What's a week without legal drama for Lindsay Lohan?

According to Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services, the alleged actress owes them quite a chunk of change. Lohan is accused of reserving limos for friends, family and herself many times in 2009, without paying of course.

We sense a theme with LiLo. The bills? About $90,000.

Lindsay Lohan Hangs Out

Lindsay Lohan: What a total boob.

Lindsay's PR rep, who's almost as busy as her lawyer, said "We haven't been served with anything, so we can't comment on a lawsuit that has not been served or seen."

Give it time. The company filed the lawsuit October 7.

Elite claims it took Lohan to airports, the Chateau Marmont Hotel, a Lakers game and drug rehab (obvi), while also providing security for her on multiple occasions.

Court documents claim Lohan's original bill was $32,515. With monthly 5 percent late charges of $58,070.79, the star's total unpaid balance is now $90,585.79.

She may not be cutting herself, but the girl has definitely cut back on expenses ... by NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING, EVER. We're onto you, girlfriend.

Cue "misunderstanding" defense in 5 ... 4 ... 3 ...

Lindsay Lohan just cannot stay out of legal predicaments.

Her latest debacle? Getting sued by a guy who installed a stereo for her, says he got stiffed, and is ALL fired up, taking shot after shot at the star.

Stephen Clark is suing LiLo for more than $1,100, claiming she stiffed him on an installation in her Venice home while she was on house arrest.

Lindsay Lohan Pony Tail

Lindsay during one of her MANY court appearances.

We obviously don't know what went on, but is anyone surprised?!

The correspondence between Lindsay and Clark is ... interesting.

In the first exchange, obtained by TMZ, Clark wrote: "Hi Lindsay! Well, I sent you two invoices and several BBMs and texts. I have never heard back from you."

"I guess you just aren't going to pay for my labor or your equipment."

Lindsay Lohan is being sued. We know, huge shocker there.

This morning's plaintiff is Dawn Holland, the former Betty Ford staff member who got into a melee with LiLo last December, and whose account of what transpired that evening has been murky and ever-changing from the get-go.

According to Holland's lawsuit against Lohan, the star unleashed the fury when she tried to give Lindsay a breathalyzer test at the famous rehab center.

Lohan on the Loose

New legal drama for LiLo ... for the first time all week!

Dawn claims Lindsay Lohan was "combative and violent" when confronted after sneaking off site - allegedly to go boozing - then returning after curfew.

In the lawsuit, Holland claims Lohan grabbed her right wrist, "twisting and pulling it for 8-10 seconds," which caused her to seek medical treatment.

Holland alleges "mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering" from the attack she says Lohan committed, and is demanding $1 million. Minimum.

Lindsay Lohan tested positive for alcohol earlier this month, according to reports, and will appear in L.A. County Superior Court today to face the music.

The Probation Department reportedly wants her in jail, and will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to yank her out of house arrest and throw her in the clink.

Guess "sentencing" her to do time in a beachfront condo didn't work out.

Lindsay Lohan With No Bra

TMZ says Lindsay was tested twice last week, with one test coming back positive for alcohol and the other negative. She tested negative for drugs on both.

One of the tests was administered after her rooftop party.

Members of the D.A.'s office, which is handling the DUI probation part of Lindsay's criminal saga, will appear today to drop the hammer on Lohan.

The L.A. City Attorney is handling Lohan's necklace theft case, which she pleaded no contest to. The "jail" time she's doing at home is for violating probation.

Lindsay Lohan began serving her jail sentence this morning - at her Venice, Calif., townhouse - after turning herself in to the Lynwood Jail hours earlier.

"She is now confined to the interior premises of her home at all times," L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said after her 5:02 a.m surrender.

She showed up to begin her 120-day sentence, but it was determined that, as a non-violent offender, the actress was eligible for home confinement.

Locked Up (At Home)!

One day, LiLo may appear somewhere other than court or jail. But not today.

She was fitted with an electronic ankle monitor and released. No new celebrity mug shots today or Lindsay Lohan photos for the forseeable future!

Despite being handed four months in jail after she pleaded no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace, jail overcrowding, good behavior and budgetary constraints all potentially could lessen that sentence to a matter of just a few weeks.

Whatever Shawn Chapman Holley is billing Lindsay Lohan (probably close to $1,000 an hour as it is), she should ask for a raise, because she's a legal wizard.

Lindsay dodged another huge bullet today, avoiding jail in her theft case.

Moreover, she'll be off probation when she completes her community service after pleading no contest to a charge of misdemeanor theft. So effing weak.

Skin Tight Dress

Holley entered the plea this morning. Lindsay wasn't in court.

Her alleged necklace theft had already been lessened in severity after Holley proved the merchandise was not valuable enough to be considered a felony heist.

