Lisa Rinna and Lil Jon have gotten fired on Celebrity Apprentice, leaving Penn Jillette and Trace Adkins to vie for the title on next Sunday's gripping finale.

The two didn't even get to take part in the usual BS job interview. They were simply dispatched by Donald Trump before being reassigned to Penn and Trace.

And so it all comes down to an epic conclusion next weekend.

For their last task, the finalists were tasked with designing a new ice cream flavor, plus an accompanying commercial and VIP party for Walgreens.

Trace was given the support group of Lil Jon, Marilu Henner, and a mechanical dog; Penn received help from Lisa Rinna, La Toya Jackson, and Dennis Rodman.

Are you pleased with who made the final two? Who got the better team, Trace or Penn, and will it matter? Who should and will win in next week’s finale?

Lisa Rinna is in talks to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a replacement for the exiting Adrienne Maloof, according to reports.

The Days of Our Lives star is close to finalizing a deal to join the hit show, and “really, really wants to join the show,” a source close to the actress says.

It's not the first time she's been approached, allegedly. Added the insider:

“Producers initially asked Lisa to become a part of the show, but she turned it down because she decided to do her own reality show for TV Land.”

Lisa Rinna sat in for Kathie Lee Gifford as co-host of The Today Show's fourth hour yesterday, sharing wine and chocolate with Hoda Kotb... and talking about her lips, of course.

Clearly wanting to divert attention from her landing strip, Kotb became the 417th person to ask the Celebrity Apprentice contestant about that body part's history, prompting the following explanation from Rinna.

Seriously, can anyone out there stand Star Jones? Anyone at all?

We ask this question in light of the recent stirs created by this former talk show host on the latest season of Celebrity Apprentice.

Referred to as a "back stabber" by co-star NeNe Leakes, Jones tried to hold back in an interview with Daytime Confidential, but ended up going off and saying:

"We're not on the same level. Lets make that clear. We're on the same show... In all honesty, I would never compare myself to another African-American woman. I would never tear down another African-American woman in order to elevate myself. Cream rises to the top and water seeks its own level."

Well, okay then.

Jones has also been feuding with Lisa Rinna, who was eliminated from the show on Sunday night.

How do you like your Lisa Rinna lips, readers, plump or prim?

We ask this pressing question because the actress underwent a recent procedure that took out the silicone she had inserted into her puckers way back in 1986. Saying she "no longer wanted my lips to be what defeined me," Rinna showed off her new mouth this week.

But is it new and improved? You tell us...

"I no longer wanted my lips to be what defines me."

So said Lisa Rinna on Today this morning, as the actress explained what prompted her to undergo a procedure recently that reduced the size of her famous puckers.

"I never had thought that you could do anything about it," she said of her 1986 surgery. "You have silicone put in, that's it, it's permanent."

Soon after learning she could reverse the process, though, Rinna - who stars in TVLand's upcoming reality show Harry Loves Lisa, with husband Harry Hamlin - just went for it.

"It doesn't matter what other people think," she says. "I did it for myself."

Spencer Pratt is not gonna like this.

Lisa Rinna supports Kate Hudson's breast implants and the actress' decision to get them (supposedly, this has not been confirmed). As someone who's gotten a ton of plastic surgery herself, this makes sense coming from Rinna.

But didn't she lambast the Heidi Montag plastic surgery debacle recently?

How can you be opposed to Heidi's "makeover" and supportive of Kate's?

"I think everyone needs to do whatever they need to do to make themselves feel good," she told Us Weekly recently. "And it's nobody’s business!"

Except when Lisa decides to make it hers ...

Kate Hudson's surgery has caused plenty of controversy.

Heidi Montag's husband, Spencer Pratt, has been an outspoken defender of his wife's plastic surgery, as well as a harsh critic of those who criticize her.

He called out Audrina Patridge's "Tijuana plastic surgery" and of Hudson, he asked, "How is it possible to get breast implants and still not have breasts"?

The Great White is not the only critic of Hudson's.

Model Paulina Porizkova also said she used to view Kate as "an example of the perfect beauty with a small chest. Now, with her new boobs, she just looks like any California blond actress. Instead of enhancing, she has diminished herself."

As for Lisa Rinna, she says she doesn't know why people are obsessed with plastic surgery. "I couldn’t tell you [why] ... I have no comment to that."

Until she has a comment later today, probably.

Perhaps realizing that the pot was calling the kettle black hard core, Lisa Rinna is apologizing to Heidi Montag for comments about the latter's plastic surgery.

Rinna said that she wouldn't allow her two daughters to see Heidi Montag pictures in People after The Hills star had 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.

The 46-year-old Rinna, who has had Botox, lip-plumping and breast implants gone terribly awry in her own right, says that she didn't mean any hard feelings.

"I apologize to Miss Montag if my words were taken and used against her in the press," she Twittered. "I did not slam her or her surgeries for the record."

For the record, that's exactly what she did. But no matter.

A couple (of gross) peas in a pod. The plastic torch is passed.

While Rinna's intentions were spot-on - letting her little girls look at Heidi Montag is definitely a bad idea - what can she say, given all the work she's had done?

For her part, Montag didn't seem too bummed out. Asked about her second breast augmentation (giving her DDD boobs) by Us Weekly, she lamented simply:

"I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted!"

Gross. Spencer Pratt, she's all yours man.

When Lisa Rinna is calling you out on plastic surgery, that's like ... we don't even know what. But it says a lot about the new, "improved" Heidi Montag.

Rather than being able to relate, the actress, who has had Juvederm fillers, Botox, lip-plumping, breast implants and more, thinks Heidi went too far.

In fact, she refuses to allow Heidi Montag plastic surgery photos inside her home, where her daughters, Delilah, 11, and Amelia, 8, could see them.

"I will tell you, I had to take that cover off the magazine before it came in the house," she says of People magazine, which touted Montag's surgery.

"We have two girls. I don’t think it is something you want to bring in and say, 'Oh, look.'" What they say when they see their mom is another story.

A couple of natural beauties right here.

Continues Lisa Rinna, "I take a lot of the covers off of magazines if they are just not appropriate. Obviously, we are raising two young girls. Anything that has to do with body or weight issues, I think you just have to be really careful.”

Yes you do. Such good parenting.

"That magazine has changed so much. I was actually on the cover a few times [in the '80s]. In those days, they had stories about people who hadn't had their faces cut open. They had stories about things that were really going on."

"I don't know. I mean, plastic surgery?"

Next think you know, Rinna, who has taken it all off for Playboy in the recent past, will be bashing the magazine's Heidi Montag nude spread as a bad example too.

Lisa Rinna has spent a lifetime getting fake parts placed on her body.

Now, the actress is trying to make some real cash money off those procedures.

Rinna has released "Rinnavation." While we can appreciate the pun of a title, we can't fathom why anyone would spend one cent to read about someone getting lots of plastic sugery.

Then again, we couldn't fathom why anyone would wanna see Rinna nude in Playboy, either, but that magazine paid her a lot to don her birthday suit.
