Seriously people. We love Britney Spears' train wreck behavior as much as any site and the singer herself deserves her share of the blame, but her mom has done nothing but try to cash in on Britney's fame since she was a little girl. After being estranged for much of 2006-07, Lynne Spears is now writing a tell-all book about Britney in a shameless attempt to cash in. And you wonder why Britney has gone bonkers.
Lynne Spears used to be married to Jamie Spears. They also have a daughter Jamie Lynn Spears (really, they gave her both their names - that should be considered cruel and unusual punishment) and a son, Bryan Spears.