Judge Stephanie Sautner doesn't believe Lindsay's problem is substance abuse, but that her issues are more deeply rooted and she self-medicates as a result.

As a result, Sautner is not requiring LiLo undergo substance abuse counseling or serve time behind bars. She'll be required to serve 120 days for her probation violation, but she'll be able to do so at home with the ol' ankle monitor.

In reality, the 120 days will amount to 14 days due to good behavior and overcrowding (nonsensical since she's at home), but she cannot leave home. At all.

Lohan must undergo psychological counseling and attend a shoplifting alternatives class (seriously, this exists) but after that and 480 hours of community service, her probation will end, meaning she's off the hook for everything.

Tell us: Did Lindsay Lohan get off too easily?

Lindsay Lohan will enter a plea of no contest to the misdemeanor theft charge she faces over the alleged necklace theft she commented earlier this spring.

Despite insisting she is innocent, Lindsay is committed to what she told Jay Leno this week - she wants to accept responsibility and move on with her life.

As a result, Lohan and lawyer Shawn Holley will go back to Judge Stephanie Sautner as early as next week to enter a plea and end the case. Then what?

HOT Lindsay Lohan Pic

Lindsay was already sentenced to 120 days in jail for a probation violation, along with 480 hours of community service, at a preliminary hearing last week.

By pleading no contest to the theft charge, Lindsay is banking on Judge Sautner not adding additional prison time onto the 120 days for the theft charge.

In other words, LiLo serves 120 days for the probation violation and that's that.

Given that she had the option of a plea deal (which she turned down) to serve less than that for the theft charge originally, that's how it'll likely go down.

Assuming it does, what do you think of Lohan's jail sentence?

Lindsay Lohan caught a huge break yesterday when the felony grand theft charge against her was reduced to a misdemeanor by Judge Stephanie Sautner.

The judge felt that the nature of the alleged crime and the value of the necklace in question simply did not warrant a felony charge. PHEW, right?

Of course, LiLo is still on probation for her 2007 DUI arrest, and Sautner was far less lenient in that regard. She sentenced her to 120 days in county jail!

NEW Lindsay Lohan Mug Shot!

Lindsay has been remanded into custody and taken to the courthouse basement to be booked. She is allowed to post bail pending an appeal of the ruling.

This being Lohan, she's been down this road so many times before and was well prepared. She posted $75,000 bail and was back on the street within hours.

LiLo was also ordered to complete 480 hours of community service for the offense, 360 of which must be performed at L.A.'s Downtown Women's Center.

There, Lindsay can see how needy women really have to live in this society. The remaining 120 hours of her service will be done at the L.A. County morgue.

So she's free for now, but we expect her to lose that appeal and be back to Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., soon. Here's why ...

This 911 tape offers new insight into the argument that went down between Lindsay Lohan and Betty Ford Center staff member Dawn Holland last December.

Holland claims she busted Lindsay and two other girls jumping a wall (yes, really) at Betty Ford around 1 a.m. December 12, after their rehab-imposed curfew.

During the 911 call, Lindsay and Dawn were both on the line on separate phones (yes, really). You know the backstory, now hear it for yourself ...

When Holland, who has since been fired by BF, tried to make the train wreck take a breathalyzer, she says "Lindsay Lohan pushed me and hit me with the phone."

Dawn claims the girls Lindsay was with were drunk, "reeking of alcohol."

During the call, Dawn claims she grabbed the phone to talk to the dispatcher, only to have Lindsay rip the phone away, spraining Dawn's wrist in the process.

Thus the allegations of assault that Dawn made. The Riverside County D.A. took its time investigating, but declined to prosecute Lindsay over the incident.

If Lindsay Lohan, who will stand trial for felony grand theft, thought her legal problems couldn't get worse, another past brush with the law has resurfaced.

Police are reigniting their investigation into allegations that Lohan attacked Betty Ford staffer Dawn Holland late last year. Remember that melee in rehab?

Derek Lowe Mug Shot

We know, it's hard to keep LiLo and her alleged felonies straight.

The old days (December) of rehabbin' it in Palm Springs.

The Riverside County D.A.'s Office sent investigators to meet with witnesses who were with Lindsay on December 12, during her tussle with Dawn Holland.

Cops told the witnesses they were conducting the investigation because the D.A. is still deciding whether to pursue criminal assault charges against Lohan.

Officials want to know if the witness could testify if it was Lindsay or Dawn who was the "aggressor" during that infamous night when the two got into it.

Accounts differ, but reports say LiLo came back to rehab past curfew, Holland asked her to take a breathalyzer, LiLo refused, and blows were exchanged.

Holland's story and level of cooperation have shifted a lot, and the witnesses in the case have not given the D.A. an air-tight case. But it's not over ... yet.
