."

The Oscar winner supported President Barack Obama in the 2008 elections, but recently admitted he has been disappointed by Obama.

Damon also attended a teachers' rally last month to support changes to standarized testing and tore into a critic of teacher tenure.

Political opinions aside, he will next star with Gwyneth Paltrow and Marion Cotillard in Contagion, which opens on September 9.

One of Barack Obama's most prominent supporters during the 2008 election, Matt Damon is now one of the President's most outspoken critics.

Days after the actor expressed disappointment in Obama to Piers Morgan, he gave an interview to Great Britian's The Independent in which he went into greater detail over what he considers missed opportunities on the commander-in-chief's part.

Barack Obama Debt Speech

"I think he's rolled over to Wall Street completely," Damon said. "The economy has huge problems. We still have all these banks that are too big to fail. They're bigger and making more money than ever. Unemployment at 10 percent? It's terrible."

Matt Damon believes the Democrats "squandered" a chance to "stand up for things."

So, will Damon vote Republican in 2012? No, he joked: "I just got a 3 percent tax cut!"

But then he turned serious again, expounding on one of Obama's more controversial compromises with conservatives:

"Do you think I'm going to start a small business with that money? You're out of your mind if you think so. I'm going to put it in the bank. So is every other guy that makes the kind of money I make. I don't think that's what's best for the country. I think a stronger middle class makes for a stronger country."

Ouch. In better news for the President, many people still like his wife a lot.
