Just because Antonella Barba is out of American Idol doesn't mean the sex scandals are over.

Producers of the showl and season-4 dropout Mario Vazquez have been named in a lawsuit filed by a terminated assistant production accountant â€" who says he got fired for complaining about sexual harassment by Vazquez.

In his legal documents, filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Magdaleno Olmos asks for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, alleging wrongful termination and violation of California's Fair Employment and Housing Act, the City News Service reports.

Named in the suit are Vazquez and the co-owners of the hit show: American Idol Productions, Fremantle Media North America, FOX Entertainment Group and FOX Broadcasting Co.

Spokespeople for Fremantle and FOX Entertainment, as well as Vasquez's personal lawyer, Jess L. Rosen, were not available for comment.

But this story seems as juicy as rumors of a Sophie Anderton sex tape.

In March 2005, Vazquez withdrew from the Top 12 competition on the show to, he said at the time, for "personal reasons." According to the lawsuit, Vazquez left the show after Olmos expressed his complaints to executives and lawyers for American Idol Productions and the other defendants.

Olmos claims that Vazquez followed him into a bathroom stall, touched him inappropriately and made advances toward him; the kind that only Lance Bass would appreciate.

Olmos (whose job with American Idol Productions began in October 2002, with his contract renewed every two years, his lawsuit states), claims in his legal papers the sexual harassment began in February 2005 and that he was fired in May 2005 in retaliation for complaining about Vazquez.
