Fans typically attend a Marilyn Manson concert expecting something scary to take place - but not like this.

At a show in Saskatoon, Canada last night, the singer was rocking out to "Beautiful People" when (around the 1:15 mark below) he suddenly stopped and fell over on stage.

As you can see, the band kept playing and the crowd wasn't sure what was going on... but then a couple employees jumped out and tended to the artist

Manson escorted away and we'll update this post when news breaks regarding his condition.

Seraphim Ward is engaged to Marilyn Manson ... or so we thought earlier!

The news broke earlier today, only to be refuted hours later. Seraphim's an actress as well as a "self-described independent occult filmmaker."

Sounds about right.

"Seraphim has recently made a life commitment to her partner and couldn't be happier!" Ward's manager, Jonathan Shelton, confirmed to E!

Shelton added that there are no immediate wedding plans, as Seraphim is focused on her new relationship as well as her film career and album.

Manson's 27-year-old fiancée tweeted a pic of the massive rock he gave her - a family heirloom once belonging to his grandmother - with the caption "OMG!"

Indeed.

Seraphim is currently making her feature film acting debut in Speed Dragon opposite Bai Ling. Manson is getting ready to drop his latest album, Born Villain.

A rep for Marilyn, who was previously engaged to Evan Rachel Wood and prior to that, married to Dita Von Teese, was unavailable for comment at this time.

UPDATE: Or not. "Marilyn Manson is not engaged to Seraphim Ward. He has never met her," Manson's publicist tells E! News. So that's that.

We wouldn't have picked America's Next Top Model winner CariDee English as his newest girlfriend, but hey. Whatever makes a goth shock rocker happy.

"They met when Marilyn helped CariDee on her album," a friend of Marilyn's says. "They've been seeing each other since. She loves how different he is."

Marilyn was last linked (and engaged) to actress Evan Rachel Wood, with whom he had an on-and-off relationship. They broke up for good this past August.

CariDee English, who has gone from blonde to dark hair, as Marilyn Manson playthings tend to do, has even covered his song "Coma White." Sounds awesome.

"Marilyn Manson inspires and supports me in my music," CariDee says. "He makes me feel comfortable and beautiful with who I am as an artist and a woman."

Marilyn Manson and actress Evan Rachel Wood, who got back together fairly recently, ended their engagement last week, a source confirmed this morning.

A newly single Manson wasted no time getting back in the swing of things, hitting the town over the weekend, dining at L.A's STK and clubbing at Boudoir.

According to reports, the 41-year-old shock rocker was with a group including a brunette named Twiggy and former Playmate of the Year Colleen Shannon.

"They just broke off their engagement recently, and he needed a night out with friends," says another source close to Marilyn Manson (Brian Warner).

While together, Manson had proposed to the True Blood actress, 22, during a January performance in Paris, witnesses said. She enthusiastically accepted.

They reconciled for a short time, only to split again before getting engaged last January. That's all over now though, as they've gone their separate ways.

Hopefully they can get back together and break up again soon.

Yes, the former husband of Dita Von Teese and boyfriend of Evan Rachel Wood has gone down with a bout of swine flu, he confirmed in a recent interview.

This has put a temporarily hold on his career as an aging goth shock rocker.

THE H1N1 STRIKES BACK: Marilyn Manson is the latest victim.

"So I have officially been diagnosed, by a real doctor, with THE SWINE FLU," said Marilyn, real name Brian Warner, in a hilarious statement, which concludes:

"I know everyone will suggest that f*%king some pig is how this disease was obtained. However, the doctor said, my past choices in women have in no way contributed to me acquiring this mysterious sickness. Unfortunately, I am going to survive.”

With responses like that, we'd say it's quite fortunate.

Actress Evan Rachel Wood is sick of the false rumors circulating about why she and Marilyn Manson broke up - a split no one ever saw coming.

"Manson and I both decided to take some time apart so we could concentrate on work. Someone used that opportunity to kick us while we were down and sell a completely false story," the actress, 21, explained in a statement.

Stories of the couple splitting up in a bitter fashion - sparked by Wood's brother Ira, who had been living with the pair, getting kicked out of Marilyn Manson's guest house by the 39-year-old shock rocker - started popping up this week.

But Evan Rachel Wood said it was all blown out of proportion.

"Manson owns the house he lives in. My brother has never stayed there and the person that said such horrible things about Manson being 'controlling' and 'emotionally abusive' is certainly no source 'close' to me," Wood said.

"Manson has been by my side and taken care of me through the best and worst times. I love him as a person and as an artist. I will always be proud to have been a part of that."

"If any more attacks are made on us, it is the act of a desperate, selfish person, who is angry to no longer be a part of my life. No further comment will be made at this time."

Manson and Wood began dating in December 2006. Prior to cradle robbing Evan, he was seeing Dita von Teese naked like a lot. They were married, after all.
